It was very clean. The staff was so nice. We all loved the pool area. It was not warm enough during our stay for the splash area but the indoor pool and hot tub was very nice. They were all so helpful with anything we needed.
We visited family near the area last week and we chose this place for our shirt stay of two nights. We picked it because of the family reviews and its somewhat close proximity to Silver Dollar City. We got a 1 bedroom condo located in the Pine lodges. The overall unit was beautiful and had plenty of space for a family of 4 (me, my wife and two boys ages 9 and 6). The master bedroom was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The sofa in the living room converted to a bed that was actually quite nice compared to others we have seen. I think the biggest hit of the place was the bathroom which was somewhat unique. It had a long vanity and mirror with two sinks. A separate small area with the toilet and separate door. And a huge shower stall that had 3 shower heads, two regular and one rain fall style. You could fit 4 people in it based on the size. My kids loved it! The master bedroom had a fireplace (as did the living room) but it was too warm to use it. It also had a whirlpool type tub but that went unused due to lack of time being spent in the room. We were here for such a short time that we didn't get to use most of the amenities that the place offers such as the reastauraunt andoutdoor stuff for kids. However, we did use the Splashatorium both nights (open until 10pm which was great). This area has an enormous indoor/outdoor pool that you can easily swim between. It has a small waterslide that was actually very fast and fun (kids went down it over 75 times) and it has an indoor and outdoor hot tub. There were snacks and drinks available and music was played which kept the place lively. Both nights it wasn't overly crowded so the kids had a blast. They are doing quite a bit of construction on new units there right above where we were staying. It was a bit loud during the day but we were hardly there so it didn't bother us. If you plan on hanging around on the patios, you may want to request a room far away from the construction. It started around 8am which was fine with us since we were wide awake by then but, again, it could be bothersome to people who want to sleep late. I really wish we had more time to spend at the resort but we at least know what to expect there next time we come to the area. We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed in the Lodges at Timber Ridge. These are condos at the Welk Resort. The place was nicely furnished and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative I can report is that the walls seemed a little thin - or I just had loud neighbors.
Our first time to Branson and we went on a "local market" package we purchased that required listing to their time share pitch. The location is great since it's off the beaten path and the property was clean and well maintained. We stayed in their hotel, which was nice, but nothing fancy. Check-in was quick and hassle-free and the employees were very friendly and accommodating. The concierge desk was directly across the room and they were helpful and friendly also. Parking was ample but may require a little walk if nothing available right up front - not a huge deal, the weather was nice. The property does have a restaurant on site with room service and poolside delivery available - great feature! The walls were thin, so you could hear loud activity in the nearby rooms. Our room had two double beds, a nice work desk and flat screen tv (a little small for the room), refrigerator and typical bathroom. The bedding was comfortable and besides the noise, was a good nights sleep. The bathtub had some of the finish peeling off, but besides some minor repairs such as that, I'd consider it to be a nice hotel. The spash-a-torium was the "fun center" of the trip. It's located across the parking lot from the hotel and it a separate building, so even if you're staying in the resort accommodations, you'll still have to walk outside to reach it. Thankfully, weather was great and we were comfortable. There's a beautiful indoor/outdoor heated pool, waterslide (fun for adults too!), and two hot tubs, one indoor and one out. There is a small kiosk inside the pool area that sells a few refreshments and pool toys, or they have a menu and phone available to order poolside from the restaurant. Adults can enjoy alcoholic beverages from the restaurant too! No need to carry cash as long as you have a credit card on file - you can charge directly to your room. The activities team hosts events throughout the day, some for kids (fishing lessons), some family (spring break bbq poolside) and some for adults (craft beer tasting). While some activities are free, some have a nominal fee for equipment/food. I loved the organized activities - it truly did give a resort feel and there was always something to do without having to leave. Outside the pool area they have a giant checkerboard and checkers and some sprinklers for the kids. The timeshare pitch was informative, but ran a little long. The properties that owners stay in are significantly more upscale than the hotel and beautifully decorated. I may be interested sometime in the future in purchasing myself, but I wasn't ready to do so on this trip. The Welk Resorts are gorgeous properties and their employees and other owners appear very happy, which speaks volumes. I was told numerous times that they were A+ rated on BBB but could never confirm that information myself. My salesman was Mike Middleton - very friendly and courteous (not sure if you can request someone specific).
