Loved the show. Have seen it twice and I will be back. Nice mix of songs and band leader Jason will be a star himself in the future.
Tip: Traffic can slow your arrival. Plan accordingly. Stock around for the pictures and autographs after the show.

We thought Billy Dean and his performers were great. The background sets were very artistic and the whole experience was fulfilling. We would go again in a minute. Billy welcomes you like family and puts his "all" in his performance.

"Billy the Kid"
April, 2015
We saw Billy Dean last night at the Starlight Theater. We loved the theater, we visited with Billy Dean and he is thinking about having some jam sessions in the diner area. He has some great ideas for the season. He is a natural and now I know how the song "I Miss Billy the Kid" came about. It is a really cool story. You will have to see the show to hear the story! Billy's Steel Horse band is excellent and I think Jarrett is going to be a star. He loves his guitar and his music and it shows! It is a great family show, you could feel the down home love that Billy Dean shares.
Tip: You can have a light supper in the diner before the show and sundae's for dessert.

"Worse Show Ever"

Opened with audience participation song about "Brown Gravy" which went on what seemed like forever and was lousy. First half was very little singing, mostly talked about his life. Instead of singing his songs, he showed videos of himself singing. Over 45 minute intermission so he could sell his CD's, autograph CD's and pictures, get his picture taken with audience members and just chit chat. Second half opened with video of one of his band members performing, at which time we left and did others. Would not recommend this show for anyone.

Great show without being "over the top". Loved when he sang with his daughter. She's a cutie. Couldn't resist a few souvenirs.

No longer at the starlite, but our family loved Billy's show. They made this a fun event for the entire family. Billy signed autographs at the intermission, and took pics following the show. He made it fun for the kiddos too by calling them on stage. I highly recommend!

It was not a good experience at all. The music was so loud it hurt to sit through it. Also he is a has-been and not very good at all. We had a short fifty minute show and then an intermission of forty five minutes while he talked to some people buying his junk while the rest of the audience waited for the show to start again. Then the second half he did a lot of talking and bragging about himself, then finished by taking requests, which he ruined.
