I have never been on a zipline before until I tried this. It was fun and I felt a little scared but that made it even more fun. The view is beautiful and you get an adrenalin rush! It is a bit pricey and then you also have an option to buy your pictures that they take!

I had never done any kind of zipline before, and after talking to the staff about it, we decided to take the chance. My worries were for my young daughters, but they seemed fearless, and were both egging me on. After paying what I thought was a very pricey fee - ~$100 for 4 - we stood in line and waited our turn. After seeing many even younger children going with their parents, I felt a little better about it. My 16 year old son went first, with my 9 year old daughter. The 6 year old went with me. The girls were both excited and fascinated with the ride, and though a bit scary because you shoot backwards up and over the water before flying back down and across, my son and I also enjoyed the adrenaline rush. Not bad, just expensive.

"Great ride and great manager"

Our two kids (early 20's) rode Parakeet Pete's and had a great time. This review is to give kudos to the manager for honoring a coupon that he really didn't have to (too long of a story for this review). It was nice to work with such a professional. You don't always get that.

"Expensive, but you get to go twice for one money"

We went at night. The lights up the river were very nice and the view was great. We took our 12 year old granddaughter on this and she loved it. Kind of expensive for a family though.

"Misled by staff"

We bought tickets before going and on the day after seeing the zip line in action and reading your signage I realised it was unsuitable. I told the female attendant I didn't want to use mine but she said I had to wear the wrist band anyway (no idea why). After my friends went I asked for a refund on my ticket- the girl got a male staff member over who said he would happily refund my ticket but it's not possible to do there, I need to follow the instructions on the website. I felt this was untrue but could not prove otherwise without wifi as I'm from the UK so could not access the website. He left me with no proof that I did not take the turn- I found wifi and surprise surprise there is no refund option on the website. I posted on the Facebook page asking how to obtain the refund but have not received a response. If you had said I couldn't have a refund I would have accepted that but telling me something untrue to make me leave seems unreasonable.
