have stayed here several times, always had a good experience, however, for dinner the Level2 restaurant was closed, not good, was looking forward to the great steaks they serve. But it's understandable because of the off season of the area. However, was able to have Breakfast there and the food and service were very good.

The hotel grounds a d lobby were beautifully decorated. Level 2 restaurant service was terrible for dinner, we had free breakfast vouchers which was a good thing because the breakfast was over priced. Have had better breakfast at Drury. The rooms were over priced and no microwaves. The only good thing about this hotel was convenience. Walking distance to the small shops and the lanfing.

"It’s was good but not great"

If you’re looking for a hotel with access to old Branson and the Landing with pets welcome come here. The rooms are a little above rooms are average and parking is not free. The staff are really nice and helpful although it took my wife 10 mins to get a coffee at the buffet. The buffet was a let down. As a diamond I was given free cold buffet and for an extra 7 bucks a slightly warm buffet. Save you money and time and get breakfast on the strip

"Dirty Room, Dirty Sheets"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5
Reviewed January 06, 2019 NEW
When we arrived, there were 3 employees at the front desk. They all made us wait about 5 minutes to check in while they finished their conversation. They seemed extremely flustered. I had to ask for a WiFi code and explained that I’m an Hilton Honors member (booked through the app, so front desk should know this already). They then offered a packet of information and bottles of water, which was appreciated. First room had makeup (foundation, mascara and lipstick) on 2 of the 4 pillows. It didn’t appear that the sheets had been changed. I called the front desk and requested a new room. Second room had greyish/brownish stains in the middle of the bottom sheet. It looked like splatters of something. I called the front desk and asked for a linen change. They transferred me to housekeeping, who hung up on me after I explained about the sheets. I then went down to the front desk to get new room keys and try to get a linen change (again). The front desk staff loudly complained about the housekeeping staff in front of other arriving guests, which was unprofessional. I didn’t want to hear about how they thought all the housekeepers were lazy, I just wanted keys and fresh linens. Went back to the room and waited for over 90 mins for fresh linens. By this point, our friends were waiting on us for dinner. My husband found extra linens in the closet and we re-made the bed. Housekeeping never did arrive, so we let the front desk know. The room clearly needed a good clean - the fixtures had a lot of dust and the mirror had spots on it. The following morning, we we waited to check out, I noticed the housekeeping staff mopping the floor. The employee didn’t wring out the mop so the floor had a ton of water - before I noticed the employee mopping, I literally thought there was a water leak. There were no wet floor signs visible. I will add that the valet and bellhop employees were friendly and helpful. Our friends celebrate NYE every year at this hotel. Honestly, I don’t know if we’ll stay here next year. Clean sheets are pretty basic for a hotel, and to encounter dirty sheets twice is a little shocking.
