The suites we stayed in were very spacious, clean, and a perfect home away from home! I'd love to return there as soon as possible!

"This Diamond property needs polishing."

We've stayed at Diamond properties before and have always been pleased. This property needs a little attention. We were in building 5 and it was not as clean as other Diamond properties. There were footprints on the floor in the bathroom and the refrigerator needed to be wiped out. A wasp or hornet issue made the screened in porch off the master beedroon/living room unusable. It's time to polish this property and bring it back up to Diamond standards.

We decided to book this "suite" because of our time share. Before even checking in we were offered at least three different items via sale pitch. After finally checking in, the room was completely disgusting, there was hair in the sink from a previous stay, the beds hadn't been made. We called up and they apologized and moved us to a different room. From there the stay was decent. I had to call house keeping twice the first night to request shampoos because not only were the offered items not in the room but they were not enough for my hair let alone another person in my groups as well. They said they would be right over, waited an hour, and had to call again. Finally someone had brought what we needed and we could go out for the night. When getting back to the resort for the night or keys were not working. After we got that settled we decided to go relax in the hot tub, where there were little kids, I'd say from 5-8 literally peeing in the hot tub. Since that was a no go we returned to the room for the night. The next couple of days weren't any better, after a much needed vacation and staying at this place I really needed another. I wouldn't suggest this place if you wanted adult time or to even be in a sanitary hotel.

"Close to everything"

The Suites are off the beaten path, but close to the entertainment strip and lake activities. We were using a "getaway" offer from our timeshare company. We have owned a timeshare for several years so we avoid the lengthy sales pitches. They offered a show with a few of the performers from the entertainment strip to give an idea of what is available, and a buffet dinner. There are multiple buildings in the complex with 4 stories. Our room was on the fourth floor but easily accessible by elevator. The suite was clean and had a large spa tub and washer and dryer. Full size appliances in the kitchen and well stocked dishes and flatware. The enclosed porch was nice to sit out on at night and had a fan for comfort. I would choose this as my place to stay the next time we go. It isn't a good place for kids as there isn't much to entertain them. The indoor/outdoor pool and exercise room are another nice aspect.

"Not what is advertised!"

We stayed here about 6-7 years ago. We had good memories of it. Clean, close to activities, etc. So when it came up on Priceline we decided to book it again. We are sorry we did. As has been mentioned on here already. Hit with sales pitch when my husband was checking in. Very rude to have people waiting in the car and do this to them. Upon arrival back at our room after our first cleaning had been done. Upon reading their sheet of what they offer, says you have to stay more than 8 days to get a cleaning! What?! I'm on vacation. I want a made bed, clean linens and my trash dumped...daily! I do those items at home...I'm paying for it at a hotel/resort. Extremely disappointed in this! Deal-breaker in my book. List of cons...old coffee, solidified in the coffee pot, hair and dust on the bathroom door, uncomfortable bed and paper thin walls. I could hear what program the family in the next room was watching. I knew it was a family because I could hear their children. Oh, they also tie up $100 in addition to the money already spent for the room. I think that's a rather large amount when you are vacationing and want to use it for say...dinner? Very strict about their coffee filters, etc. I was afraid to use the little dish soap to wash out the dirty coffee pot! Overall, nice-looking resort, generally well-kept, but CHEAP when it comes to hospitality and general care for their customers. Will not stay there again!
