The boat is beautiful! The sheer size of it is amazing! It is clean, well kept, and an incredible venue. The host/magician was both informative and entertaining! Dinner music was performed by a talented group of musicians. The food was good and provided a nice variety of options. Waitstaff was friendly, highly efficient, and did a wonderful job! The after-dinner performance was pretty good complete with both singers and dancers. What I thought was an amazing touch was that they provided wheelchairs in the parking lot for guests that needed assistance. It is a rather long walk from the lot to the boat, a walk my mother could have never made. The wheelchair allowed her to join us comfortably.
The show was high energy, and the host magician was quite funny and entertaining. The food was fine -- no better or worse than you'd expect of any high-volume serving site. But one warning: the show ended with a series of Christian (NOT just religious or Judeo-Christian but strictly Christian) songs. No problem if that's your thing, but a bit much if it isn't.
Both times we went to this in the past it was 4 star. The food is mediocre so it can't be 5 stars. But we were unhappy with the production this year (2016). So much so that we do not plan on returning again. This was an expensive disappointment.
The food was mediocre at best however the show was very good. My husband and I enjoyed viewing the river on the deck. We were than treated to a very good show. But, the food quality was bad . Chicken had no taste.
