by Ashley Branson Travel Expert
Branson welcomes some of the biggest stars from the disco era on May 13, 2011.
Located at the Tri-Lakes Center, this one-night only “70s Supershow” will present three of the most popular artists from the disco era. Headlining the night is the Village People.
The six-man group is the original group, not a tribute act. There will perform their famous hits like “YMCA,” “Macho Man,” and “In the Navy.” This group has traveled the world over and has been performing for 33 years.
Also included in the show is A Taste of Honey featuring original lead singer Janice-Marie. They are famous for songs like “Boogie Oogie Oogie” and “Sukiyaki.” Completing the line-up is Maxine Nightingale, who is best known for her hits “Right Back Where We Started From” and “Lead Me On.”
All of the stars are planning on signing autographs after the concert and pictures will be allowed during the show.
