"Great location"

The Hilton was situated really well in the Branson Landing with a ton of shopping and food options close by. The rooms were good sized and were nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the parking was disconnected from the hotel and the night we stayed it poured rain, but overall I'd stay there again.

"Not worth the price."
January, 2015
The hotel grounds were really nice and well manicured. the parking garage was a little confusing but it was well lit and clean. My deluxe king room was not so deluxe. the bed was comfortable and the room was overall clean, but the furniture had some stains and the room felt "used". the view from the room was ok. we ordered room service and the food was amazing, however the "hot" breakfast was "warm". the room service attendant was on time and very professional. all of the staff were nice and welcoming, just expected a little more eye contact from the front desk. overall a good experience but not great.

Location was great (fountain view), noise level was moderate (what I expected from our location because of all the activity) - If you want peace & quiet find a location away from the main shopping & night-life area. Access to eateries, pubs & shopping is great. Room had plenty of space for storing your treasures. Security box in room and overall building security was excellent (need room key to activate the elevators).

We just spent 4 days there and all was fine and dandy until time to check out. It took over a hour to get a bellman up to our room to pick up our bags. The front desk would not let me get a cart and do it my self. As a result of that delay we did not make our first days destination. Let guests carry their own bags or hire more help.
