"You get what you pay for"
August, 2016
After driving 5 hours we were ready to relax but we got to our room and found white stains on the comforter. Some of the furniture was dirty/stained (shown in picture). Room cleaning did not come to our room all weekend! There wasn't any hand soap. Just a lot of small stuff added up and made it unpleasureable, definetly won't be staying here again!

"Great Value and Service"
July, 2016
My 2 sisters and I take a yearly vacation together to keep our sisterly bonds strong! Being able to stay in a service oriented establishment helps to keep it all running smoothly. We had a great place to lay our heads and the breakfast (especially the coffee) were wonderful! The staff was cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly!

"Not too bad, but..."
June, 2016
I'm always confused by some of the decisions made in the service industry. First up, was the maintenance work (maybe renovation, I don't really know), that prompted the hotel to cone off the handicapped spaces. While that isn't earth shattering, nobody thought to temporarily mark others for handicapped. The room wasn't bad, though small, and since we added a cot, there was barely room to walk. A few minor maintenance issues, mostly loose shelves or bits, but the room was basically pretty good, though an in-room microwave would have been nice. The only available microwaves are in the more expensive rooms, or one per building, on the bottom floor. The size of the property came to be an issue, because of the distance we had to walk for the pool and breakfast. The breakfast was complimentary quality, barely; the staff, however, was very friendly. I personally think the property is just too big.

Tip: No in-room microwaves, and fridges have no freezer compartment. Get ready to walk.

"Room not clean"
June, 2016
Our room was not very clean. There was someones shirt left behind the bed. The noise level is bad if you are on the 2nd floor. The walls are paper thin. We had a hard time sleeping because we would hear people walking around outside our room and upstairs. We will not be staying here again.

"Suite..i think not!"
December, 2015
My husband and I checked in on Christmas eve expecting to be in a Jacuzzi SUITE.. Well it had a jacuzzi but far from a SUITE! Bathroom was so tiny you couldn't sit on the toilet and shut the door. The pictures show these beautiful "themed" rooms. Ours said Aloha on the door so I was expecting to feel like we were in Hawaii...NOPE! A mural painted on the wall. There was a tiny table with 2 chairs that u had to move to get around the bed. The towels were so rough they nearly rubbed your skin off. In no way luxurious. The heater/air unit blew up under the curtains so the heat went into the window and blew the curtains out. The celing fan sounded like it was going to detach from the ceiling. They had a decent breakfast. While we were there police were called and some unruly people we taken out. And we were on 2nd floor and it sounded like a herd of elephants were above us the entire nights..the front desk person was nice but they seriously misrepresented what the SUITES were!! Luckily my husband and I can have a romantic time anywhere even in a tent on a river bank..MORAL OF STORY ASK TO SEE YOUR ROOM BEFORE YOU PAY!!

"Christmas in your room!!!"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed November 23, 2017 NEW
We stayed two separate nights due to business in the area. We ❤️ The themed rooms and the Christmas room really jump-started the season. The hotel is so well kept and very clean. We enjoyed visiting with the staff and they were very well versed about the area. We took their advice and had such an educational time at the Titanic exhibit. The breakfast buffet is held in a gorgeous room with views from all around. Also ❤️ the knights dressed in Christmas wear too! What fun! They also offer during Christmas a nightly reading by the stars of Branson but we were unable to attend. We will definitely be staying there in the future. Thanks for the great memories!

"Date Weekend With Wife"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed November 20, 2017 NEW
The hotel is an older hotel but you can tell that they've done a lot of work to keep it nice and clean the people are friendly. Went there with my wife for a date weekend we thought it was really nice although it was cold that weekend it was still nice inside one thing that I would suggest if anybody decides to go there is don't take some of these coupons because they'll make you pay half price for the free buffet that otherwise if you book on your own would come with the room. I still plan on going again but next time I will book The Room myself where you can still get a discount.

Just left after being there for 3 nights. Very bus friendly. (Especially for hilly Branson) They treated my group very well. My room had a great A/C! Even as big as the room was it still kept it cool enough for me. I just wish I could have tried out the hot tub in the room! Nice clean place. Not fancy but very comfortable.

"Worst hotel stay ever"

Just want to advise travelers of what a horrible experience we had at this hotel. Had thought I reserved a handicapped available room w/roll-in shower as my husband is a double amputee..no legs. Couldn't possibly use room with a tub, couldn't transfer to tub. Don't know if complete misunderstanding or what, but t/w hotel b/4 arriving on more than 1 occasion to verify this.upon arrival was advised by person who made reservations I was told they didn't have available. Would not have made reservation if I was told this in beginning. To make very long story short, very rude & abusive G M advised me I was just an unhappy person & was a troublemaker. We had to stay there, w/deep discount as all hotels were booked for Veterans Day week-end. Would not advise to stay there...old hotel, needs updates, sheets not changed whole time we were there. I must say some of the workers there were very nice people but management was over the top rude.

"cozy and clean"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed November 09, 2017 NEW
Accommodation was a regular king (not a suite) room. It was quite small and somewhat cramped, especially the bathroom. Felt a little like being on a cruise ship....could barely close the door to use the commode. The mattress and pillows were in very sad shape and need to be replaced immediately, if not sooner. Wish I had brought my own pillow. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful when asked for anything or suggestions for dinner, etc. The place is very dated and badly in need of upgrades. The breakfast that was included in the room rate was more than adequate and the dining area was huge to accommodate a lot of people. I would stay there again because it is on the Yellow Route so is off the 'main drag' and convenient to everything. This being said, take your own pillow if you can.
