"nice lodge - but wet floors"
November, 2018 NEW
We stayed 4 nights in a 2 bedroom - 2 bath lodge. When we arrived, the carpets had just been steam cleaned and were still wet. We had to keep shoes on for 24 hours until it dried. The condo was otherwise clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice view from the porch. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice, but not very warm. Game room takes your money.

We will always come back to this place. It felt so cozy, clean and welcoming. I cant begin to tell you all the amazing details of the condo we had but it was truly a dream. We stayed in condo 18 room 8...they had a very sweet and informative consierge named paulette. She was so sweet and gave us a bunch of board games to play during one of our rainy days. Indoor pool kinda chilly but hot tub was fantastic. I highly highly recommend this place.

"Review of two night stay"
March, 2015
My family and I enjoyed a two night stay at Village at Indian Point. Everything was clean and ready for use when we arrived. Also, staff was very accommodating with special requests. Having the kitchen fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware etc made it easier to have meals there which allowed us more time to enjoy the amenities. Overall, the cost of the two night stay was completely worth it and we will definitely be visiting again in the future!

We stayed here to be near a large family reunion (36 people) just up the road at another facility. Entrance nicely decorated for Christmas (none of the other resorts in the area bothered to do this), seemed like an efficiently run place. Nice people at desk. We'd stay here again. Only suggestions would be to upgrade the towels, and put one packet of coffee in the room. Sell extra coffee packets at front desk. The towels have a pretty hard finish. Reminded me of high school gym towels in size and abrasiveness. Maybe their linen supplier could do better. We didn't use the indoor pool or similar amenities, but based on the overall quality of everything we observed, we would expect it to be nice. They offered us "pool towels" at the desk when we checked in.

We have been renting Condo's here for several years and have never been disappointed. The Condo's are clean and roomy, the facility is very nice and well kept, it is secluded with wooded areas surrounding it. It is located right on Table Rock Lake and most units have lake views and all units have covered decks, some some are enclosed. It is located less than five minutes from SDC and about a 10 minute drive to Branson. The staff is friendly and accommodating as well.

"Location Matters!"

Reviewed December 02, 2018 NEW
We decided to stay here for our October family get together. My daughter, granddaughter and I had previously stayed here and really enjoyed it and were very impressed with the condo and amenities as well as the service. This time we needed two 2 -bedroom condos for the all the family. It was hard explaining to my husband how different our previously rented condo had been. For the price, the one we had this time was not only a disappointment but was well below what one expect at that particular price range. The furniture was very cheaply made and had to have been bought at Big Lots or someplace similar. If you are paying Motel 6 prices, this is ok and to be expected, but we were NOT paying Motel 6 prices. The beds were literally the MOST uncomfortable beds I have ever slept (er tried to) on. The kitchen did not have have the essentials needed to cook for the amount of people in a 2 bedroom condo. In our case 4 adults and 3 children. Luckily, we had family next door and could borrow the needed utensils and pans. Our family next door did get a condo similar to one we had previously rented and would be considered appropriate for this price point. And, this is why I say location matters though I am not sure how you can be assured a quality condo unless you know specifically which one you want to book. The service we received on that first visit was great, this time not so much. Upon check in we were not greeted the same as before, in fact, the lady was a bit rude. Perhaps she just had a bad day. That bad must have lasted though, because when my father went to ask about local golf courses (it said to inquire at front desk in the book in the room on amenities) he was rudely told they did not do that. When I returned the beach towels upon checkout, I was told it was a good thing I brought back all the towel from both units as they were about to charge me $300 for them. I told them at check in that I would return all the towels for both units and they said that would be fine..guess they didn't tell anyone or forget but they didn't forget to be rude..AGAIN! On the up side this is a great location if you plan to visit SDC and it has great lake views and is a nice break from the loud, busy frantic pace of Branson. Just wish it would have been as nice as our previous visit two years earlier.
