There are 7 zips at Adventure Zipline and they are all great fun. There are 2 very tall spiral staircases you will climb, a bonus ATV adventure ride to and from a couple of the zips and your guides will teach you a fun trick for your last zip. Our guides were Cory and Caleb and they were excellent!

"Super Fun - Excellent Guides!"
March, 2018
Adventure Ziplines of Branson is super fun and closer to what I would expect to experience in rugged countrysides where ziplines are actually used for transportation.
The tour guides are excellent, well qualified, and go the extra mile to make sure the experience is fantastic for everyone! My 11 year old burned his wrist on the practice zip cable because he reached over it by mistake. The guides promptly administered first aid and we were all allowed to continue within minutes. Then one of the guides coupled with him on the other zips to help him feel more comfortable. With seven lengthy zip lines instead of the typical 1 to 4, it was a real adventure!

Tip: Your brake is a leather glove so be very careful not to catch your wrist or arm on the cable. Pay close attention on the practice zip line when the guides are giving you instructions.

"Amazing time, great guides!"
March, 2018
We had an amazing time Ziplining! Our guides Tristen and Justin were so helpful. They made us laugh, and kept us safe. We will deffinately be back again. My only complaint was my kids backed out before the first zipline, and we still had to pay for them. Next time I won’t include them.

"super zip line"

Took a group of 8 to Adventure ziplines. Had a great time for being a first time zip liner. Our guides headed up by Keaton were very helpful and sent us in the right direction every time. Some of us even got the nerve up to zip line upside down. Recommend this adventure to anyone under 60 year that wants some fun.

"What an amazing opportunity"

This was the first time I had ever been zip lining. I was reassured when I arrived that this was the BEST place to go zip lining in Branson because they are the only one that has double safety lines. The guides we had were Skylar and Josh and they were fantastic. They took time to help us feel comfortable. This zip line company also has a night time opportunity. We went at 7 pm to beat the heat and we couldn’t have gone at a better time. We were able to watch the sunset as we ziplined! This was a BUCKET LIST event for me and I couldn’t be more HAPPY!

I took my wife and 2 boys ages 13,14...we had a great time. The guides were excellent. One was named Jules and a young man I don’t remember his name - they were both good with the variety of ages, friendly and very safety conscious. I liked that they had double lines for extra safety. Boys had a blast. Thank you - well done.

Reserved this before we left on vacation, in order to have a guaranteed spot and time. Brother and I were in a group of 10 of us. By the end of the tour, we all were friends. Our guides, Kelsey and Spencer were great!!!! Taught us all well. It was a lot of fun! Nervous at first but once you go through a couple of the lines, it was a blast! Definitely would go back for a night time adventure. Wish I took pictures!

I chose this place because of the great reviews. However, some precautions need to be expressed. There are several discounts available, but the front desk (in person) is horrible about telling you OR honoring them. You must stand your ground and insist. For example, when I booked the experience over the phone, I asked about a group discount. While they offered it to me over the phone, they did not in person. I had to tell them. When I went on the website the day of our adventure, the website advertised 50% off, which they would not honor in person. As I look on my final receipt, they still got it wrong. Next, be cautious of a place that hands out gloves. Your arm and that glove represent the brakes. Yes, they have guides to help a bit, but that doesn't prevent your arm from getting damaged in the "braking" process. Also, they did not have enough of the proper hand gloves for us, and the gloves were extremely worn. Please know there are zip lining places out there that have formal braking systems, and if you want to save your arm, ASK about braking options BEFORE booking. Do NOT risk injuring yourself with this manual and unnecessary braking system. One person in our party did sustain a shoulder injury from this adventure. And another got severe cable burns from reaching for the cable in the wrong place in an attempt to brake. On a positive note, although there were two towers to climb that had many stairs (and an unstable feeling in the wind at the top), they did shuttle you between towers in a cart. And the guides do take your safety seriously and make it fun for all.

Frequently Asked Questions about Adventure Ziplines of Branson

Will I be very high during the zipline adventure?
The average zip line adventure will take you anywhere from a few feet, to over seventy feet high, where you can get a great view of the Branson forest canopy!

Is zip lining safe?
Almost all adventure trips, including things like rock climbing or white water rafting, carry risks with them. Our course was designed to be as safe as possible. We use only the highest quality of equipment available, and everything is checked daily by our experts, who are also professionally trained. We do everything that we can to make sure that you will be as safe as possible during your adventure.

How long is a zipline adventure?
If you’re taking a tour, you’ll likely spend around 1 1/2 hours at the tour. It takes about 20 minutes to complete orientation and training. The canopy tour tends to take around an hour and a half to complete. You will get to ride all 7 zip lines that range from 450 to 2,000 feet long.

Do I have to do a lot of walking or hiking?
Not much at all. You need to walk about 300’ to our training area and first tower. There are two towers that have circular staircases, one has 45 steps and the other has 65 steps. After you complete the 7th line, you will be transported in a Polaris ATV back up to our Lodge to view your pictures.

Can anyone go on a ziplining tour?
Our tour is designed for use by anyone who is over the age of three (children this young will tandem ride with one of our experienced guides or confident and responsible parent). You must be over seventy pounds to ride alone. The zip line is able to carry passengers who are between the weight of seventy and two hundred and seventy-five pounds. It is requested that participants in a zip lining tour are in average health with no heart or back problems that might result in a worsening health issue.

Can you go on a zip lining adventure when you are pregnant?
No, if you are pregnant you will not be allowed to go on a zip lining adventure, but we hope that you will contact us about an adventure after you have had your child.

Should I wear anything special?
When you’re planning on going on a zip line adventure, the first thing that you need to do is to make sure that you are wearing comfortable clothing. Skirts are not permitted unless you are wearing shorts or pants under it, and you should not wear any type of jewelry that dangles. Close-toed shoes are required and anything that’s loose, like scarves, should be removed. If you have long hair, it should be tied back, and you should take everything out of your pockets, including cell phones, so that they do not end up hopelessly lost on the floor of the forest.

Do you still offer zipline tours in cold weather?
Yes!  The temperature can drop when you’re going on a zip line during the winter months, so make sure that you dress appropriately. Thick socks, a warm jacket that can zip up, a warm winter hat, thermal underwear, and even a face mask can be helpful if you’re going to be on a zip lining adventure in the winter months.

Do I have to wear any special equipment?
Your guide will fit you securely into a seat harness. You’ll also be given a helmet, gloves, a trolley system, which is what moves you throughout the cables, and 2 lanyards that have safety clips on them.

How about the rain? Can I go down the zip line in the rain?
You can go down a zip line in the rain, but not if there is any lightning. We try to make sure that we contact everyone who is booked for a zip lining adventure in the event of a storm. If your adventure is canceled due to inclement weather, you can opt to reschedule.

Can children under three zipline?
No. Children must be at least three years of age to zipline.

How many people can go together?
We can have up to twelve people per tour. If your group consists of less than 12 people, you will likely be paired up with another small group.

Should I tip my guide?
That is totally up to you but it is common industry practice to give a tip to your guide. If they have provided you with the experience that you were hoping for, it is normal for a guide to receive a 10-15% tip per person.
