"Family weekend"
July, 2016
We had a wonderful time at Still Waters. Everything was even better than we expected. Everyone was real friendly and helpful. Had a great room with a beautiful view. We would highly recommend staying at this resort.
Tip: Towels were provided and kitchen well supplied with what you would need. Only thing we had to go get was paper towels.

"Hot water heater"
March, 2016
We stayed here during spring break, everything was great until Saturday night (night before Easter Sunday) and no hot water. So I called front desk, I asked her if we were sharing a water heater with someone, she said no (which i found out was a lie) so once I told her the problem and she said she would send someone to our room, I said ok great we are in room __ building G, we waited for several hours..... nothing, no phone call nothing. So when I was checking out I informed management all he had to say was he was sorry, it was a miss communication and he apologized. I told him I told the lady at the desk which room and building we were in, then he said he was right there with the lady at the time I called, she did not tell him the building just the room ( I found this out while talking to him) so that tells you she did not give the right information. I am not a complainer, but this ruined our Easter. Needless to say we will not be back.
Tip: No hot water, and the worse customer service

"Great area.....HORRIBLE service"
March, 2016
I am very disappointed with our experience. We arrived Friday, check in was easy, people seemed nice, place seemed clean, etc for the price $300 (2 night 2 bed 2 bath condo, includes check in fee and such).

So fast forward to about 30 minutes after our arrival (not even fully unpacked yet) our "concierge" (Dennis) comes to our room to welcome us. He tells me a bit about the property and family orientation and how the grandfather died a few weeks ago and so on... Then goes on to say that they love feedback and suggestions and for a bit of our time he will knock off a $100 for an additional night for us to go to a presentation. Please keep in mind this is my first trip as an adult. I liked the idea of helping a company grow by ideas and such and figured what the heck for $100 I'll do it.... Well, turned out we were there from 9 am to after 12 and it was a sales pitch, which it did say on the form I signed, I just didn't fully read it. The guys were great and their plan wasn't technically bad but I was not buying. We leave, after my kids sat waiting quietly for hours to do "fun" things.
After our nice day we get back and I call the service desk to pay for the difference for the extra night. I was informed they couldn't find anything. I gave her our "concierge" name and she said she'll call him. Guess what....two minutes later, he doesn't "recall" this....well luckily I have the paperwork copy. So I call him, he says apparently the sales guys stated that I didn't show my ID and credit card when we showed so they couldn't complete the presentation. That was the first thing they asked for at 9 am! They have my credit card info and I was informed by Dennis that if we didn't attend they would charge $100 on it. I have checked and the charge isn't there....yet...and it better not be or I won't be just writing reviews.
I would like to throw a fit and act like the mad customer I deserve to be right now but I won't put my kids through that. Instead, they have lost business and hopefully this steers others away. It's sad really, BC we really liked the resort and planned on coming back. We were going to stay until Monday even without the $100 off. Instead we are going to go to a different resort for the additional night....

Now if my card gets charged....this will end waaaaaayyyyy differently but as of now...I will leave quietly and not hand these people another dime
Tip: Customer service is not priority

"Second time at Still Water-I'm sure there will be 3rd."
October, 2015
Spent three nights at Still Water. I was able to book a wonderful deal on the room and SDC tickets using Reserve Branson. Couldn't find a better deal anywhere else! We stayed in one of their rooms with double queens. Plenty of space and comfortable. I like the easy checkout too. We spent most of our time at Silver Dollar City, but they have lots to do on the property. Swimming, biking, play grounds. Nice place, we'll be back!
Tip: No maid service--towel exchange offered.

We have been coming here over 10 years. Lots of great new improvements and renovations. Really great deals in the off season. It is a condo so your room is not serviced everday but you can get fresh towels and things whenever you need at the towel exchange. You are required to take out the trash and start dishwasher before you leave but this is a common practice for most condos all over. Wonderful for children or couples. Yes we will be back!

My 1st time staying at Still water resort and i must say i was impressed. Nice cozy rooms and condos, lake front condo. When you 1st arrive you do have a building that is not owned by still water that is a eye sore. But once you reach back into the resort its amazing and beautiful . Right off the lake and has alot of things you can do on the resort,

Stayed 3 days in late March and overall had a great time. The room was fabulous with a great view of the lake. The room was like a apartment in that it had everything you could ever need from a washer/dryer fireplace. It's a little ways away from the main strip in Branson but very close to Silver Dollar City. I only had 2 complaints. One was the noise. The room above us decided they wanted to blare music full blast every night til 2:00am or later. Then pretty much as soon as the sun comes up you have geese honking nonstop below you on the ground near the water. So while the room is comfortable didn't get much rest. My main complaint is the hot tub in the room. For some unknown reason they put the control on the wall all the way across the room. If you want to sit in the tub and let the water fill up around you then you have to get out of the tub and walk across the room to turn the hot tub jets on. Overall we enjoyed our stay but don't know if we will be back simply because of the noise.

Booked a last minute spring break trip to StillWater. Had a great Spring Special going on for room rates.....we got a fabulous lakefront condo (it actually was lakefront) w/ a large balcony, fireplace, full kitchen and very luxurious bathroom w/ jacuzzi!! Was very impressed with the condo. Kids loved playground, sand volleyball, & basketball court! We got an 80 degree day, so marina was limited on boats to rent, but our Concierge set us up at Indian Point Marina just 2 miles up the road...we enjoyed a great day out on the lake. We did a day at Silver $ City, less than 5 miles from Resort. Their is plenty to do around the resort and within 5 miles. Only 15 min drive to downtown Branson. I highly recommend staying in this scenic area over downtown Branson! Resort is very family friendly and can't wait to go back this summer to enjoy the lake and their pools!
