"You get what you pay for"
August, 2016
After driving 5 hours we were ready to relax but we got to our room and found white stains on the comforter. Some of the furniture was dirty/stained (shown in picture). Room cleaning did not come to our room all weekend! There wasn't any hand soap. Just a lot of small stuff added up and made it unpleasureable, definetly won't be staying here again!

"Great Value and Service"
July, 2016
My 2 sisters and I take a yearly vacation together to keep our sisterly bonds strong! Being able to stay in a service oriented establishment helps to keep it all running smoothly. We had a great place to lay our heads and the breakfast (especially the coffee) were wonderful! The staff was cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly!

"Not too bad, but..."
June, 2016
I'm always confused by some of the decisions made in the service industry. First up, was the maintenance work (maybe renovation, I don't really know), that prompted the hotel to cone off the handicapped spaces. While that isn't earth shattering, nobody thought to temporarily mark others for handicapped. The room wasn't bad, though small, and since we added a cot, there was barely room to walk. A few minor maintenance issues, mostly loose shelves or bits, but the room was basically pretty good, though an in-room microwave would have been nice. The only available microwaves are in the more expensive rooms, or one per building, on the bottom floor. The size of the property came to be an issue, because of the distance we had to walk for the pool and breakfast. The breakfast was complimentary quality, barely; the staff, however, was very friendly. I personally think the property is just too big.

Tip: No in-room microwaves, and fridges have no freezer compartment. Get ready to walk.

"Room not clean"
June, 2016
Our room was not very clean. There was someones shirt left behind the bed. The noise level is bad if you are on the 2nd floor. The walls are paper thin. We had a hard time sleeping because we would hear people walking around outside our room and upstairs. We will not be staying here again.

"Suite..i think not!"
December, 2015
My husband and I checked in on Christmas eve expecting to be in a Jacuzzi SUITE.. Well it had a jacuzzi but far from a SUITE! Bathroom was so tiny you couldn't sit on the toilet and shut the door. The pictures show these beautiful "themed" rooms. Ours said Aloha on the door so I was expecting to feel like we were in Hawaii...NOPE! A mural painted on the wall. There was a tiny table with 2 chairs that u had to move to get around the bed. The towels were so rough they nearly rubbed your skin off. In no way luxurious. The heater/air unit blew up under the curtains so the heat went into the window and blew the curtains out. The celing fan sounded like it was going to detach from the ceiling. They had a decent breakfast. While we were there police were called and some unruly people we taken out. And we were on 2nd floor and it sounded like a herd of elephants were above us the entire nights..the front desk person was nice but they seriously misrepresented what the SUITES were!! Luckily my husband and I can have a romantic time anywhere even in a tent on a river bank..MORAL OF STORY ASK TO SEE YOUR ROOM BEFORE YOU PAY!!

"I wish my review could be better"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed September 23, 2018 NEW
I wish my overall rating could be 2.5 as our stay fell in that general area. My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a time share presentation. (Branson Nantucket through Branson Travel Group Never again!) after finding out that we were staying at this hotel I looked briefly at the reviews and thought we would have a good stay. There were much more positive reviews than negative so I was hopeful. If I had been researching this hotel outside of the time share presentation I may have picked the hotel. But.... First the good. Hotel staff was wonderful, the front desk, the sweet ladies who take care of the breakfast area, housekeeping. All super nice with smiles always on their faces. Our room was spotless. It was quiet, we had several guests in our building and never had a noise issue. The indoor pool & spa were nice. Shower head had good pressure & a nice flow. Close to the main strip & several restaurants. The issues: Our room was tiny! We had a King size bed. If my husband was standing between the bed & dresser I could not go around him at all & we are not big people. When you sat in the toilet your arm was up against the toilet paper holder. The sink is outside the bathroom and again if I was at the sink getting ready & my husband wanted to go into the bathroom it was squeezing by me (not as bad as by the bed but close) Very limited sink counter space. Apparently there are much larger rooms available but they are limited & for sure you won’t get the larger rooms through the time share presentation. The bigger issue was the AC, it was feast or famine. Even putting the temp dial a tiny into the cool you would freeze. My hubby was cold and that doesn’t happen often. We had to center right between the heat & cool to get a normal temp but that didn’t always work. But the worst thing was the dampness. The carpet by the ac felt damp. By the 2nd day clothes that were out were damp feeling, and a mildewy smell in the room was becoming noticeable. The room was clean, it was the ac. When we got home we we noticed that clothes that had been in the dresser drawers, and left in my suitcase ALL felt damp and had a mildew odor. It was harder to notice in the room since the air felt damp all the time but was super noticeable when I got home. Breakfast just wasn’t that great. Potatoes were very rubbery two mornings I tried them, the eggs had a watery consistency in the bottom of pan so I made sure to get off the top, they were better with salsa on them. Pancakes & waffles appeared to be frozen (no waffle or pancake maker) fruit was only canned fruit. The sausage, biscuits & gravy were fair. Oatmeal wasn’t bad the morning I tried. The only creamer available for coffee is powered creamer (I went out & bought my own liquid creamer) I’ve had many hotel breakfasts and this one just wasn’t great compared to what I’m used to. Our first breakfast was crazy, we arrived at 6:40am & it was packed with people from tour groups, very noisy so be warned. The “covered” walkway from building 3 to breakfast area in building 2 was terrible! It was pouring rain our first morning there. In several places the canvas cover was blown back or missing, not sure which but water was pouring through. The places where the cover & building met, water was pouring through & wind was driving the rain into the walkway so we got very wet going back to our room. Please consider closing this in! Lastly no coffee is available anywhere until 5:30am in building 1. If you are in building 3 there is no way to get there except to walk a fair distance uphill or drive. Yes I know there are coffee makers in our rooms but literally they are right in the sleeping area and an early riser (like my husband ) making coffee would wake me up. Please consider putting a coffee urn or thermal pots with creamer out in the nice common area of the buildings for those who may get up earlier and don’t want to disturb their family. These are the nice touches & conveniences travelers are looking for. Overall, we would not stay at this hotel again. And never again will we do the time share presentation to get a vacation

We stayed 4 nights and the experience was pleasant. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast each day. Because we were so busy with other activities we did not have the opportunity to go to the pool or hot tub, but it looked very inviting. We would recommend this hotel to others.

"Nice family atmosphere"

This hotel is geared towards families. The whole family will enjoy the fantastic water park. The rooms are nice. Some of the rooms have bunk beds as well as regular beds. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Be sure you ask for a room that is in the main building if you are going to use the water park. Especially if it is cold outside!! It can get a little frosty crossing the parking lot to your room. We learned this the hard way.
