"Quality has gone down considerably."
June, 2018
When we checked in they couldn't find my reservation. Then we were put in an upstairs room after we had requested a handicap room. The air conditioner was not turned on. Room temp was 85 degrees. Then the air didn't work at all after it was on. They moved us downstairs to a different room, but didn't offer to assist with moving all of our belongings.

The second room was clean and much easier to get to, but had issues. The electrical outlet in the bathroom wouldn't hold anything. you couldn't blow dry your hair because the cord would just fall out. When I went to plug in my phone charger behind my bed I found that the electrical outlet had no cover. My bed mattress was up against an outlet that showed bare wires.

"disappointed this time"
June, 2018
We have stayed at the Honeysuckle several times and we usually get 2 double beds and the stay has been great. However, this time we asked for a King and the room was very small, furniture looked very old with stains in the chair which I was scared to sit on. The bed was a ROCK! My left and right ribs and back was sore from trying to get comfortable. I even considered buying a mattress pad to put on it. There was a constant running water sound in the tub drain. We first thought the tub was running but it was not. So we kept the door shut. Perhaps it was from the icemaker above us. Not sure. We have decided that it would be worth it to pay the extra $50 or more for the better night of sleep. The employees were great but the room was far from it.

"Honeysuckle cancellation policy is bad"
April, 2018
Had to leave early. Booked the motel for 4 nights. Gave them 48 hours that we would be staying only 3 nights. They would not refund the night fee.

"Disapointment"
July, 2017
This Inn was included in our Branson package. We were charged 113.00 a night.. What a disapointment compared to other places at that price.
Rooms did not have refigerators or irons. The coffeepot in room had not been washed.4 days never once was floor vacuumed .Free Wifi did not connect. Free breakfast was poor in taste, Had to go elsewhere to eat. Not enough parking spaces.
Desk clerk was not friendly.

"Reasonable prices but needs to improves some updates and improvements on the hotel"
August, 2016
The room was reasonably prices for the 2 nights that we stayed there. The carpets were nasty and needed to be replaces. We had ants in the bathroom and around the sink. There was some cleaning that could have been more in depth and the rooms seemed to be outdated such as no microwave or refrigerator. The wifi never worked when we were there. The Breakfast was bland. They did have a few choices compared to others hotels but when we went there 10 yrs ago. We had so much better choices for breakfast items. The lounge was clean when we ate and it was easy to get around but a little to crowded. The 2 pool choices was great. But the indoor pool was too cold and the outdoor pool was too hot. Besides the drinking from other guest and no parents watching there kids. It was like a party for the kids but the language was a little too much for our family so we didn't really get to enjoy to the pools. Also the whole weekend that we were up there a group had reserved a party for 2 days that we happened to be up there. We could hear everything that was going on and really didn't get to enjoy a quiet night in the room before bedtime. We had a hard time finding a parking spot and when we did you couldn't get out of it because others would block you in. Several times, I thought I would have taken out there fence around the lounge area. Overall, we did enjoy it for the reasonable prices since we were a family on a budget.

"Need to clean better between guests"
June, 2016
The room was reasonably priced and we stayed 2 nights. My one complaint is the carpet in the room needs replaced. It's showing wear and tear and the housekeepers need to spend more time vacuuming in the corners and door frames. There was quite a bit of dirt build up where they simply don't take the hose off the vacuum and try to clean it. There were also long hairs left on the shower walls from the last guest. Also not sure what was above our room, but the ceiling is thin and we had to listen to the people above is literally stomping around all night.

The hotel was awesome because it was located just down the road from the Strip and was easy to navigate to and from everything. The staff was very helpful and polite all the time. However, the room was very outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pool was very dangerous! The tile was so slippery that it was a straight up hazard. My husband slipped into the pool and hit his head! They try to make up for it by putting some green carpet stuff around the pool, but it is a narrow strip all around it. Not nearly enough to protect from slipping.

The commode in the original room we were in was about the height of a toddler commode it seemed. We had to request to be moved to a handicap room which was much better. The motel was conveniently located.
