I will never stay here again! The beds are very uncomfortable & you can hear the guest in the room talking in a normal tone. I don't like to hear the strangers next door use the bathroom! The wifi was not good & kept kicking us off. The breakfast was super crowded we had to wait for a place to sit & it was not very good. The 2nd day we ate elsewhere.
The room was fairly clean & the staff were friendly. But it doesn't make up for how uncomfortable we were!

Tip: The beds are horribly uncomfortable (hard & lumpy) and the walls are paper thin! Poor wifi & breakfast was not tasty!

"Second Stay"
July, 2016
I would absolutely stay here again. It is very wonderful to have a hot continental breakfast better than most other hotels I have been to. We checked in great. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. Had an issue with getting in the room but they helped immediately. There were two reasons really I gave it four stars instead of five. First was the wifi was very poor. I could barely get on the internet without it kicking me right back off. The other reason was the pool. I would give the whole pool experience zero stars. There were a lot of teenagers in there that were unruly. And they kept pushing us over to only one side of the pool so we only had part of the shallow end and even that they kept trying to move us over. Also the pool itself felt like it didn't have a liner and it was very porous concrete. My husband went to the hot tub for a little while before the teenagers took that over too and he was too annoyed to stay. But the rooms were very comfortable and decent sized.

"Nice location but...."

Second time to stay here. Location is great. Rooms bed are nice. Wifi is same as first visit poor, you won't be watching netflix or anything else you do using the net. First visit they told us upgrading, asked them this trip same ol song. Second issue had a do not disturb on door, cleaning staff really wanted in? Kinda weird.
The breakfast is the best in Town!! Almost worth not having any usable internet.
Not bad hotel but if you need to stay connected move on.

"Great time of year to visit Branson"
October, 2015
Our stay at this hotel was pleasant and enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and well kept throughout our stay. The breakfast was more than expected with numerous choices like hot eggs, sausage, buscuits and donuts for the kids.
The location was also good and close to shopping and shows. Rooms were quiet.
My family would definitely stay here again.

Arrived and noticed the hotel sign was missing lights. Got to my room and appliances were unplugged and had to plug them in. Lightbulb was out and whirlpool tub in the bathroom had a sign saying it was out of order. Breakfast was not good, biscuits were hard with the biscuits and gravy. Eggs were nasty, Meat tasted like it was frost bitten. Supper at the hotel was no better as the steak I ordered had to be sent back to be cooked fully. Besides that the people working there were awesome and very helpful. Don’t be confused about a hot tub there, there is only a spa which does not create the bubbles or heat that a hot tub does. The maintenance man insisted on schooling us on this fact. The bed was the worse, we almost left a day early for this reason. The bed was like sleeping on the floor.

"Great Hotel and Great Location"

We came to see The Sight & Sound Theatre. This hotel not only had a good rate but when we got off the highway, we immediately hit the blue route and it circled around bypassing all the 76 strip traffic, and taking us only blocks from the motel. When we left to go to the Sight & Sound Theatre we once again could bypass all the 76 traffic by hitting the red route. This made for a 5 minute drive to the theatre. Only one block from the 76 strip, the location is great. Staff was great and room was clean and quiet.
