Big changes are coming to the Clay Cooper Theater in 2014. Clay Cooper recently announced The Haygoods will call the theater home in 2014, headlining a mix of evening and matinee shows.
The Haygoods are one of Branson’s longest running shows, having performed over 6,000 shows for over 8 million people since 1993. They are known throughout the Midwest for their energetic, modern, and exciting style of entertainment. “We will be adding new production segments, new special effects, new music, new costumes, new lighting, and lots of surprises as usual for next year!” said Michael Haygood, Production Director for The Haygoods.
Clay Cooper will continue to headline his show, Clay Cooper’s Country Music Express, in 2014. Other productions visitors can find at the Clay Cooper Theater include Mel Tillis, Red Hot and Blue, and Buckets N Boards. The variety of entertainment found at the Clay Cooper Theater also means a few morning shows will be added to the schedule. Cooper will continue his nightly shows four nights a week, but add 10am morning shows Tuesday and Thursday, during May as well as September through December.
The Haygoods currently perform at the RFD-TV Theater.
