"Not worth the price."
January, 2015
The hotel grounds were really nice and well manicured. the parking garage was a little confusing but it was well lit and clean. My deluxe king room was not so deluxe. the bed was comfortable and the room was overall clean, but the furniture had some stains and the room felt "used". the view from the room was ok. we ordered room service and the food was amazing, however the "hot" breakfast was "warm". the room service attendant was on time and very professional. all of the staff were nice and welcoming, just expected a little more eye contact from the front desk. overall a good experience but not great.

We rented a one bedroom condo and couldn't be happier. Very clean, plenty of room, everything worked. We had a full size kitchen and an apartment size washer and dryer. Staff was very friendly and we will stay here again!

Pros 1. Location: right at the Promenade, center of all of the great shopping, restaurants and everything. Some nice attractions too. And very convenient way to get to Theater District just go strait along the Main street. 2. The room: spacious. two mirrors inside the room, which is nice considering the fat that your companion can be in the bathroom when you need a mirror :) And one of those is a long one to allow to see all of you. 3. Accessibility of the bathroom: I liked the fact that the shower was separate from the bathtub, and the shower stall is small enough and big enough to accommodate me only. I needed to have my husband with me in all other hotels. Cons 1. Closet: I hated the fact that they only had very short space for hangers, I mean not short regarding width of the closet. But short regarding to height of the clothes you supposed to hang. It could not even accommodate my trousers! Let along my dress, and my husband is not a short person. I do have disability and that is why I need an accessible room, but I am not THAT short. It could only accommodate shirts and tees, not even cardigans. 2. Cleanliness: the room was barely cleaned at the check in, and as long as I have problems with dust…Moreover, we stayed at the hotel two nights, and they forgot to clean the room for the second night. No vacuum, no bathroom utensils, no shower mat, not enough towels. All she/he did was to take the tip money. She/he did not even make the bed normally, just threw the blanket on it. Mind you that we did go to the front desk and asked therm to make sure that the room was cleaned, they answered “yes sure,” the result I described above. 3. Heating problem: I know we have unusually cold winter this year, but it does not explain the heating system shutting off in the middle of the night. We called for maintenance in the morning, they repaired it. But we did not have enough sleep and the headache did not make the day exactly bright either. 4. Shower: the shower pole (we had handheld shower) was constantly falling off. There was no way to shift the shower head along that pole. 5. Check out: we asked for the cart and never received it. Not very convenient way to get our luggage down to the lobby ad long as we stayed on the fourth floor. My husband had to make several trips to the room. P.S. Room #435 to the left from the elevator. Before we were always staying in the room to the right, no complaints there.

"Awesome Stay!"

Great experience!! Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Branson area. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We brought our dogs with us and when we arrived the room had a dog bed and dog bowl which was a nice touch. My only complaint is that there really isn't a great area for pets to go and do their business. The grassy area near the railroad tracks my dogs got briars stuck in their fur so this left a the grassy areas in front of the fountain by the water and the small grassy area by Starbucks. Otherwise this hotel was phenomenal!
