The suites we stayed in were very spacious, clean, and a perfect home away from home! I'd love to return there as soon as possible!

Suites at Fall Creek 9-9-16 Thru 9-16-16 Bldg 6, Unit 1A & B = 601A&B (ground floor - no stairs involved) NEGATIVES: ▪️Very slow Cuisinart coffee maker ▪️Jetted tubs in both bathrooms - visible black mold on some jets - they promised to clean the tubs when we left for lunch, but didn't. ▪️High step over tub sides ▪️Flooring above both bedrooms squeaked/creaked when walked on those guests ▪️Dishwasher soap dispensing door failed to open both times it was used - required a second wash/rinse/dry cycle ▪️Towel exchange service brought a set of fresh towels for only one bath - not both POSITIVES: At check in, they escorted us from front registration desk to an office next door, as we were designated as "VIP" guests for the check in process. There, we were provided access to bottled water, soft drinks, snacks, etc., but these were only available at check-in. There was also a gift reusable tote bag containing miscellaneous flavored yogurt covered pretzels, chocolate fudge, and spicy crackers. Fudge was very good, yogurt pretzels had absorbed the flavoring of the spicy crackers! Not good at all. But, a nice gesture. ▪️since it was my birthday, the VIP staff sent a very nice box of candy, a bag of mixed candies, and a bottle of sparkling grape juice to our condo. Nice touch! ▪️located several miles away from city center and most shows and restaurants, so it is quiet (the location would be a negative for some people) ▪️Clean, but dated, furnishings in need of updating ▪️Very comfortable beds (except for the spider crawling on my arm hairs one night) ▪️Well furnished bath toiletries and kitchen and laundry supplies ▪️Ground floor - no stairs involved ▪️Large flat screen Sharp Aquos TVs in living & both bedrooms ▪️Very nice screened patio, full floor to ceiling with ceiling fan for additional comfort. ▪️near the end of our 7 night stay, we asked for and received clean towel service, extra toilet paper and coffee packages. As owners, if we would spent "55 minutes" for a product update ("not a sales pitch"), after a free breakfast at the Chateau on the Lake hotel, we would receive 2 free tickets to see Moses, plus a behind the scenes tour, and a nice catered lunch at the Sight & Sound Theater, plus 2 free bags of $5/bag candied almonds. Yes, it was indeed a sales pitch, including a hint (not an official suggestion) that we might could/should sue Diamond Resorts Int'l for for not disclosing our rights to certain features, or some such, that we were supposedly required to have been provided back when. Of course, nothing ever came if that, even though the "Vacation Counsellor" visiting with us tried very hard to become our friend while looking out for our best interests. Yes, we were there for about an hour and a half. No, we didn't buy anything. Been there, done that. However, we really enjoyed the free show, backstage tours, breakfast, lunch and almonds. LASTLY: One of the jetted tub's spray nozzles popped out and was covered in black mold! We called the front office/housekeeping to report it, and was assured it would be addressed while we were away for lunch. Didn't happen. Repeated the process - didn't happen. Finally, it happened and when we returned, there were two hand writ cards apologizing for the delays. Later that evening, we received a personal visit from the head property engineer to be certain we were satisfied. Nice touch. I'll give them props for this.

This facility is very outdated and there is a lot of pressure to purchase a time share. Concierge wouldn't even assist because we weren't taking a tour. Much better places to stay. Brandon is a terrific place to visit if u can avoid everyone trying to sell a time share.

We went with our son and his family. This is a typical Diamond Resort property. It may be spread out over a bigger area, interspersed with the neighboring community. We learned they also manage a non Diamond RV camp ground that is next to the marina. $40 per night full hook up with cable. It was pretty vacant. We are Diamond owners and have stayed here before. We had a two bedroom. It also had a sleeper couch which was perhaps the best I've ever seen. The interior was very, very nice. Clean and well maintained. They now have free internet and it was pretty good. The only complaint I have and the reason I gave it three stars is we couldn't get comfortable in the bed. Other Diamond properties have better mattresses. Outside there were a fence that needed maintenance. The unit across from us needed power washing. I'll give them a pass, I have to power wash my Missouri home once a year and perhaps they hadn't got to it yet. You are off the main drag State Road 76. Over the past 25 years they have constructed a lot of bypass roads in Branson to improve 76 traffic. 65 is a nice four lane divided road from Springfield to Branson. Fall Creek is in a spot where you can easily get to the lake, Silver Dollar City or the tourist attractions on 76. For Diamond owners, the biggest complaint I had was the purported VIP check in. It was a guise for, come listen to another sales pitch, give up two or three hours of your life you will never get back. It was a hard sell just to get you to the presentation. We passed. Just wonder how hard sell it would have been if we went to their presentation. My son and his kids used the indoor pool at night. Seemed well maintained. It's a nice pool. Miniature golf was ok. Activities room was useful. Front desk people were great. Consider ladies were great. There's a lot to do in Branson if you like shows, shopping, go cart rides, good restaurants Silver Dollar City and much more. There is also a big Army Corp of Engineer lake right next door. Bring your boat or fishing rod. Then I saw there was hiking near by.

We had 2 rooms suites. The place was very clean. Great decorations. Good television service. Lots of room. Could use a little upgrades in bathroom, but very spacious. Nice kitchen. Nice screened in porch. The mattress in the king size bed was hard and very uncomfortable. We piled blankets on top to soften as best we could. The indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, miniature golf, and activity room were great, but far from our room. The nightly movies were nice too!

"Hot water smelled!"

First off, our rental was a very spacious 2 bedroom (Building 80 #4). It was a bit outdated in it's furnishings but seemed relatively clean. I had read a review before we went that was terrible so I was a bit apprehensive. The view was great from the screened in porch. Really our only complaints were that the hot water smelled so much like rotten eggs, it almost made me sick. Showering was a nightmare because of it. The linens and towels were cheap and old. Would be nice with some real updates and a fix on the water. I appreciate that the guy that booked it for me allowed me to change our dates twice due to family emergencies.
