The suites we stayed in were very spacious, clean, and a perfect home away from home! I'd love to return there as soon as possible!

This was a very nice resort. We had a 1 bedroom which had a full kitchen. It also had a screened in porch which I really liked. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room in living area. The building we were in had elevators, but I understand not all of them do. They were having Wi-Fi issues when we first got there, but those cleared up a couple days later. We asked for extra towels which they brought right away. Their policy is no mid week clean for less than 8 night stay. I didn't think this was a big deal, although I kind of missed it! There was plenty of free parking and we were close to all the area attractions without being in the middle of it.

This facility is very old and of need of lots of updating, it reminds me of a old folks home, old outdated furniture, our view was supposed to be of the lake, but all we can see is a clump of trees, bugs and spiders on the screened in patio, I refuse to even go out there, especially at night, which I would love to go enjoy the evening but I'm afraid of spiders. They put us in the way back of this place, I'm sure they could put us elsewhere.

The grounds are well maintained and very nice with lots of amenities. I had a junior suite which was plenty big for one or two people, but would be snug for anymore. Even though there is a kitchenette, there wasn't much there. Dorm size fridge, two burner stove and about two feet total of counter space. There did seem to be plenty of dishes and cooking utensils but not sure how you'd have room to do it. Also, there were a lot of towels and bed linens. My problem started when I got to my room. They were power washing the staircases at both ends of the building so I parked in the middle and took the elevator up to my room. I unpacked and went to the pool for awhile. Came back to the room, walking right past my car, which was fine. Went in to get cleaned up so I could head out to a show. When I came back out to my car, it was COVERED in a white, powdery film. The windshield was so bad I couldn't see out of it. I used the washer fluid and wipers without much success. Stopped at the office to speak to a manager and have them look at my car, which was a mess. The clerk went back to get the manager then comes back up to ask why I wanted to see him. What???? I explained what had happened then waited while she went back to relay this to the manager on duty. When she finally comes back she said the manager said for me to come back in the morning and speak to the day manager, that they can handle the problem and would adjust my bill as well as give me Visa gift cards. I left and stopped at the gas station at the top of the hill to try and clean my windshield enough to safely drive. I drove around for quite awhile trying to find a car wash that was open without success. Ended up not having time or dinner before my show. Didn't really enjoy the show as I stewed about my car the whole time. Afterward I drove around again and finally found a car wash open. Then next morning I go out to look at my car again, and it's still covered with this stuff. Now mind you my car is a 2016 so I wasn't real excited at the thought of the paint possibly being ruined. Stopped back at the office at 830 to be told the manager doesn't come in until noon. The girl asked what the problem was so I relayed my story again and was told that Security handled that sort of thing. Hmm, okay. The first security guy comes out and looks at my car and immediately said they would be taking care of it and I would be generously compensated for the mess and hassle then went to get his boss. After messing around with these guys for close to an hour I left to go get breakfast while we waited on the manager of the power washing company to call back. About 2 1/2 hours later the security manager called to say the PW company brought cash to the office for me to compensate me for the car washes needed. I get the envelope that had $40 inside. I wouldn't have cared about the amount other than I was only in Branson for two days and spend a lot of that time messing with my car, looking for car washes, and washing the car TWO different times and still had this mess on my car, granted it was much better though. A couple days after I got home I got an email signed by the GM, I know it was a rubber stamp deal, asking me to take a survey about my stay. I filled out the survey and explained what had taken place and the time lost from my short stay trying to get this resolved. To this day I have not heard one word from management, other than the security manager, but they sure were able to call and bug me about doing a timeshare tour. It would have been so easy on the hotel's part to block off the parking spaces if they were going to be power washing the building. The night manager seemed to know exactly what time they'd come and cleaned the building, which happened to be the time I was back in the room after seeing my car that afternoon. I ended up having to get my car cleaned one more time, then hand rubbing and cleaning the entire grill to get all the 'residue', which turned out to be a bleach and water solution, off my car. Very disappointed in the management, if they spent a fraction of the time on customer service that they do on trying to get you to do a timeshare tour, they would have an exceptional team.

Booked by nephew who had time share. Were told we would have a two bedroom unit--1 king size bed and 2 twins. When we got to our unit the second bedroom had a standard bed and a pull out couch. The mattress on the couch was not very comfortable, but they said they had nothing to make it more comfortable. Instead of 1 unit we ended up with two units with a connecting door. The keys never worked in one of the units so had to go in and out of the other unit's door. Nothing printed out as to how to work the stove or shower in master bedroom. Had to make multiple calls to office to get questions answered.

We were so excited to take our first vacation in over a year. We booked our trip last month and informed the reservation specialist that we had four children. We were assured that we would have two double beds and a sleeper sofa. Upon checking in, we were again informed that we would have two beds and a couch. After spending 20 minutes looking for the unit, we arrived to a small efficiency with a double bed (for six people?-no way!) and no room for a rollaway or blow up mattress which we keep in the van for such emergencies. I called the front reception area to try to fix this issue only to be informed (very rudely) that the resort had over booked and we just had to make do. I was informed that I would need to wait until 9am the next morning to talk to the manager. As we had just traveled over 8 hours in the family minivan we set out to find a second hotel room, as we were all exhausted and needed beds. Fortunately, we managed to score what felt like the last hotel room in Branson. Since the new hotel offered two double beds and a rollaway bed we all bunked there that night. The next morning I contacted the resort's front desk manager only to be told yet again that that there was nothing they could do. I was told to contact the corporate marketing office. While the woman I spoke to was kind and made an effort to fix my next vacation, when I returned to the resort's front desk I was met with blank stares and poor customer service (and this was before I had explained that I wasn't staying at the hotel). I was then promised a gift card and when I went to use it was embarrassed to discover that the representative hadn't activated or loaded the card. While we have received a promise of a better experience next time I am very nervous to take another chance.
