We had a wonderful time at Still Waters. Everything was even better than we expected. Everyone was real friendly and helpful. Had a great room with a beautiful view. We would highly recommend staying at this resort.
Tip: Towels were provided and kitchen well supplied with what you would need. Only thing we had to go get was paper towels.

"Hot water heater"
Reviewed March, 2016
We stayed here during spring break, everything was great until Saturday night (night before Easter Sunday) and no hot water. So I called front desk, I asked her if we were sharing a water heater with someone, she said no (which i found out was a lie) so once I told her the problem and she said she would send someone to our room, I said ok great we are in room __ building G, we waited for several hours..... nothing, no phone call nothing. So when I was checking out I informed management all he had to say was he was sorry, it was a miss communication and he apologized. I told him I told the lady at the desk which room and building we were in, then he said he was right there with the lady at the time I called, she did not tell him the building just the room ( I found this out while talking to him) so that tells you she did not give the right information. I am not a complainer, but this ruined our Easter. Needless to say we will not be back.
Tip: No hot water, and the worse customer service

"Great area.....HORRIBLE service"
Reviewed March, 2016
I am very disappointed with our experience. We arrived Friday, check in was easy, people seemed nice, place seemed clean, etc for the price $300 (2 night 2 bed 2 bath condo, includes check in fee and such).

So fast forward to about 30 minutes after our arrival (not even fully unpacked yet) our "concierge" (Dennis) comes to our room to welcome us. He tells me a bit about the property and family orientation and how the grandfather died a few weeks ago and so on... Then goes on to say that they love feedback and suggestions and for a bit of our time he will knock off a $100 for an additional night for us to go to a presentation. Please keep in mind this is my first trip as an adult. I liked the idea of helping a company grow by ideas and such and figured what the heck for $100 I'll do it.... Well, turned out we were there from 9 am to after 12 and it was a sales pitch, which it did say on the form I signed, I just didn't fully read it. The guys were great and their plan wasn't technically bad but I was not buying. We leave, after my kids sat waiting quietly for hours to do "fun" things.
After our nice day we get back and I call the service desk to pay for the difference for the extra night. I was informed they couldn't find anything. I gave her our "concierge" name and she said she'll call him. Guess what....two minutes later, he doesn't "recall" this....well luckily I have the paperwork copy. So I call him, he says apparently the sales guys stated that I didn't show my ID and credit card when we showed so they couldn't complete the presentation. That was the first thing they asked for at 9 am! They have my credit card info and I was informed by Dennis that if we didn't attend they would charge $100 on it. I have checked and the charge isn't there....yet...and it better not be or I won't be just writing reviews.
I would like to throw a fit and act like the mad customer I deserve to be right now but I won't put my kids through that. Instead, they have lost business and hopefully this steers others away. It's sad really, BC we really liked the resort and planned on coming back. We were going to stay until Monday even without the $100 off. Instead we are going to go to a different resort for the additional night....

Now if my card gets charged....this will end waaaaaayyyyy differently but as of now...I will leave quietly and not hand these people another dime
Tip: Customer service is not priority

"Second time at Still Water-I'm sure there will be 3rd."
Reviewed October, 2015
Spent three nights at Still Water. I was able to book a wonderful deal on the room and SDC tickets using Reserve Branson. Couldn't find a better deal anywhere else! We stayed in one of their rooms with double queens. Plenty of space and comfortable. I like the easy checkout too. We spent most of our time at Silver Dollar City, but they have lots to do on the property. Swimming, biking, play grounds. Nice place, we'll be back!
Tip: No maid service--towel exchange offered.

"Cool in the Pool"
Reviewed March, 2015
We prefer staying on Indian Point rather than on the Strip because we don't do a lot of shows and shopping. Our favorite place on the Point is Still Waters, especially during the warmer months. This trip my parents joined us, and the kids could've spent all day going back and forth between the water slide pool and the oasis pool. Great memories! Also, we like having the Market on site for convenient meals without driving. Another thing we enjoyed was hopping on the bikes and going for a ride around the resort. We'll be back.
Tip: Bring pool towels. Also bring any kitchen staples like coffee, filters, and sugar. Sometimes the family before you leaves some of these items, but not always. But, if you forget, you can pick some up at the Market.

My stay at Stillwater Resort was very relaxing. My lakeside view was very calming. Even though I got snowed in and had to stay an extra day that was alright with me. I sat by the fireplace and looked out at the snow and the lake all day long.

"Best place to stay."
Reviewed January, 2015
We have been to Branson many times. Before we found Still Waters, we stay in town along the strip. Decided to try it after a few trips up. We have now stayed there 6-8 times. It is the best place near Branson to stay. It is away from the strip and all the traffic on 76 Blvd. There is lots of family activities around the lake and great swimming pools for the kids.
Tip: The Market on site has great cinnamon rolls for breakfast along with other food items.

My son and I went to Branson for first time. We originally had a studio one bedroom in Bldg B. It was clean and nice. The last night we got a brand new one bedroom condo in Bldg M overlooking the brand new pool oasis! It was breathtaking! I wish I could live there!! We rented a jet ski, used aqua trike, pool and basketball court. Amazing place!!

Still Water Resort was beyond my expectations. My mother, booked condos for the whole family, kids, grandkids, etc. Although we did leave the resort just to go downtown to walk around, there's really no reason to leave this resort. EVERYTHING you need/or could want to do, is right there. We had an incredible time. The staff at the resort was AMAZING!! I've never seen that depth of customer satisfaction and we were 500% satisfied. We've decided to make this an annual event!! Thanks Beth and Melissa!! We will be back!! The swimming pools, the lake, the activities were amazing. The movies and live music at the pool in the evenings, was more than we could've asked for!!

"Glad we listened to our friends! "

We decided to take our second trip to Branson this year and some friends have raved about their annual family trips to Still Waters. They talked about all the pools and free amenities, the easy access to boat slips, and all the fun for the kids. They convinced us. We have been here for four days and don't want to leave tomorrow! Tons of fun for the kids has meant less need to "find something to do" aka spend more money. We did one show and a couple of other things during our five day stay but only went out to eat twice. The rest of the time was spent swimming, sliding, boating, and enjoying life at Still Waters. Awesome stay and we are already planning our next trip!

"Carefull when booking if you can't walk up stairs"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed July 11, 2016 NEW

This is a great family resort but with one major problem if you have trouble walking stairs. They do not have elevators in all of there units. We have stayed there for three straight summers and always were booked into units that have elevators. This year when my wife and I drove to our unit we were very surprised when it did not have an elevator and we had a room on the third floor. We went back to the front desk and were told they were 100 % booked and there was nothing they could about it. There attitude was we could take it or leave it . The were not very accommodating. They told me it was my fault and if I needed an elevator I should have asked for one when I made the reservation. They were not very understanding when I explained I had stay here for the three prior summers and this was not a problem. I hope this helps someone to avoid the unpleasant situation we were faced with.
