First, the inaugural flight from Branson to Gulfport-Biloxi took place Monday, May 17, on the Branson AirExpress. There are fares as low as $59 each way from Branson to Gulfport-Biloxi, which is expected to help tourism in both destinations.
The Branson Airport also welcomed two inaugural flights on Monday, from Houston and Austin, Texas, marking the beginning of the Branson AirExpress flights that were announced in early April.
All of the flights that are included on the new Branson AirExpress schedule will allow a wider variety of people to visit Branson, and aide in the overall tourism of the area.
In addition to Houston, Austin and Gulfport-Biloxi, Branson AirExpress will also have to and from flights to Des Moines, Iowa; Nashville, Tennessee; and Shreveport, Louisiana.
With all of these flight options available, traveling to the Ozark Mountain region for a Branson vacation is easier than ever before.
