"It was ok"
July, 2018 NEW
I did love the location. It’s close to everything without being overly crowded. The pool was nice. The employees were nice. The downfalls was the water for the shower was cool. Rooms look a little beat down. The “breakfast” was in the employees break room. Which to me isn’t very professional.

Only chose this via a 3rd party site, we arrived late due to layover flights. Contacted office around 10:50 pm to let them know of the situation and was told it was okay that the cards to the door would be in the mail box with my name on it. Never was asked for a preference on what floor we might want to stay on ( my other half is handicap an walks with a cane ) we were placed on the 3rd floor (No elevator). Once inside with all our luggage we found out the tv didn't work (no big deal), the next day we went on our way. That morning maid service barged in our room said she was asked to check the room we reserved for 3 nights. ( that should have been in the notes for our reservation right) NO. After a day of activities that night got back to our room and were locked out for over an hour calling 3 different #'s needless to say we were not the only ones having this issue. There was a very rude person that finally set our cards right and we were let in finally. A/C wasn't working right. Asked for a partial refund for our troubles was told no will not stay here again it is only in business to suck people of their money no matter the issues. I hope upon seeking a place to stay that you read all reviews.

"Average place to stay the night"
June, 2018
We upgraded for the luxury suite. Room was a little cramped with two queen beds. The bathroom wasn't updated like the rest of the room, but not horrible. Breakfast room was too cramped with all the guests, and no proteins were offered. Overall it was decent enough to sleep in.

"Good place!"
June, 2018
Great place, is clean and the people there are nice! Our last night we had to complain to front desk about the people above us making noises (literally it was all night, a couple was fighting) and the gentleman page them and told them to keep it down. We will come back again and maybe this time we can get the top floor.

Our family recently visited the Branson area and we stayed at Fall Creek Inn & Suites. Amenities were nice, our son enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the creek on the property. Grills and picnic tables were provided near the creek, even though we didn’t use them, it’s worth noting. Convenient to Danna’s BBQ next door and area attractions.

"Better than expected"

Arrived earlier than expected, and the dudes (Joshua & Zane)at the counter were quick to hook me up with early arrival. The room was pretty clean compared to some other places I've stayed in when doing a weekend party stay at the lake area. Very hot day, and the AC in room 104 worked better than most of the wall models I've used at other road side hotels. next time I'm down there at Tablerock lake boating, this is were i'll stay again.

Doesn’t have laundry bag or garbages (other than one VERY tiny garbage by the sink) in the room. My husband and I were given a room with two full beds instead of a room with 1 queen or king... which was kind of weird. The hotel was a bit dirty. Spiderwebs everywhere, liquor bottle on the stairs, etc. Just doesn’t look maintained. The room seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned before our stay/after the previous visitors. The beds were made, and the coffee restocked... but the toilet paper was half gone, and the soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower hadn’t been filled. Not the worst place I’ve stayed. It served its purpose. We were mostly out exploring the area rather than the room... but some improvements could be made for sure.

I frequently travel to Branson, Mo., and enjoy trying new hotels;unfortunately this was a poor experience. I arrived on Sat, and when checking in found out that my room was a third floor walkup, facing the road. I asked if a courtesy upgrade was possible, and was told it was not, but I could be placed on the first floor for an additional $20 a night. I declined, and then asked if I could have a room to the back of the hotel, and was told that this, also wasn't possible. So my visit didn't begin well. The location of the property is excellent, and the room was very clean. Those are the good points..the rooms are small, by American standards, the furnishings cheap, the TV was also quite small. The bed was no better then acceptable, and the pillows were past their prime. I was going to rate the linens surprisingly high, but I had a washcloth that was almost transparent, so a mixed grade there. The toilet was not firmly bolted to the floor, and the caulking job around the tub was done by an amatuer. Traffice noise WAS bad at the front of the hotel, and the drapes were not light blocking, making it hard to snooze past sunrise. A continental breakfast is offered, and it's quality also is poor. Breakfast is only served from 7 to 9....I arrived at 8:30 to an almost barren table, and in the twenty minutes that I was there, no one appeared to bus tables or replenish supplies. Two waffle makers are not sufficent for that big a hotel, and even the plastic cutlery in use was so poor that it almost failed to cut a waffle! So, most of my savings from the hotel price were reinvested in eating at IHOP the next couple of days! By Monday night, there were only about twenth cars in the lot, the hotel was largely empty, and I was still trudging up to the third floor. :( There are many fine value propertys in and around Branson. This isn't one of them.
