Our condominiums are individually owned and many of our owners make them available for nightly resort rental while they are away. You will be staying in one of these privately owned lake retreats, each with its own personal décor style reflecting the owner’s individual taste.  The Village at Indian Point Resort is located on beautiful Table Rock Lake, just minutes from Silver Dollar City, one of Branson’s most popular attractions. This property has a lodge-style main building complete with fireplace, stuffed game and woodsy décor. The main building is also home to several of the on-site amenities, including the indoor pool, game room and fitness center. The indoor pool area was spacious, very clean and featured and extremely large Jacuzzi as well as a kiddie pool. The game room featured a pool table and air hockey, while the fitness room was equipped with a sauna, weight and cardio machines. Plans are in the works to add an outdoor pool and snack bar for Summer 2011. There is also a dock on-site and fishing poles are available at the front desk for guests.The condos at the Village at Indian Point Resort feature four different floor plans, all with two bedrooms and two baths. The lowest priced unit is the Deluxe condo, which features a 900 sq. ft. floor plan with medium sized kitchen, living room with fireplace and large deck for enjoying the breezes off the lake. The Deluxe Jacuzzi condo is very similar to the aforementioned condo, although it includes a two person Jacuzzi. The Luxury Lakefront Jacuzzi condo is around 1100 sq. ft. and features upscale appointments like granite countertops, new kitchen appliances, upscale case goods and fixtures and a great view of the lake. The Luxury Lakefront Jacuzzi Condo with loft resembles the other lakefront units, although it comes with a spiral staircase that leads to a loft with an additional bed, essentially making this a three bedroom unit. All of the condos feature flat screen TV’s and washer/dryer. Plus, firewood is available for free to guests so the fireplace can be put to good use. Boat and trailer parking is also available.  |

How many different lodges comprise your units?
There are 16 Lodges in the resort. Each Lodge has 3 levels, with 4 units on each level. Each type of condo has units accessible with no stairs, except Lofts. There are no elevators.
How many adjoining rooms are available at Village at Indian Point Resort?
There are 3 sets of 2 Deluxe Jacuzzi condos that have an adjoining door on the private deck. Must be requested at time of reservation. Subject to availability. Group reservations are placed as near to one another as possible.
Do you have a restaurant on-site?
There is no restaurant on site, however there are restaurants nearby and some will deliver. Each condominium has a full kitchen.
Do you a minimum age required for check-in at Village at Indian Point Resort?
Guests must be 24 to check in or 21 if married.
Do you have any resort fees?
There are no additional resort fees or cleaning fees.
Do you charge for cribs or rollaways?
There is a $10.00 charge per crib per stay. There are no rollways available.
Are all towels and linens provided at Village at Indian Point Resort?
Yes. 6 sets of towels are provided per condo (8 sets with Lofts). Additional towels and linens are not available. To conserve water and protect our environment, we do not provide daily maid service. A full size washer and dryer are provided in every condominium for your convenience. Pool towels will be provided as requested at check-in.

Indoor Pool, Children’s Wading Pool and Spa Hot Tub are open 8am to 11pm. Outdoor Pool is open 9am to 11pm. Hours vary by season.
