The room was clean and pleasant. I liked the quiet environment of the setting for the motel. Even though it was a little drive to activities, it was worth it.

"Not Exactly What We Expected"
July, 2018
Our hotel room was clean and quiet. True to the description, the rooms were recently updated due to last summers flash flooding. The bathroom area was very outdated and dingy. The shower curtain was moldy and the grout in the shower/sink area appeared old and dirty.

"It was ok"

I did love the location. It’s close to everything without being overly crowded. The pool was nice. The employees were nice. The downfalls was the water for the shower was cool. Rooms look a little beat down. The “breakfast” was in the employees break room. Which to me isn’t very professional.

Only chose this via a 3rd party site, we arrived late due to layover flights. Contacted office around 10:50 pm to let them know of the situation and was told it was okay that the cards to the door would be in the mail box with my name on it. Never was asked for a preference on what floor we might want to stay on ( my other half is handicap an walks with a cane ) we were placed on the 3rd floor (No elevator). Once inside with all our luggage we found out the tv didn't work (no big deal), the next day we went on our way. That morning maid service barged in our room said she was asked to check the room we reserved for 3 nights. ( that should have been in the notes for our reservation right) NO. After a day of activities that night got back to our room and were locked out for over an hour calling 3 different #'s needless to say we were not the only ones having this issue. There was a very rude person that finally set our cards right and we were let in finally. A/C wasn't working right. Asked for a partial refund for our troubles was told no will not stay here again it is only in business to suck people of their money no matter the issues. I hope upon seeking a place to stay that you read all reviews.

Staff is very courteous and helpful. First room had a small problem, and they brought a key to the room next door and moved us to our satisfaction. Stayed on the back on the third floor overlooking Fall Creek. A lot of steps and no elevator, but the view and atmosphere are worth it. Good restaurants on both sides of the hotel, so you do not have to leave the property unless you want to. Sitting areas and a barbeque are provided along the creek.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Fall creek inn and suites. Clean room with very comfortable beds. Great staff. A little creek runs behind hotel and they have chairs and bbq grills out by water. Also if you like horse shoes you can play that too. Joshua was very nice and helped you out in any way he could. I will definately stay here again when i return to Branson. Its in a very good location with a bbq resturant and a steak house on each side of it. I give them a thumbs up.

"Rice Crispies... a Hot, Deluxe Breakfast?"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5
Reviewed October 04, 2018 NEW
I really wish I could give this resort a better rating, but I just can’t. The rooms were clean and the jacuzzi and pet-friendly policy are a plus. But we usually book a hotel that provides breakfast. Even when I checked in, the desk pointed to the room where breakfast would be served. The sign even read “Hot Deluxe Breakfast”. The next morning... help yourself Rice Krispies. Went to Shoney’s and spent an extra 35 bucks for what should have been a given. Ice machine downstairs is always empty. Excuse was that people fill their coolers when they leave... problem was that there weren’t that many other tenants. Other than those two issues... we did enjoy our stay. After a day of walking and standing, the jacuzzi was a great way to end the day. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Maybe one more chair, given that most times two people need a place to sit, when not sleeping.

"Beautiful country setting"

The rooms are beautifully remodeled. The price is more than fair. There two restaurants at either end of the motel that are fairly priced. We opted for the steak and catfish house. It was our son's 14th birthday, and he had so much fun catching the "hand tosses" rolls. We were very impressed at how pretty and clean the whole place is. The only drawback to the whole experience was the free continental breakfast. It was by no means terrible, just very limited. Basic cereals, juice, coffee, some bagels, and waffles.
