An uplifting and inspirational live show featured at Branson’s Sight & Sound Theatres, Jonah tells the timeless biblical story of a prophet who runs from an order from God. The show features themes of disobedience and betrayal, as well as mercy and love, enhanced with larger-than-life special effects, original music, animatronics animals, pyrotechnics and state-of-the-art 3-D video imaging.
We attended a 3:30 p.m. performance of Moses at the Sight and Sound Theatres. There was a line of vehicles queued up at the entrance when we arrived, which I took as a good sign. We only waited a couple minutes before being directed by friendly parking staff to our spot. The outside of the theatre is beautiful and clean. There is a very new and modern feel. Once inside we were not at all surprised by how stunning visually the inside of the building is too. My wife had purchased our tickets online the night before so we headed to the ticket call booth. A very friendly woman was quick and professional with finding out tickets and verifying they belonged to us with our address. Once we had our tickets we proceeded to the bathrooms and then up to find our seats. The staff were all very helpful, no one seemed to be under the age of 60 working that day. The show was amazing. Live animals running through the aisles. Wow! Our 8 month old got fussy at the mid point in the performance and we ended up watching the remainder of the story from the cry room. It was clean and still a good view of the stage. No complaints whatsoever. We certainly will be returning to the Sight and Sound Theatre next time we visit Branson!

I came back to Sight & Sound theatre this year to see Moses. It was a fabulous show. They always do a wonderful job. The sets are amazing and the cast is wonderful. They of course figured out how to part the red sea. It really is a wonderful show based on the Biblical account of Moses.

This is live theater with extraordinary sets. I have been to several plays, but my favorite was Noah's ark. Live animals and three lower sets with an attic set also. The costumes, sets and music is superb. Special effects and a well written story line makes this a great pleasure.
