The suites we stayed in were very spacious, clean, and a perfect home away from home! I'd love to return there as soon as possible!

"Lots of room"

We stayed in a two bedroom suite with full kitchen facilities. This facility is very nice even though not brand new. The rooms were clean. (Yes, there may have been a smudge or two missed- but nothing yucky.) There were large flat screens in both bedrooms and also one in the living room. The beds were very comfortable. Bathtubs are large. Great for soaking. Take some bubblebath with you. The staff was great. Any request was met cheerfully and quickly. The indoor pool was great fun for my grandson. We did not have time to participate in any; but, there did seem to be several interesting daily. It is a timeshare and you will be offered the a "tour".

"Great Place toStay"

My wife and I went to Branson for a military reunion. We wanted to stay a week and decided on Fall Creek. I was impressed with the staff. C-Lo told us about a show sampler that was on site. We decided to go, the cost was $15.00 and included dinner. It was GREAT we decided to see two shows that were there. They were two of the best shows we saw all week.

"Very Disappointed in the Condition of the Condo"

First I will give the positive - The condo set-up was nice (LR, DR, full kitchen, BR and bath). Loved the screened in porch but it was really dirty. Enjoyed the two nice TV's and also the activities. It could be a really great setup but there were a lot of things wrong. The upkeep/cleanliness is a lot to be desired. Negatives: We arrived at 6:00 (check in was at 4:00) and given directions to our condo. The condo hadn't been cleaned so back to the front desk we went and had to wait until they came up with a room that had been "cleaned." I use that word loosely because someone needs to teach the housekeepers how to clean properly. Finally got a new room so we thought we were set. Condo building #12 (1233A) was very outdated which I could have lived with outdated but it was filthy. The furniture was dirty and very uncomfortable. The cushions on the sofa went forward so it always felt like you were going to fall off the sofa. The two chairs were also dirty and very uncomfortable. I walked in the bathroom to wash my hands, turned around and saw a black ring around the toilet where the water runs down into the bowl. I didn't have anything to clean with except dish detergent so I used it and paper towels to clean the toilet. It was totally black and it took three times of wiping to get it cleaned. The bathroom sinks were rough, which I thought was just from being old. Nope...soap scum and dirt. So off the Walmart we went to buy cleaning supplies. After buying almost $60 of cleaning supplies, those sinks were smooth and clean. The AC vents were filthy. The carpet and tile was filthy. One night of my husband walking in his socks and the bottoms of his socks were black. From that point on, we wore our shoes. There was dust on the lamp shades and I'm positive the phone had never been cleaned. The microwave was greasy and I can't even describe the garbage disposal. I turned it on and black crap started shooting out. The shower head and kitchen sink faucets didn't work very well until I soaked them in white vinegar and WOW...they worked and looked almost new but the tub faucet was another story. I was never able to get it clean and it was loose and we never could get it tightened. We had a jetted tub but all the jets were black with mold. I wouldn't have used that tub if my life depended on it. Once I spent 2 hours cleaning the place, it wasn't half bad other than the furniture and carpet being dirty. Wasn’t much I could do about that other than buying a steam cleaner. Let’s talk about the bed… the mattress was cheap and it felt like we were sleeping on the sidewalk but at least it was clean. Other people expressed a dirty mattress and that would have been my last straw. The sheets felt like sandpaper and after seeing how well the place was cleaned, I stripped the beds, washed the sheets in hot water and hell, I even used fabric softener. They weren't half bad then. I expressed my issue with the front desk and someone was supposed to contact us. I was even told they would reimburse me for my cleaning supplies (I had the receipt) but that never happened. No one ever contacted us. We were told by our presentation sales rep, George Middleton, that “he had pull and his word went a long way” and he would get everything taken care of. He promised me and even shook my hand, reassuring me I would be reimbursed for the cleaning supplies and time spent cleaning or they would do something to accommodate us for the problems we experienced. Nope, never happened. And speaking of the 60 to 90 minute presentation that we had to sit through....We were instructed to be there at 1:15 (which they were very insistent about being on time) yet we sat for 30 minutes before anyone even came to get us. And that became a 3 hours and 45 minutes ordeal with dear old George spending 3 hours talking about his wife, kids and grandkids and ½ hour giving his pitch of why we should buy in. I don’t know his family so don’t waste 3 hours of my time talking about them. A few minutes is fine but not 3 damn hours. After what we had already gone through, there was absolutely no interest whatsoever of selling us anything. We actually bought into the timeshare last year and backed out the next day. We decided to try the sampler first to see if we would like it. I'm so thankful that's all we bought. I wish we hadn't even done that. What's sad about the whole thing; it could really be a great setup. If the accommodations had been attractive, we would have probably bought in.

"Large Condo, no shower stall"

Nice large condo. Spa tub that you have to get into to take a shower....not an easy task if you are older or have problems with your legs....plus there is no handle to grab onto to get in and out of the tub. The height of the tub requires you to pole vault into....just like those crappy european tubs. The complex charges $11/day for "resort fees"...in my opinion is a rip off....I never used any of the facilities except slept in my room (condo) and used the microwave to heat a sandwich up....which I already paid the unit daily charge.
