Follow the Dress Code

To ensure the safety of each and every guest, White Water in Branson enforces a strict dress code. The attire policy states that:

  • Guests must wear appropriate swimwear in all pools, waterslides, and water attractions.
  • Swimwear cannot have buckles, rivets, protruding metal, sharp objects, or other external features.
  • Corduroy, cutoffs, or denim swimwear are prohibited.
  • Cotton shirts are not permitted on body slides.
  • Body piercings which may come in contact with the water slides are not permitted.
  • Thong swimsuits, shirts with profanity, or inappropriate tattoos are prohibited.

In addition, it is recommended that visitors wear either flip-flops or water shoes throughout their visit. The concrete and water slide stairs get hot from the sunbeams and become super uncomfortable on your feet.

Accompany Children at All Times

Although it may be tempting to drop your older kids off at White Water while you explore Silver Dollar City or other areas of Branson, MO, it is not allowed. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent throughout their visit.

If your kids want to visit White Water, but you’re not a big fan of water parks, that’s okay! There are plenty of relaxing activities for parents, too. Lounge around the wave pools, sit back and relax on the lazy river, or snag a White Water Branson cabana rental for privacy and relaxation.

  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Cover-Ups
  • T-Shirts
  • Water Shoes

Some Outside Food and Beverages are Not Permitted

In the interest of saving money, you may have planned to bring your own snacks and drinks into the water park. Outside meals, beverages other than one sealed bottle of water per person, and coolers are not permitted inside the water park. White Water security staff also search visitors’ bags prior to entering the park, so don’t try to sneak them in! However, you are allowed to bring in sealed, unperishable snacks.

However, to get around this rule, guests are allowed to pack a picnic, keep it in the car, and eat in the designated area outside the front gate. You can exit and re-enter the park on the same day. Just be sure to keep the original admissions ticket for each person to regain access to the park!

White Water also offers a variety of dining options including pizza, salads, sandwiches, ice cream, chicken tenders, and more. Gluten-free food is also available throughout the park for those with dietary restrictions.

A couple of corrections to the food/beverage rules. According to the White Water website FAQ: “Guests may bring an unopened bottle of water for each family member as well as individually packaged, nonperishable children’s snacks.”
