Shell Knob 35th Fire and Thunder Fireworks Celebration
July 4, 2010

The trappings of the modern world were slow to penetrate the rugged hills of the Ozarks. The people who settled the area learned to make do and take enjoyment from the simple pleasures of life. After two decades as a sleepy little farming community where two rivers met, Shell Knob was reborn as a lakeside community in the late 1950s with the completion of Table Rock Dam. Today, Shell Knob is just big enough to have everything you need, yet small enough to be a friendly and relaxing community. Come join them as they celebrate a 35th year of fireworks and fun! Fireworks will begin around 9:15 pm.
