Wow!! What a show!!! Real Rockers playing Jerry Lee Lewis, Clapton, Joni Mitchell, Tod Rungren, Commodores and more. A great variety with a mix of guys and gals they can all really sing and the guitar playing is phenomenal. Concession prices are pretty reasonable. The female singer Sammy is great!! Rock on Steve!!!!!

""Jim Stafford is fun for the whole family!""

Let me start by saying that the Jim Stafford Theater has excellent customer service. We had some confusion on show dates for the Rock and Roll Revival and had already purchased vouchers through another website. A man asked if everything was ok. I did not know he was the manager, but he was gracious and allowed us to exchange our vouchers for the Jim Stafford Show. At first, we were skeptical about changing. My parents were looking forward to the Rock and Roll Revival. I wasn't sure if my children would sit through 2 hours with Jim Stafford. We are local, and I was never really interested in seeing his show before. Boy were we in for a surprise! Jim is an entertainer from the 70's which is before my time. He's been in Branson for 20 plus years, and so I did not think his show was relevant for us since we were a family with small children. I will say that there is only one colorful word, if you want to call it that, in reference to a donkey. As it was in context and not used as a curse word, I really did not see this as inappropriate for children. There is one song which references beer and women but not overly mentioned. It was only used in that one song. The rest of the show was kid friendly. They may not understand all of the jokes though. This show was a banjo pickin, guitar lickin, slap stickin good time. I was very impressed by Jim's talent as a musician. My husband can attest to this. He said there was some tonal issues at times especially with the guest act, but seeing as how they are still teenagers I chalk it up to needing more experience on stage (this was mainly with the electric banjo). Jim may appear a little "vintage" at first glance, but man he can play the heck out of a guitar. We'll be sure to relay the message to Clay Cooper that Jim still has it! ;) During intermission, Jim interacted with my children while taking pictures. He was friendly and took time to visit as time could allow. I highly recommend this show to families. Consider going the next time you are in town. It was not a crowded theater, and you will enjoy the 2 hour show!

"Needs Remodeling"

We attended a magic show here. There are really no bad seats in the house. The theater was not crowded and when we picked our tickets, had no problem getting exactly where we wanted to be. The seats are worn, the carpet dirty. Could stand to have a remodeling done.

"Jim Stafford still has it"

It is always a pleasure to see Jim Stafford's show. It is hard to believe that he can still play the guitar as well as he did 25 years ago when he first came to Branson. He is still very sociable and tells stories and mingles with the audience throughout the show. The young men - Brother Brother -- are a great addition to his show. I don't see how you couldn't feel better after a visit with Jim.
