"Accessible?"
August, 2018
Suites tried to help but Reserve Branson failed to reserve a handicapped accessible suite. The campus was like staying in an anthill. Staff were good and only pushed a little on the condo sales. Reserve Branson totally failed.

"Sweet deal. Not too good to be true. No strings."
June, 2018
We got a great deal from reserve direct. So good we were skeptical and worried about the reservations falling through. Upon arrival we were greeted and checked in quickly with no hassles. The room was a good Marriott/Residence Inn, quality accomadations. 10 mins from any attraction, so great location. There was a sales pitch that was optional for a free trip, but not associated with reserve direct. So, no strings were attached to the deal we got on reserve direct. I'm floored. Very nice staff. Had an issue with getting to the Diamond resorts sales pitch for the free cruise, but the staff took care of it. Nothing was pushed that I didn't agree to. But, if you do agree to free perks, then you got to listen to the pitch.

"Nice place. Good value"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

Recently stayed here with brother and sister in law. The condo room was lovely. Two spacious bedrooms with baths, living room, well appointed kitchen, washer & dryer, and 2 screened in porches. The furniture was slightly worn, but not dirty. Plenty of cookware, dishes, flatware and glasses for the 4 of us. TVs were in each bedroom and in the living room, all with DVD players. We didn't pay for housekeeping services, but housekeeping was very responsive when we requested towel exchange, extra detergent, coffee or paper towels. The only downsides were that the pool and hot tub were far away from our unit; too far to walk. The BBQ grills were few and far between, and very inconvenient to our unit. Rates were great and even better considering all that the unit provided. The value is here. Just request a unit closer to the pools if that's important to you.

We booked for labor day weekend. Property is far enough off the strip but close enough to the shows that the traffic was not a bother! The partial kitchen was more than I expected. It had a two burner stove along with sink, refrigerator, toaster coffee maker and microwave.

We had a good time. We had plenty of space in our rooms. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be that the jacuzzi was not cleaned prior to our visit. Someone’s dirty washcloth and a used bar of soap were left on the jacuzzi. Needless to say we did not use it!

"Great stay, great accommodations, third stay at the Suites"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed September 08, 2018 NEW
This is the third time we have stayed at the Suites. The first time was a Hotel.com one night stay, the second was traded in from our timeshare system. We purchased a Diamond Sampler on our second stay which gave us limited access to Diamond resorts. This third stay was a points stay , which we got two rooms as we brought some friends. We got a 1 bedroom in building 23 and a 2 bedroom deluxe in building 25. The 1 bedroom was nice and very adequate for our friends, and they were very happy. It had a full kitchen and living room. Comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen. We stayed in the 2 bedroom deluxe with our two teenage boys. It was one of the newer renovated units that had a breakfast "sitting area" with four chairs and a table in what used to be a porch I suspect. it made the room feel much larger, as if it wasn't big enough already ! We had tons of room to spread out. We had a large dining area, very well appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, living room with lots of room and an electric fireplace, flat screens in every room. One nice touch was there was a local channel on the TV that ran continuous "advertisements" of local activities and we were given coupons and discounts for local places when we checked in. The bedrooms were large and had nice beds. The bathrooms were large ( almost too big in the master ! with a full size tub ) and a walk-in shower in the second bathroom. The only downside to the rooms were that there was only one thermostat, and in an attempt to reach a compromise it ended up leaving the living room and master bedroom staying uncomfortably cool and the second bedroom staying uncomfortably warm. This wasn't a huge deal, just slightly annoying. The grounds were very nice and well kept. Lots of activities ( ping pong, corn hole, volleyball, evening activities, multiple pools ( indoor and out), hot tubs ( small and got crowded with more than 3-4 people). We took advantage of the grills and cooked out some steaks. The front desk, and especially the security officers were very accommodating and brought items to our room that we needed ( laundry detergent and towels) even when we offered to come get them. We tipped with a steak and baked potato to go ! My sons were very into rainbow trout fishing, and the property has a very nice on-site marina. Caught lots of fish ! Made our vacation. ( get a license, we saw the ranger checking ! ) I would, and have, recommended The Suites to friends, especially since right now there is a Groupon for a stay, although it is for the smaller rooms. Still, a very nice property and great vacation destination. My only reservation is to make sure you go in with your eyes VERY wide open in the sales presentations. Ask questions and get stuff in writing. Somewhat high pressure, but friendly. Always coming back with a better deal. Largely our own fault but we wasted 5 hours thinking we were buying something that got a bit different when we went in sign the papers in final meeting. We will stay at Suites again, however we did not extend our membership. It seemed like the sales staff and the resort staff were two different entities. The concierge was very helpful, Jason is great. Made lots of good recommendations. We would recommend : Dining : Home cooking- Dana's Italian- Florentinas Pizza- Ozark Mountain (they deliver) Grocery: - Price Chopper Activities: Fishing on Tanycomo, both alpine roller coasters were fun, my boys liked Runaway better, helicopter ride Choppers Charters - very expensive but nice helicopter made us a "deal" when we got there Feel free to contact me for more info !
