Branson Christmas Shows Present Festive Holiday Productions

Christmas in Branson is a festive time of year that celebrates the true reason for the season.  Branson shows get in the Christmas spirit on November 1, 2011, with an array of theaters producing holiday themed shows.

Some of the top Branson Christmas shows include Shoji Tabuchi, Miracle of Christmas and Dixie Stampede Christmas.  One of the new shows in town for the 2011 Christmas season is A Christmas Snow, which is being performed at the Starlite Theater.  This is a stage adaptation of the movie released in 2010.  The inspirational show features the original actors, directors and writers and tells a heartwarming story of family, faith and forgiveness.

The Andy Williams Christmas show is presenting a new variety show featuring a packed cast of guest stars.  The show includes the Lennon Sisters, the Lennon Brothers with Gail Lennon, Mike Cathcart, the Warnocks, dance team Pasha and Aliona, violinist Dean Church, Bob Anderson, and “Oh What a Night” – a tribute to Frankie Vallie and the Four Seasons.  Due to health reasons Andy may not make a live appearance in his Christmas Show.

Branson theaters will also bring a number of top-notch entertainers to the stage.  The Gatlin Brothers join Debby Boone for a Christmas show at the Mansion Theatre, while Tony Orlando presents his Great American Christmas show at the Welk Resort Theatre.  Other entertainers in town include The Oak Ridge Boys, Chubby Checker, Daniel O’Donnell and Dino.
