"Great location"
February, 2018
The Hilton was situated really well in the Branson Landing with a ton of shopping and food options close by. The rooms were good sized and were nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the parking was disconnected from the hotel and the night we stayed it poured rain, but overall I'd stay there again.

"Not worth the price."
January, 2015
The hotel grounds were really nice and well manicured. the parking garage was a little confusing but it was well lit and clean. My deluxe king room was not so deluxe. the bed was comfortable and the room was overall clean, but the furniture had some stains and the room felt "used". the view from the room was ok. we ordered room service and the food was amazing, however the "hot" breakfast was "warm". the room service attendant was on time and very professional. all of the staff were nice and welcoming, just expected a little more eye contact from the front desk. overall a good experience but not great.

This hotel felt dirty the moment we walked into the room. The floors were dirty and the sleeper sofa was full of crumbs. The doors had dirty fingerprints and gross white stains. Yuk. The furniture had dust.

"Great Location but rooms very noisy"

I booked a two night reservation with our room overlooking the fountain. The view was beautiful. Our room was dirty, had pecans under the bedskirt. Also, the temperature in our room was 77 degrees and could not be adjusted. The front desk said it was ran by the same thermostat as the room next to us. I do find this very interesting, each room has an open vent over the entry door. Our room was located in a corner that had a small entry for two rooms. With the vents above each door, you can hear every word and noise in each room. At 6:30am on Saturday morning, the lady in the next room coughs for 45 minutes and it sounded like she was in our room. I could hear their conversation, the microwave etc. We did get an upgrade for the next evening but it was still the same with the noise. I am just curious what the vents are for. I feel like the price we paid for a Hilton Hotel, that it should have been much better. It was not any better than a Comfort Inn in my opinion.

On our way back home we stopped in to get a room late. Jennifer ( I believe is her name) at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. She made us feel welcome and gave us a great deal. The king room we stayed in was amazing and seemed to be new. The room was very clean and roomy with a extremely comfortable bed. We will be back.

First I want to say the gentleman who was working the door and valet parking was great! His service was great. Though they were in the middle of construction everyone was great. I love that this spot is in the Branson landing so you can walk around The Landing and just across the street from downtown. I’m also a fan of Big Whiskeys Bar and Grill attached to the lobby

While we wanted a fountain facing room, we initially were going to have a normal king sized room. What we got was a fountain view room that was very comfortable. It was exactly what we wanted. The room was clean and well kept. The view of the fountain was perfect. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and attentive, from the valet to the front desk clerks to the maid service. Even though the lobby was going through renovation, they made sure that we were well taken care of. We had stayed there before and had a wonderful time then. We will stay here again!
