We stayed here for the first time at Christmas on the 4th floor in J building on the end. We loved our room it had a beautiful view of the lake. It was very clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the gas fireplace & clean balcony. Really liked having washer/dryer in room. Loved the relaxed colors. Your bedroom windows do however need light blocking curtains over the shades or something as it was like daylight while trying to sleep also maybe provide a small container of laundry soap in the room.
This is the first time we stayed here for a Christmas vacation. We had the two bedroom room with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster and so we brought our griddle to make pancakes for breakfast. They do supply dishes and silverware, but we brought disposable dishes, cups and silverware which made clean up quicker. Next time we may get the condo with two rooms which has a kitchen with a dishwasher. We have season passes to Silver Dollar City so it was great that it was so close. We did not mind not having maid service. The daily towel exchange was enough for us. We really enjoyed our stay.
I must start by saying that my entire payment was refunded and I didn't even have to suggest that or ask for this, so, you know it was not a good thing that happened. Stayed last month, apparently 'off season'. As such, no kayaks - which was very disappointing because nothing is said about a 'season' to kayak on the website. We arrived at our room, one bedroom with two bed and were pleasantly surprised with the two burner stove, a full size refrigerator, and easy parking. I thought to myself.. wow! I didn't even pay very much. Beds were fairly comfy. Clean room but a bit dated/worn... not expecting very much since I didn't pay a lot, so, this was fine and I was pleased. Loved the part where it is a little secluded from the hustle and bustle of Branson. Also just minutes away from Silver Dollar City if you plan on going. Very convenient. However, day 2 we started realizing a sewage smell. Day 3, sewage smell was pretty bad, contacted the front desk, maintenance came out, poked around, said it was okay or something... left. Very slow flushing toilet was getting very scary at this point. Later that day, smell was horrid. Moved us to the room next door. Day 4, I was unfortunate enough to find the source of the sewage problem.. first thing in the morning, flushed the toilet.. complete backup.. all over the floor. Yep, standing in toilet water, plunging like a crazy person hoping not to have the entire room flood. They had actually left a plunger for us in the bathroom.. hmmmm.... So, moral of the story is, I think they already knew the plumbing was a problem but rented the rooms anyway. Yuck. I actually felt bad for the poor girl who had to clean up the overflow. We left during this unpleasantness. She was quite apologetic and very nice about it. Also to note, they did refund my entire payment and no one ever tried to push any sort of time share sales or vacation rentals on us.. I would imagine that would be a very difficult sell after this experience. If not for the sewage problem, I would have been pleased with the accommodations, yet someone should mention on the website or info somewhere that the kayaks are not available year round. Fix the plumbing or don't rent it until you do and this would have been a pretty good review.

We have stayed here the last couple years at Christmas. It is off the beaten path. My family enjoys being on the lake rather than the strip. The rooms are very clean. They do not provide daily maid service but it works out perfectly for us. We go switch out towels which are conveniently located. They offered a discount for listening to sales pitch but didn't high pressure about it. We couldn't get fireplace to work initially. They came promptly and had it going in ten minutes tops. The view of the lake from our room was beautiful. Our condo was two bedroom. It accommodated two adults and three teenagers easily. We had a peaceful relaxing stay. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back next Christmas.
