Cowboy Jamboree Coming to Branson

For the first time ever, the annual Jamboree of the Chuckwagon Association of the West will hit Branson. It will be hosted by the Circle B Supper Show at the Circle B Theater. The Jamboree is scheduled for October 24-27, 2010.

The Chuckwagons of the West began more than 50 years ago at the Flying W Ranch in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The small gathering has now evolved into the largest cowboy event if the year.
Organizers for the event has released an itinerary of talent scheduled to perform in October. Sunday, October 24 will feature the Riders of the Circle B, the Circle B Cowboys from the Black Hills, Dusty Rogers and the Bar D Wranglers. Dinner that evening is baked chicken quarter a la range, with baked rodeo spuds and all the trimmings.
The following day, October 25, the Flying W Wranglers, the Circle B Cowboys, John Wain with his tribute to John Wayne and the Bar D Wranglers are expected to appear. Dinner will include pulled pork barbeque, beans and all of the extras.
On October 26, the Flying J Wranglers, Bar-J Wranglers, “America’s Got Talent” Top 10 finalist Johnny Lonestar and the Flying W Wranglers will be on hand. Circle B will serve its roasted beef with boiled potatoes and other delicious sides.
The last day of the event, Wednesday, October 27, begins with a breakfast show featuring Roy Rogers Jr., and is followed by the Riders of the Circle B, the Flying J Wranglers, Travis Loewen and the Bar0J wranglers. The final dinner will feature trail stew with cornbread muffins.
