"Great hotel on the strip"
June, 2016
This hotel is located across the street from the Ride the ducks on the strip. It's very clean and comfortable. We was very happy with our room and the staff was very friendly. It has a fairly small indoor pool which my granddaughter loved. It's definitely priced well compared to some of the other hotels! I'd recommend this hotel as we've stayed here 3x now.

"Beautiful hotel"
March, 2015
When choosing this hotel, I read other reviews. Many stated that the beds were rock hard. They were hard and I do prefer soft, but they weren't bad. I slept fine. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. The only issue we had was our microwave was old and would shut off in the middle of running to cool down. The facility was elegant and inviting. The room had a fridge and microwave, everything you need. We requested a balcony and got one. We enjoyed the pool and easy access to other attractions. Would stay here again.

"Valentine's Day Retreat at Hotel Grand Victorian"
February, 2015
My husband and I traveled with another couple for a weekend stay over Valentine's Day. We had such a great time and were very impressed with the Jacuzzi suite with balcony. Clean, comfortable, quiet, & relaxing. Too cold for the balcony. Received 8 inches of snow and the staff were beyond excellent. They offered a later checkout due to weather and staff came and shoveled out all the vehicles and had the whole lot cleared and de-iced. Wow! they were all just fabulous. We also liked the pool, hot tub, breakfast and tea and the exercise room. Thank you!

"Beautiful hotel"
February, 2015
My three year old son and I took a trip away for the weekend and stayed at the Hotel Grand Victorian. Beautiful hotel and lovely rooms! The piano and huge teddy bears in the lobby were definitely a hit with my son. The people were extremely nice and helpful as well. We cannot wait to use our frequent visitor card next time :)

The rooms were clean, pool area was sufficient, and breakfast was pretty good. Traveling in the winter months, there is definitely a break in price so that helped with my opinion of value. I would still price shop as there are several hotels comparable to this at a similar rate. There was nothing that stood out that would make me lean this way in the future.

Just got home from a quick get away to branson and this was our first stay at the grand Victorian we brought our 3lb yorkie and had a 1st floor room which is where the dogs rooms are. Nice room beds were very comfortable cute little patio area through a door in the room, the only thing about the room was that it had a bit of a musty smell but the room we were in are on the lowest level so maybe that is why. The kids swam in the indoor pool and it was very nice and they spent time in the game room and enjoyed that also. The breakfast was very good, had a waffle maker and pancake machine which are great, ham, potato cakes and so much more we were very satisfied with all the options offered, when we go back to branson we will stay again!!!

"Big brother is watching"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed February 19, 2018 NEW
This hotel had a good location, just off the main artery through Branson. It is very appealing from the outside, although when your decor is Victorian you never have to update your interior. Lobby was bright, nice breakfast area, nice bed, and clean room. Handicap room had a nice walk in shower and well equipped, but the handicap rooms were located at the very end of the hall. Strange that they weren’t conveniently the first rooms from the entrance. The handicap room was extremely cramped with a huge recliner that takes up a 1/3 of the room. Literally. When we arrived we told the gentleman at reception that we had a dog. Of course we knew we had an additional cost. No problem. Throughout our conversation he obsessed about “big brother” Even pointed out the camera behind him. Uh duh, I can see the cameras. Quite strange. We were put on the bottom floor that accessed from the back side of the hotel. Good to take the dog in and out, but not for the safety of the occupant. This is a hotel...meaning entrance through lobby to inside room entrance. Except the bottom floor has an outside entrance to the floor and each room has a door to a tiny patio that has a full metal fence with no gate between the patio and the grass. This level backs up to a large parking lot and a huge uninhabited land area. Not extremely a safe area at night. Plus the added safety concern with the door to the room to the outside.

My husband and I stayed in a beautiful king suite here for 6 nights. Our room had a wonderfully soft bed, a nice couch with a coffee table, another table with a chair, and jacuzzi as well as a regular bathroom. Other room accommodations included an iron and ironing board, 2 robes, and 2 luggage racks. The breakfast provided each morning from 7-9:30 had a nice variety. This hotel uses REAL plates, napkins, and flatware! Also, a shout out to the front desk worker Jeffery Cooper for helping us get discounted tickets for the Titanic Museum.
