"You get what you pay for"
August, 2016
After driving 5 hours we were ready to relax but we got to our room and found white stains on the comforter. Some of the furniture was dirty/stained (shown in picture). Room cleaning did not come to our room all weekend! There wasn't any hand soap. Just a lot of small stuff added up and made it unpleasureable, definetly won't be staying here again!

"Great Value and Service"
July, 2016
My 2 sisters and I take a yearly vacation together to keep our sisterly bonds strong! Being able to stay in a service oriented establishment helps to keep it all running smoothly. We had a great place to lay our heads and the breakfast (especially the coffee) were wonderful! The staff was cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly!

"Not too bad, but..."
June, 2016
I'm always confused by some of the decisions made in the service industry. First up, was the maintenance work (maybe renovation, I don't really know), that prompted the hotel to cone off the handicapped spaces. While that isn't earth shattering, nobody thought to temporarily mark others for handicapped. The room wasn't bad, though small, and since we added a cot, there was barely room to walk. A few minor maintenance issues, mostly loose shelves or bits, but the room was basically pretty good, though an in-room microwave would have been nice. The only available microwaves are in the more expensive rooms, or one per building, on the bottom floor. The size of the property came to be an issue, because of the distance we had to walk for the pool and breakfast. The breakfast was complimentary quality, barely; the staff, however, was very friendly. I personally think the property is just too big.

"Room not clean"
June, 2016
Our room was not very clean. There was someones shirt left behind the bed. The noise level is bad if you are on the 2nd floor. The walls are paper thin. We had a hard time sleeping because we would hear people walking around outside our room and upstairs. We will not be staying here again.

"GREAT STAFF"

We stayed here for a week when in Branson. we was able to check in supper late and they had a room ready for us. thought it would be a hassle since it was set up by a time share the staff made it easy and had everything ready to go. there was a big baseball tournament going on when we stayed so we really wasn't able to use the two pools they have since the was always full with kids. this is a older hotel as most are here. this being said i did have bad allergies when in the room. not sure of the cause. rooms are small for a family to be in for to much time. Other then that hats off to the stone castle there staff is next to none great hospitality. ever morning the owners are greeting all guest at breakfast. which is really good and saves you money when you do not have to go spend the money finding a place to eat for breakfast the outside really pulls the theme all together with the knights out front when you pull in and the outside patio is a great place to unwind form the days of shows or a great place to sip on a cup of coffee to get the day stared with the fish and birds that are playing around on the patio and the little pond they have

"Most Amazing Hotel in Branson "

Recently stayed at Stone Castle Hotel and Conference Center in Branson and was blown away by everything. We stayed in the Andy William's Christmas Suite which is amazing! The room is decorated so beautiful with lighted Garland and a tree. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love that the hotel sets back off the main highway so it is quieter and more private. Would definitely recommend this hotel

"Not bad, but not great either"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed November 25, 2018 NEW
We stayed for a couple of nights over Thanksgiving weekend. The hotel was full. We were in a standard queen room and my husband joked that it was built for very small people. Everything was a very tight fit for our family of four. You practically have to get in the bathtub to close the door because there’s so little clearance with the toilet. The room was clean, quiet and beds comfortable. I’d bring a surge protector to have extra outlets as there weren’t many in the room. We enjoyed the hot tub. Pool was a bit chilly. Breakfast was VERY crowded. We were less than satisfied with what was offered for breakfast and decided to go get cinnamon rolls at Grandma Ruth’s. The hotel is convenient to everything, but a bit set off the strip which was nice.
