Lee Greenwood Returns to Branson this September

Feeling patriotic?  Lee Greenwood, the man known for the mega hit “God Bless The U.S.A.,” will be performing in Branson for two nights only this September.  Greenwood has an all-new concert experience planned for his Branson shows, which are being held at the Andy Williams’ Moon River Theatre.

Greenwood himself has stated the show is based on “stars and stripes and God and country.”  There’s a lot of variety in the show and Greenwood brings a vast repertoire, including seven number one hits, to the stage.  Some of his best known songs are “Going, Going, Gone,” “Dixie Road,” “Mornin’ Ride,” and Hearts Aren’t Made to Break.”  As the two night concert series is held at the Andy Williams Moon River Theatre a nod to Mr. Williams might be in order as well.  Greenwood and Williams were friends, and this is Greenwoods first time performing in Branson since Williams’ passing last September.

In addition to preparing for his tour, Greenwood has also been working on a live CD which will be released this fall.   The live compilation comes from a series of concerts held fourth of July weekend.  It will include 18 tracks, all which were nominated by fans as album tracks.

Lee Greenwood will perform on September 27 and 28.  Tickets are on sale now.
