The suites we stayed in were very spacious, clean, and a perfect home away from home! I'd love to return there as soon as possible!

This was our 3rd time staying here an have had good luck in the past, but was not as pleased this time. While the rooms were nice, outdated a bit, but nice, we were located so far from the main area. There were no amenities for the kiddos where we were located. The pool was closed for awhile daily due to roofers but that maintenance was not Scheduled activities were ok. Create your own sundaes weren't ready as planned. We paid $35 for 7 bowls of ice cream with some Dixie cups of toppings. Not enough of everything for everyone. Bingo seemed rushed and short. I'd probably try again, but not in the off season.

We (a couple) booked the Studio room for one night. We arrived with a pleasant staff processing of securing our room. Went into our room; found it clean and pleasant . We noticed (and was not advised of this in the advertising and calling we did about 'studio room description) our room was adjoined with a studio room connected to us by a locked (and not insulated) doorway. We 'hoped' the 'suitemates we had not asked for' were quiet. Went to a show; returned at 10:30 pm to REALLY loud and rambunctious family with many noisemaking children in our adjoining one door connect room. We heard them shower, yell, flush, whine and cry, volume of TV very loud until midnite. We did not sleep for our usual / expected number of hours rest we were hoping for in our getaway weekend The front desk staff took my call at midnight and at 4 am. Both times, I had to wait for the phone to be answered by the front desk after 12 rings....this also occurred the next morning, when we called to check out. I asked to be connected for a voice mail to their manager, Ms Connelly, and it rang 20 times, was not answered by individual or by voice mail. I was assured Ms Connelly would call me back and left my number with the front desk attendant. It has been7 hours since then and I have not received a call back.

This is the second time I've stayed at this resort. The first was about 10 years ago and I didn't have a wonderful experience. This trip was wonderful! My husband, daughter and a friend went for four days and had a third floor condo with a screened in porch that overlooked the White River Basin. We couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was super friendly! The unit was really extremely clean and comfy, being a a one bedroom. There was enough sleeping space for all of us with a king size bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room. The resorts schedules fun daily activities which include things like Bingo night, flashlight scavenger hunts, card parties and movie nights. There is a miniature golf course, game room and pool on site and the location of the resort is just minutes away from the 76 strip where all the shows, restaurants and shopping are located. I highly recommend this resort for your next stay in Branson!

We recently stayed 4 days, 3 nights at this resort. We had a one bedroom near the creek, Unit 901A. The unit was nice and spacious but the decor was dated. We had a view of the creek out our patio but it was obstructed by a chain link fence that had weeds growing up around it. The room was more than enough space for me, my husband and our two sons, ages 7 and 4. The fold out sleeper sofa was very comfortable. Both my husband and I were impressed. The negative is that to visit the pool from our unit, you had to drive to the main building. Also, there was not much insulation between our unit on the first level and the one above us. We could hear them walking and moving around. For comparison, we have stayed at the Welk Resort and the Marriott Vacation Club in Branson in the past. I would choose the Welk cabins first, the Marriott second and this third.

We had a nice time at this resort. The only thing I don't like is being hounded to visit their time share info meeting. They are very friendly and helpful. They want you to feel at home. It wasn't as nice as the five star resorts that I am use to but it was nice for the four day trip that we took.
