"Family weekend"

We had a wonderful time at Still Waters. Everything was even better than we expected. Everyone was real friendly and helpful. Had a great room with a beautiful view. We would highly recommend staying at this resort.
Tip: Towels were provided and kitchen well supplied with what you would need. Only thing we had to go get was paper towels.

"Hot water heater"
March, 2016
We stayed here during spring break, everything was great until Saturday night (night before Easter Sunday) and no hot water. So I called front desk, I asked her if we were sharing a water heater with someone, she said no (which i found out was a lie) so once I told her the problem and she said she would send someone to our room, I said ok great we are in room __ building G, we waited for several hours..... nothing, no phone call nothing. So when I was checking out I informed management all he had to say was he was sorry, it was a miss communication and he apologized. I told him I told the lady at the desk which room and building we were in, then he said he was right there with the lady at the time I called, she did not tell him the building just the room ( I found this out while talking to him) so that tells you she did not give the right information. I am not a complainer, but this ruined our Easter. Needless to say we will not be back.
Tip: No hot water, and the worse customer service

"Great area.....HORRIBLE service"
March, 2016
I am very disappointed with our experience. We arrived Friday, check in was easy, people seemed nice, place seemed clean, etc for the price $300 (2 night 2 bed 2 bath condo, includes check in fee and such).

So fast forward to about 30 minutes after our arrival (not even fully unpacked yet) our "concierge" (Dennis) comes to our room to welcome us. He tells me a bit about the property and family orientation and how the grandfather died a few weeks ago and so on... Then goes on to say that they love feedback and suggestions and for a bit of our time he will knock off a $100 for an additional night for us to go to a presentation. Please keep in mind this is my first trip as an adult. I liked the idea of helping a company grow by ideas and such and figured what the heck for $100 I'll do it.... Well, turned out we were there from 9 am to after 12 and it was a sales pitch, which it did say on the form I signed, I just didn't fully read it. The guys were great and their plan wasn't technically bad but I was not buying. We leave, after my kids sat waiting quietly for hours to do "fun" things.
After our nice day we get back and I call the service desk to pay for the difference for the extra night. I was informed they couldn't find anything. I gave her our "concierge" name and she said she'll call him. Guess what....two minutes later, he doesn't "recall" this....well luckily I have the paperwork copy. So I call him, he says apparently the sales guys stated that I didn't show my ID and credit card when we showed so they couldn't complete the presentation. That was the first thing they asked for at 9 am! They have my credit card info and I was informed by Dennis that if we didn't attend they would charge $100 on it. I have checked and the charge isn't there....yet...and it better not be or I won't be just writing reviews.
I would like to throw a fit and act like the mad customer I deserve to be right now but I won't put my kids through that. Instead, they have lost business and hopefully this steers others away. It's sad really, BC we really liked the resort and planned on coming back. We were going to stay until Monday even without the $100 off. Instead we are going to go to a different resort for the additional night....

Now if my card gets charged....this will end waaaaaayyyyy differently but as of now...I will leave quietly and not hand these people another dime
Tip: Customer service is not priority

"Second time at Still Water-I'm sure there will be 3rd."
October, 2015
Spent three nights at Still Water. I was able to book a wonderful deal on the room and SDC tickets using Reserve Branson. Couldn't find a better deal anywhere else! We stayed in one of their rooms with double queens. Plenty of space and comfortable. I like the easy checkout too. We spent most of our time at Silver Dollar City, but they have lots to do on the property. Swimming, biking, play grounds. Nice place, we'll be back!
Tip: No maid service--towel exchange offered.

"New Timeshare Building M One of the Best"

Very nice check-in due to Brooke...quick, efficient and no time share presentation pressure. Jackie and everyone else on staff were extremely nice when we had any questions. When we opened door to our 2 bdrm unit, we realized it had not only to be the largest unit we had every been in but #1 or 2 on the list of the nicest. Well kept and clean....found out building was just built 2 years ago. Main room of dining, kitchen and living was 40+ feet long by 14 feet. Nearby attractions: Siver Dollar City (2 miles), Talking Rock Caverns (15 min), Dogwood Canyon (35 min) Branson shows, Branson Landing, Top of the Rock. Time to Branson Ferris Wheel on Hwy 76 Country Blvd was 15-16 minutes so access to Branson shows is convenient. The shows Six and The Hughes Brothers (family) were the best 2 of the shows we saw. We chose Still Waters for its location away from heart of Branson and for being on Table Rock Lake. As mentioned above, the unit # 155 A&B was extremely nice ( M Building - 2 yrs old) with all that we could want. 60 inch TV in main area, 45-50 inch in each bedroom. and about a 32 inch on the Balcony!!!! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, etc. Gas grill was located in front of unit. Note: road to main Hwy 76 is hilly and curvy and fairly dark at night....35 mph or so. Walk-in showers in each bathroom (may have been handicap unit). This unit overlooked one of the pools with wading area, 20 person hot tub and water slide. With the door on the balcony closed, we heard no noise from the pool. One complaint we had was that the balcony TV had no volume limit so with the unit above's balcony TV blasting away at 11pm, we called the office and it was quickly taken care of. The only other thing was no starter pack of supplies as most timeshares have....no coffee packs, no paper towels, no laundry detergent but there was dishwasher detergent and coffee filters. We travel with our own supplies, but a caution for those who do not. We were there to explore Branson and area so did not use resort activities. However, there are a large amount of freebies at the resort: aqua cycles, paddle boats, inner tubes, paddle boards, kayaks, and mini-golf as well as 3 pools (2 with waterslides). The Bayside Market on site had good pizza, coffee and some grocery items. Dogwood Canyon (by Bass Pro Shops owner) was a very nice daytrip with a trolley ride that took you through the canyon and into their animal section with long horn cattle, elk and bison. These were fed right next to the trolley, so we had a close up view of not only the animals but the horn tips. There were several waterfalls including one (man made) next to the entrance and cafeteria that was 70 feet or so high. Eating on the deck near the falls was great on a nice day. One note on Branson for those who have not been: it is hilly and the roads are curvy....45 mph max speed limits on local roads for the most part. Get your Branson map and learn about the red, blue and yellow routes which will avoid Hwy 76 Country Blvd where most of the shows are located. We would recommend Still Waters to anyone wanting to be away from the heart of Branson, especially families that want to enjoy the location on the lake, amenities, and vicinity to Silver Dollar City.

While I understand conserving resources I wish this place would have advised you what they don't provide so you can arrive prepared. No shampoo no coffee no daily room cleaning. You want a clean towel? You have to take your dirty ones and exchange them. From our building it was about 3 blocks to the exchange point. The room was clean. But that is the best I can say. If you want only lake use then stay here but remember you clean your room. Trash is up to you to take out. Its just a bit far from town for easy return. For me, I go on vacation to relax, go out and enjoy my day NOT cleaning up just like home! NO THANK YOU

This is one of our favorite Branson, Mo resorts and we own our own condo there! We have been to still water with just our family of 3 to a large group with multiple families. Conveniently located near silver dollar city and right on Table Rock Lake. We love bringing our boat here. The lake view condos are our favorite. All the rooms are very spacious the only negative I found was the hot water didn't last that long. As far as the resort grounds this is a kids paradise. 3 pools, pizza world, arcade, golf course and tons of lake activities that are included. You will not go wrong or be disappointed with this place. Happy and Safe Travels!
