"Very uncomfortable bed"
November, 2016
No ice machine on the second floor. Bed was way toooooo soft. No microwave in room. Housekeeping was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good and large variety. Would not stay here again.

"You get what you pay for"
August, 2016
After driving 5 hours we were ready to relax but we got to our room and found white stains on the comforter. Some of the furniture was dirty/stained (shown in picture). Room cleaning did not come to our room all weekend! There wasn't any hand soap. Just a lot of small stuff added up and made it unpleasureable, definetly won't be staying here again!

"Great Value and Service"
July, 2016
My 2 sisters and I take a yearly vacation together to keep our sisterly bonds strong! Being able to stay in a service oriented establishment helps to keep it all running smoothly. We had a great place to lay our heads and the breakfast (especially the coffee) were wonderful! The staff was cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly!
Tip: Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

"Not too bad, but..."
June, 2016
I'm always confused by some of the decisions made in the service industry. First up, was the maintenance work (maybe renovation, I don't really know), that prompted the hotel to cone off the handicapped spaces. While that isn't earth shattering, nobody thought to temporarily mark others for handicapped. The room wasn't bad, though small, and since we added a cot, there was barely room to walk. A few minor maintenance issues, mostly loose shelves or bits, but the room was basically pretty good, though an in-room microwave would have been nice. The only available microwaves are in the more expensive rooms, or one per building, on the bottom floor. The size of the property came to be an issue, because of the distance we had to walk for the pool and breakfast. The breakfast was complimentary quality, barely; the staff, however, was very friendly. I personally think the property is just too big.
Tip: No in-room microwaves, and fridges have no freezer compartment. Get ready to walk.

"Room not clean"
June, 2016
Our room was not very clean. There was someones shirt left behind the bed. The noise level is bad if you are on the 2nd floor. The walls are paper thin. We had a hard time sleeping because we would hear people walking around outside our room and upstairs. We will not be staying here again.
Tip: Get a room on level 1 or 3

"Suite..i think not!"
December, 2015
My husband and I checked in on Christmas eve expecting to be in a Jacuzzi SUITE.. Well it had a jacuzzi but far from a SUITE! Bathroom was so tiny you couldn't sit on the toilet and shut the door. The pictures show these beautiful "themed" rooms. Ours said Aloha on the door so I was expecting to feel like we were in Hawaii...NOPE! A mural painted on the wall. There was a tiny table with 2 chairs that u had to move to get around the bed. The towels were so rough they nearly rubbed your skin off. In no way luxurious. The heater/air unit blew up under the curtains so the heat went into the window and blew the curtains out. The celing fan sounded like it was going to detach from the ceiling. They had a decent breakfast. While we were there police were called and some unruly people we taken out. And we were on 2nd floor and it sounded like a herd of elephants were above us the entire nights..the front desk person was nice but they seriously misrepresented what the SUITES were!! Luckily my husband and I can have a romantic time anywhere even in a tent on a river bank..MORAL OF STORY ASK TO SEE YOUR ROOM BEFORE YOU PAY!!

"great place to rest, free breakfast, 2 swimming pools"

We went here for a 2/9 Marine reunion. Breakfast Buffet was included in the price. We were there for a week, the breakfast was O.K. They had a lot of items on the buffet which were the same M-W-F and then it switched from waffles to pancakes for T-TH-S. Meat, eggs of some form, bread and pastries varied and there was cereal available. Beverages included juice, milk, hot beverages and water. The swimming pools were nice, and both had hot tub, this is a swim at your own risk, with no supervision other then parents. I rescued a child because mother was on the computer and not watching her child, so please stay with your children and watch them, you are their lifeguard. The rooms where clean and the bedding was very comfortable. If staying with a group there is available a conference room for your group to hang out in. We had the room reserved for the whole week. Location is close to many of the shows and not far from other attractions in the area. Very Friendly toward our Military. This is out third time staying here and we keep returning.

Went to this hotel with a groupon. First time using a groupin to book a hotel so was skeptical. Upon arrival, we decided to up grade to a themed room for 25$ per night. The themed room part was a bit hokey but my husband enjoyed the jetted tub. The room was extra large. Plenty of room and comfy bed. Breakfast was very nice. Basics, but fresh, hot, delicious gravy and plent of it. I'd stay here again.

Much larger place than expected. Excellent customer service, clean rooms and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful! Two small indoor pools seemed to accommodate all interested in taking a dip. Parking was ample and convenient. Staff was great with supplying extra towels and providing the daily breakfast. A couple blocks from "the strip" made travel super easy. We will stay here again!

I stayed here for the weekend for a scrapbook retreat, and it was great! The room was great! Comfortable bed, clean room, and easy access to Hwy 76. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I also loved that they provide extra outlets to plug devices into. This hotel will be my go to place when staying in Branson in the future.

"Don't waste your money here."

The rooms are standard, cramped hotel rooms. We had 2 "queen size" beds in our room. The beds were very hard and unyielding to sleep on. The springs underneath were cheap. Whenever one of us would move, the other knew it because everything shook. Getting in and out of bed you could feel how the whole side dipped down. The sink was in the bedroom part and had what I call "runway lights" because they are on a bar with about 6 lights that light up everything, especially if you're trying to sleep while someone else is up. The bathroom was so tiny. It only had a tub and a toilet but the toilet was like sitting on the floor. It was definitely a child size toilet. I am a short person but it was difficult for me to get up and down. The tub was a rebath job and you could hear the popping of the top layer of the tub hitting the original tub underneath. The view we were given was the tin roof over the office. We could not see any of the parking lot at all. There are 3 buildings at this hotel. The breakfast is in building 2, 2nd floor. So in order to get from building 1 where we were, we had to take the elevator to the 2nd floor of our building, walk across the sidewalk to building 2, then go upstairs to the 2nd floor of that building and down to the far end of the hall (next to building 3) to get to breakfast. Then of course after breakfast, we had to retrace all our steps to get back to our room. The carpet in the room was not clean, like shampooed. The people behind the desk at sign-in, are rude and just there for the money. We commented about the hallway being hot and they told us that the higher the floor, the hotter the hallway because the heat went up. Well I know that heat rises, but if the hallway had been cooled in the first place, it would not feel like a sauna! We will never stay in this hotel again.
