Three of us couples shared a cabin at Stonebridge the weekend before Christmas and we were SO pleased with our visit! The cabins were so relaxing and a nice place to unwind after busy Branson days. We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone we know!

"Should be 2.5 stars, but I'm rounding up."
January, 2015
It was spacious, but it wasn't very clean. There were cobwebs on some walls, and a few dead bugs on the window sills and in the closets. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't 'resort-quality' in my opinion.

We recently had a family reunion at Stonebridge Resort. We experienced some good things and some disappointing things during our visit there. Beginning with the planning before our stay, we had great response time when asking for information and booking a date with the office staff. After booking and sending in deposits the delay in hearing back from them was at times inconvenient and once or twice caused problems for me when making decisions related to the reunion details. I realize that they are busy folks but when an email goes unanswered for days or requires a phone call or second email to get a response they may need to rethink their staffing numbers to respond to guests. The office did an excellent job of handling the money side of things, they were efficient when holding funds for deposits and notifying us when final deposits were due as well as being very accommodating when it came time to pay for the reunion dinner. They also made the room for our dinner together available to decorate ahead of time. We did encounter a problem when attempting to use the AV equipment to show a PowerPoint as their equipment was outdated. The wireless mic was a champ and worked well however. Now about the accommodations. I only saw two of the lodges our family stayed in and they were similar. Both were adequately furnished (would need to add that both were in need of some furniture updates). They have fully furnished kitchens, kitchen eating area, breakfast bar, laundry facilities, large whirlpool tubs, king size beds with en suite for each bedroom. The only sub standard things we noted were thin, worn bed sheets (our blanket was very worn and had holes), and towels were less than one would expect at this price point. The mattress and pillows were also very lumpy and uncomfortable, updates definitely needed here! We also noticed that the walls in our unit were sorely in need of a scrub and some paint. The banquet facilities are also adequate, we booked one of the rooms for a dinner during the reunion. We had a large number of guests. The tables, chairs and table linens were in place and office staff was great about accommodating our large group and changing attendance numbers. Most thought that the food was good some said just ok. The consistency of the food was variable some meat juicy and tender, some dry. The serving temperature was also uneven, some veggies nice and hot and some barely warm. Everyone thought that the cobbler served for desert was really tasty. The biggest problem we had using their banquet facilities was the staffing. They assigned one person to take care of almost 70 people seated for dinner. This was buffet service but she was still responsible for setting tables, beverage service, clearing plates and on top of all this running back and forth to the bar with drink orders. You can imagine how overwhelming this was! She was a trouper, did her best and never complained. This doesn't excuse how inefficient and time consuming it was for everyone involved. If you are booking a meeting or dinner I would definitely address staffing your event with the resort ahead of time. It never occurred to me to be concerned about this aspect of the contract. This is a great place for a family reunion. The facilities and activities offered on site are wonderful and varied. I believe the staff does their best to meet their guests needs. But, I do hope that they will take a look at the way they respond to guest's questions ahead of time and the way they staff a large gathering for a meal in their lodge.

"Comfortable bed, but noisy!"

There is no insulation between the walls or floors. It sounded like a herd of elephants above us. The bed was comfortable and the microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator were handy. The restaurant at the clubhouse was nice, with good food and friendly staff.

This is an amazing resort. It's on an 18-hole golf course, has three pools, tennis court, restaurant with an amazing view of the Ozark mountain range. The fully stocked 1 bedroom condo with full kitchen has everything you need accept hair dryer. We had a wonderful week and would definitely go back again. Branson is a very Veteran friendly town and offers many discounts on show tickets and at restaurants.

We rented a 3 bedroom villa for our children and grandchildren. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The large wrap around screened in porch was a wonderful addition and gave us more room for the kids!

"Ok not great lots of stairs."

We usually stay in the cabins which are wonderful . They were full so we rented a king studio condo which was ok for the price but no one informed us we would have to go down 2 flights of stairs. Our view from the front door was a wall our view from patio were huge bushes. Called and talked to Pam to see if we could be moved and she got rude which was not necessary. No eating utensils whatsoever in the kitchenette. Four plastic cups that it. A/C wasn't adequate either as it was quite hot.
