The suites we stayed in were very spacious, clean, and a perfect home away from home! I'd love to return there as soon as possible!

My stay at the Suites at Fall Creek was very restful and fulfilling. I mainly came to recuperate from some health problems and see a couple of shows. I did not partake of any of the amenities offered by the resort and didn't know there was a restaurant.

We stayed in a very nice studio with a queen sized bed with four fluffy pillows, and a small kitchenette. We discovered that the love seat is actually a comfortable full sized sofa bed, with extra bedding stored in the closet, so I am not quite sure while they state that this room is intended for only two people. The room itself is significantly larger than a basic hotel room. Our room was very clean. I had been a little concerned when reading some of the previous reviews, but could find absolutely nothing to complain about. When people say it is "dated", I think they are just referring to the Branson style of decor as everything seemed freshly painted, etc. The grounds were immaculate. While the Fall Creek Condos appear to be a little bit of a walk away, the "suites" themselves are all situated around a very pretty central courtyard where all of the activities are located and everything is in easy walking distance. The outdoor pool was closed due to the cold weather but the indoor pool is a decent size. The miniature golf was great, as was the playground. The game room was a huge bonus as the weather turned quite unpleasant and we spent a fair amount of time playing air hockey, arcade basketball, table shuffleboard and pool. It was a pleasant surprise that these were all free as well and not coin operated like most hotel game rooms. They have a fairly good collection on DVD's for "rent," but they are actually free as well. There are DVD players in the suites. Towels for the pool are also available here and they are nice, big actual beach towels vs the thin little hotel towels most other establishments offer. As we were there in the off season I could see how the game room and pool etc could become a little crowded during busy times, but I could easily see us returning as there is simply so much to do. I did not have any problems with being pressured to participate in the time share program, but it may be because I never went to the concierge to claim my arrival and parting gifts.

This was our 3rd time staying here an have had good luck in the past, but was not as pleased this time. While the rooms were nice, outdated a bit, but nice, we were located so far from the main area. There were no amenities for the kiddos where we were located. The pool was closed for awhile daily due to roofers but that maintenance was not Scheduled activities were ok. Create your own sundaes weren't ready as planned. We paid $35 for 7 bowls of ice cream with some Dixie cups of toppings. Not enough of everything for everyone. Bingo seemed rushed and short. I'd probably try again, but not in the off season.

We (a couple) booked the Studio room for one night. We arrived with a pleasant staff processing of securing our room. Went into our room; found it clean and pleasant . We noticed (and was not advised of this in the advertising and calling we did about 'studio room description) our room was adjoined with a studio room connected to us by a locked (and not insulated) doorway. We 'hoped' the 'suitemates we had not asked for' were quiet. Went to a show; returned at 10:30 pm to REALLY loud and rambunctious family with many noisemaking children in our adjoining one door connect room. We heard them shower, yell, flush, whine and cry, volume of TV very loud until midnite. We did not sleep for our usual / expected number of hours rest we were hoping for in our getaway weekend The front desk staff took my call at midnight and at 4 am. Both times, I had to wait for the phone to be answered by the front desk after 12 rings....this also occurred the next morning, when we called to check out. I asked to be connected for a voice mail to their manager, Ms Connelly, and it rang 20 times, was not answered by individual or by voice mail. I was assured Ms Connelly would call me back and left my number with the front desk attendant. It has been7 hours since then and I have not received a call back.
