"Disappointed"
January, 2017
I will never stay here again! The beds are very uncomfortable & you can hear the guest in the room talking in a normal tone. I don't like to hear the strangers next door use the bathroom! The wifi was not good & kept kicking us off. The breakfast was super crowded we had to wait for a place to sit & it was not very good. The 2nd day we ate elsewhere.
The room was fairly clean & the staff were friendly. But it doesn't make up for how uncomfortable we were!

Tip: The beds are horribly uncomfortable (hard & lumpy) and the walls are paper thin! Poor wifi & breakfast was not tasty!

"Second Stay"
July, 2016
I would absolutely stay here again. It is very wonderful to have a hot continental breakfast better than most other hotels I have been to. We checked in great. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. Had an issue with getting in the room but they helped immediately. There were two reasons really I gave it four stars instead of five. First was the wifi was very poor. I could barely get on the internet without it kicking me right back off. The other reason was the pool. I would give the whole pool experience zero stars. There were a lot of teenagers in there that were unruly. And they kept pushing us over to only one side of the pool so we only had part of the shallow end and even that they kept trying to move us over. Also the pool itself felt like it didn't have a liner and it was very porous concrete. My husband went to the hot tub for a little while before the teenagers took that over too and he was too annoyed to stay. But the rooms were very comfortable and decent sized.

"Nice location but...."
March, 2016
Second time to stay here. Location is great. Rooms bed are nice. Wifi is same as first visit poor, you won't be watching netflix or anything else you do using the net. First visit they told us upgrading, asked them this trip same ol song. Second issue had a do not disturb on door, cleaning staff really wanted in? Kinda weird.
The breakfast is the best in Town!! Almost worth not having any usable internet.
Not bad hotel but if you need to stay connected move on.

Great hotel. Stayed four nights (Sunday - Wednesday) before July 4th holiday. Great location with convenient access to shows, shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean. Fresh linens daily. Full breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay again at this hotel.

"Great time of year to visit Branson"
October, 2015
Our stay at this hotel was pleasant and enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and well kept throughout our stay. The breakfast was more than expected with numerous choices like hot eggs, sausage, buscuits and donuts for the kids.
The location was also good and close to shopping and shows. Rooms were quiet.
My family would definitely stay here again.

"Traveler beware!"
October, 2015
The hotel itself was pretty clean inside. Our room smelled awful - a smell I can't even begin to describe. We didn't even want to run the AC because this was where the smell was coming from. I had to run to Yankee candle at the outlets just to make the room semi bearable. There wasn't a vent in the bathroom, so when you took a shower it made the room super humid further adding to the problem.

Both days that we stayed, there was absolutely no hot water and we had to call the front desk to send maintenance to our room (I have never stayed somewhere where this has ever been an issue). The first morning we called the front desk to complain, they said they would send maintenance right up, over an hour later and two additional phone calls, we finally got someone up to the room to resolve the issue. The second morning we were able to get a little quicker of a response, and our issue was resolved within 30 minutes.

The only positive things I can say about this place was that it was cleanish, fairly inexpensive, they serve an edible breakfast complimentary breakfast and it's location on the Branson strip is convenient. We will definitely be staying elsewhere our next trip.

"The Grand Plaza Hotel"
July, 2015
Reserve Branson has always been the method of booking my family's trip to Branson, MO. It is simple and makes reserving a great family vacation an easy process without the calling around and being put on hold. Reserve branson most always has great deals and vacation bundles affordable to anyone either on a budget, wanting to go all out, with family, or just wanting a romantic getaway with your significant other. Our recent stay at The Grand Plaza Hotel was wonderful. Great amenities, courteous staff, beautiful and clean jacuzzi room to set the mood and a map/brochure of suggestions to venture Branson made our stay a comforting experience, not to mention the delicious hot breakfast buffet included in our stay. I give this hotel 5 stars and would definitely be my choice of lodging next time I am in Branson.

We spent one night here on a weekend trip to Branson. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Tanger Outlet Mall. It is not on the strip, but located close off. The hotel has an indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center and game room. The pool was comfortable and our son enjoyed it! The hotel boasts a top level bar and restaurant. It offers great views of the strip and the food was good. Included in your stay is a hot breakfast buffet. The service here is very good and all employees we encountered were pleasant. We enjoyed our stay!

"Never returning"

Most of the staff was rude. Room was clean but not too fancy. Their free breakfast was horrible, so bad that we did not return after one time of going. There was no where to sit, the food was not very good, coffee was horrible. Staff at the breakfast deal was not very friendly. We were there on our honeymoon and there were kids running up and down the halls even at 2am. We wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here and we won't be returning!

The rooms were nice. Check in was a breeze. I would have given 5 stars, but the elevators are pretty slow. If you are going to breakfast, get up a little earlier as you will need the extra time to go up for breakfast. Breakfast was a delicious buffet. It would be nice to have coffee and hot chocolate around the clock.

"Very dissatisfied "

We had stayed here several times before and had been very happy with our experience. We took a group of neighbors on a previous trip and they were all satisfied. But, this trip was a very different experience. We went to Silver Dollar City all day with the grandkids. It was a very cold day. We got to our rooms about 9:30 PM. Took a hot shower and climbed into bed. Bed was very hard and headboard rattled. We could hear elevator. We were so tired, we just tried to make the best of it. Didn't get much sleep. My parents (in their seventies) were staying in the room next to us. The next morning I went to their room to get them for breakfast and noticed a very musty oder. When we checked out, the desk clerk asked how our stay was. I said, "To be honest, it was disappointing. I explained we had stayed before and that this time the bed had issues, noise and smell in parent's room." She responded with "Did you call the desk? We could have switched rooms for you". I said no,by the time we knew about the bed, we were exhausted and in our pajamas in bed. I was disappointed that she didn't just apologize. Instead, it was like she wanted to place blame because we didn't notify them the night before. I just wanted to let them know so they could fix the problems. We won't be returning here. There are many other places to stay in Branson

"Will not stay again!"

I booked the "family room" (adjoining rooms with one king room and one double room) for 2 nights a month before our stay. When I checked in Friday night, everything was normal. On Saturday afternoon I get a call that says one of my rooms was only booked for one night and the hotel was overbooked so I needed to vacate the room. I refused to leave the room since I had a party of 5 and had to have 2 rooms. The next morning as we were packing to leave, we discover something missing from the room that we were asked to vacate. I reported it to the front desk and they seemed very eager to help; however, after waiting for about 45 minutes the general manager tells me that the process will take a while and I should call him back later. I called back 2 1/2 hours later, and I was told that he had left for the day. He did not leave any information with anyone still at the hotel about our missing property. I feel like we were given the "run-round" by the staff at this hotel.
