The suites we stayed in were very spacious, clean, and a perfect home away from home! I'd love to return there as soon as possible!

"Updates are tricky sales traps"

This is another Time Share Trap. Never go on an update. They are NEVER anything but another sales trap. Never sign anything at their so called 55minute updates. We went to one in Branson. It was nothing but another sales pitch which lasted over 4 hours. We finally purchased a so called sampler package to get them off our back. We could not get up and leave because the first thing they did was Take Our Drivers Licence and Kept them the whole time. After returning home and attempting to use the sampler we found everything that we were told was not true. We have a point price gaurantee which is null and void if we use the sampler and attend another So Called Update. I am ashamed of thier tricks. Wish we had never become members. Just to make it clear we are at platium membership now. Members since it had the last 3 owners in the 1990's. Stay clear.

Went to Branson to see a show. Only had the weekend to stay. Like the Suites at Fall Creek because of it's quiet location - but close to get to anything you want. West end of Strip and a little south. Staff is always friendly.

"Room nice; location and area not great"

We had a single bed efficiency, which was nice. Queen bed, stove, microwave, sink along with the standard bathroom. A hide-a-bed was also available, although we didn't need that. The location was just south of Branson; sort of OK. But the area around it was littered with junk and eyesores. In some places, fences had been put up to hide the crap. Not the fault of the resort, per se, but it wasn't the most scenic place to stay. Staff were very friendly.

I have stayed here multiple times over the years. My last stay and review reflected a completely run down facility. I'm happy to report updates have been completed. New metal tubs replaced the old yellowing fiberglass ones and the counter tops have been replaced. Newer furniture made for a more comfortable stay. I could have used additional cookware and ended up purchasing some and leaving it. Hard to cook for a family of 6 with one small cookie sheet and casserole dish. Facility needs to consider installation of elevators in buildings without them. We climbed several flights of stairs multiple times a day with multiple packages. Most condos had elevators but ours didn't. Also a better way to dispose of trash should be available.

My wife and I also had a negative experience! Once we arrived the temperature in the room was hot like a sauna. Over the course of an hour the room eventually rose to 79 degrees. After one hundred attempts to turn the air down, I finally call the front desk. One hour later the security guard shows up without a clue of how to fix it. He gets frustrated with the system and says that all of the B units don't work. Then he leaves to never return as he said he would. As my wife started to wash he face she suddenly perked up in disgust as she saw the overflow drain hole. It had hair all in it.
