The Veterans Memorial Museum
in Branson MO
features over 2000 exhibits showcasing the wars of the 20th Century including WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and the Persian Gulf. With an extensive collection of artifacts and photos, there is only one element missing – your story. That is why director June Tillis is actively seeking stories from veterans located in Arkansas and Missouri.
The museum is planning an extensive update to its current military exhibits. In doing so, she’d also like to display the stories she receives, as a tribute to the community.
The Veterans Memorial Museum Branson is also hoping to utilize items from private collections on a short-term basis, including artifacts, photos and other wartime treasure locals may have.
