The Andy Williams Moon River Theater is hosting the One True God Tour on October 16, 2011. The unique event welcomes two very well known Christian rock bands, as well as several other performers.

Starlite Theatre in Branson MO features several entertaining shows for the upcoming Fall Branson Shows season.

Righteous Brothers’ Bill Medley performs at the Starlite Theatre now through October 24th. Best known from his years in the Righteous Brothers duo, Medley sings hits like “Lovin’ Feeling,” “Unchained Melody,” and “I’ve had the Time of my Life.” This year, he is also joined on stage by his daughter, McKenna Medley. The theater also welcomes The Texas Tenors this season, as they return for their second limited engagement. Legends in Concert Branson has announced their line-up for the Fall Season.
Guests can look forward to tributes to Bette Midler, Alan Jackson, Johnny Mathis, Elvis Presley and The Blues Brothers. These performers will be at Legends in Concert through October.
Starting in November, The Blues Brothers and Elvis will be joined by Alan Jackson, Dolly Parton and Ray Charles. This line-up of performers takes the stage through December 31st.

Legends in Concert recently extended its lease at the Dick Clark Theater. Dick Clark’s American Bandstand Theater, the ultimate Branson rock and roll complex, was built in 2006 and boasts 900 seats. Lee Greenwood and Louise Mandrell are headlining a six week engagement in Branson, Missouri this Fall. The two have performed together in the past, but this is the first time they have teamed up together in Branson. Mandrell and Greenwood perform nightly at 8pm, except for Sundays, September 12-October 22.

The show, held at the Welk Resort Theater, features a mix of solos and duets by both performers. Mandrell, who is best known for her appearances on the “Barbara Mandrell and the Mandrell Sisters” variety program in the early 80’s, also plays a variety of instruments during the show. Greenwood, best known for his patriotic salute “God Bless the USA,” performs a selection of country music tunes, including seven others hits that topped the country music charts.

The Cat’s Pajamas will perform at the Moon River Theatre in Branson come 2012. The vocal group, who appeared on the NBC show “The Sing Off,” has previously performed at the Dutton Theater and at the Branson Mall Music Theater.
The group will begin performances at the Andy Williams Moon River Theatre in March 2012. A schedule has not yet been releases, but The Cat’s Pajamas are expected to perform throughout the year, including the Christmas season.

The Haygoods will be performing in a new theater during the 2012 Branson shows season.

After moving into the renovated Americana Theatre two years ago, the Haygoods have decided to move venues again, this time to the RFD-TV Theater. They will start performing at the new venue in February 2012.
