I just wanted to take a moment to say it was our 1st visit to a Diamond Resorts property and we were very happy. The room was fantastic and the resort would be an obvious choice for either a family vacation or extended get away. Will definitely stay again.

I didn't think this condo was too bad, although I've been to more modern ones for roughly the same price. I found the check-in a little awkward when I was being asked questions that were a little too personal for my liking regarding my stay. They made me feel weird for being a solo traveler (I just want time away to get some work done?), but the staff were generally courteous. As for the room, I liked what it offered. It was a little outdated in design, but very spacious and generally clean from what I observed. The jacuzzi was a nice and unexpected touch and I enjoyed the screened porch on a sunny day. I think others are correct in saying the walls are thin as I could hear the person above me flushing the toilet and walking around. Fortunately they weren't that active at night. All in all, it was an okay stay. I was fearing the timeshare scenarios that everyone mentioned on here, but either they just assumed I wasn't worth the effort being a solo traveler, the fact that it was off-season, or the fact that I booked through a third-party.
We are currently staying in a condo rental. The price was very affordable, and the room had a great lay out for a family. The unit has everything you need for your stay.... Minus peace. Day two they moved a family overhead, and when I say it's noisy, that's an understatement. Just walking across the floor sounds like thunder. Not pleasant when they have toddlers that don't go to bed until midnight or later. You can also hear them in the bathroom like they are in the room with you. When the desk called to ask if I wanted to sit in on their presentation, I complained. I was told the availability was limited, yet we are only one of the three cars in the lot. I havn't seen anyone else here!! Very disappointing. Lots of construction going on across the street, and the cleanliness of our bathroom was not good. With all this extra room, the least they could have done is put space between us. One more night... Can't wait to be home.
We visited the Suites at Fall Creek during Easter Weekend to celebrate a birthday and anniversary. Since my last stay at a Diamond Resorts property wasn't too great, I let the resort know ahead of time of our celebrations and asked them to make sure our room was clean and had a functional sofa sleeper. They did more than just that. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable weekend. From a variety of surprises to a room with a great view, they really went above and beyond! Marissa, one of the managers, was extremely accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for this celebratory weekend. The room was clean with newer furniture, TVs and carpet. I'll be sure to come back here the next time I'm in Branson!
