We had a wonderful time at Still Waters. Everything was even better than we expected. Everyone was real friendly and helpful. Had a great room with a beautiful view. We would highly recommend staying at this resort.
Tip: Towels were provided and kitchen well supplied with what you would need. Only thing we had to go get was paper towels.

"Hot water heater"
March, 2016
We stayed here during spring break, everything was great until Saturday night (night before Easter Sunday) and no hot water. So I called front desk, I asked her if we were sharing a water heater with someone, she said no (which i found out was a lie) so once I told her the problem and she said she would send someone to our room, I said ok great we are in room __ building G, we waited for several hours..... nothing, no phone call nothing. So when I was checking out I informed management all he had to say was he was sorry, it was a miss communication and he apologized. I told him I told the lady at the desk which room and building we were in, then he said he was right there with the lady at the time I called, she did not tell him the building just the room ( I found this out while talking to him) so that tells you she did not give the right information. I am not a complainer, but this ruined our Easter. Needless to say we will not be back.
Tip: No hot water, and the worse customer service

"Great area.....HORRIBLE service"
March, 2016
I am very disappointed with our experience. We arrived Friday, check in was easy, people seemed nice, place seemed clean, etc for the price $300 (2 night 2 bed 2 bath condo, includes check in fee and such).

So fast forward to about 30 minutes after our arrival (not even fully unpacked yet) our "concierge" (Dennis) comes to our room to welcome us. He tells me a bit about the property and family orientation and how the grandfather died a few weeks ago and so on... Then goes on to say that they love feedback and suggestions and for a bit of our time he will knock off a $100 for an additional night for us to go to a presentation. Please keep in mind this is my first trip as an adult. I liked the idea of helping a company grow by ideas and such and figured what the heck for $100 I'll do it.... Well, turned out we were there from 9 am to after 12 and it was a sales pitch, which it did say on the form I signed, I just didn't fully read it. The guys were great and their plan wasn't technically bad but I was not buying. We leave, after my kids sat waiting quietly for hours to do "fun" things.
After our nice day we get back and I call the service desk to pay for the difference for the extra night. I was informed they couldn't find anything. I gave her our "concierge" name and she said she'll call him. Guess what....two minutes later, he doesn't "recall" this....well luckily I have the paperwork copy. So I call him, he says apparently the sales guys stated that I didn't show my ID and credit card when we showed so they couldn't complete the presentation. That was the first thing they asked for at 9 am! They have my credit card info and I was informed by Dennis that if we didn't attend they would charge $100 on it. I have checked and the charge isn't there....yet...and it better not be or I won't be just writing reviews.
I would like to throw a fit and act like the mad customer I deserve to be right now but I won't put my kids through that. Instead, they have lost business and hopefully this steers others away. It's sad really, BC we really liked the resort and planned on coming back. We were going to stay until Monday even without the $100 off. Instead we are going to go to a different resort for the additional night....

Now if my card gets charged....this will end waaaaaayyyyy differently but as of now...I will leave quietly and not hand these people another dime
Tip: Customer service is not priority

"Second time at Still Water-I'm sure there will be 3rd."
October, 2015
Spent three nights at Still Water. I was able to book a wonderful deal on the room and SDC tickets using Reserve Branson. Couldn't find a better deal anywhere else! We stayed in one of their rooms with double queens. Plenty of space and comfortable. I like the easy checkout too. We spent most of our time at Silver Dollar City, but they have lots to do on the property. Swimming, biking, play grounds. Nice place, we'll be back!
Tip: No maid service--towel exchange offered.

"Cool in the Pool"
March, 2015
We prefer staying on Indian Point rather than on the Strip because we don't do a lot of shows and shopping. Our favorite place on the Point is Still Waters, especially during the warmer months. This trip my parents joined us, and the kids could've spent all day going back and forth between the water slide pool and the oasis pool. Great memories! Also, we like having the Market on site for convenient meals without driving. Another thing we enjoyed was hopping on the bikes and going for a ride around the resort. We'll be back.
Tip: Bring pool towels. Also bring any kitchen staples like coffee, filters, and sugar. Sometimes the family before you leaves some of these items, but not always. But, if you forget, you can pick some up at the Market.

My stay at Stillwater Resort was very relaxing. My lakeside view was very calming. Even though I got snowed in and had to stay an extra day that was alright with me. I sat by the fireplace and looked out at the snow and the lake all day long.

"Best place to stay."
January, 2015
We have been to Branson many times. Before we found Still Waters, we stay in town along the strip. Decided to try it after a few trips up. We have now stayed there 6-8 times. It is the best place near Branson to stay. It is away from the strip and all the traffic on 76 Blvd. There is lots of family activities around the lake and great swimming pools for the kids.
Tip: The Market on site has great cinnamon rolls for breakfast along with other food items.

Let me start with some positives. It is secluded and the grounds well maintained. Our room appeared to have been renovated and appeared clean. The Oasis Pool is attractive, the hot tub is nice and the lake activities are a bonus. We are told they are expanding. However, they need to get a handle on what they have before they expand. First our room walls had to have been paper thin. Our door was about 3 inches from the room next door. Our door shut softly if we were to let go of it. Our neighbors door was either broken or they chose to slam it. Every time. The air conditioner had a musty old smell. We could here every single thing the neighbors did. Everything. Use your imagination. IT WAS NOT FUN. The marching band above us was crazy annoying and because we were the unit next to the parking lot, everything including the guy with the motorcycle was piped right in through the a/c. Once a kid was putting pebbles or dirt in our vent to amuse himself. Down to the marina for those awesome looking toys. The three teens behind the counter could not be disturbed to answer questions or assist. There was something more compelling going on with their phones. We figured out what we needed to and ended up assisting others. One visit there was enough. On to the Oasis pool....it is frigid. Crazy cold. So cold that all the kids and their toys are in the hot tub. It is so weird having kids snorkeling in the hot tub. What can go wrong with a kid and a squirt toy in the hot tub you might ask. The sign says a certain age must be accompanied by an adult. There are life guards on duty and this is in no way enforced. No one is usually watching these kids. It is worse when you have 10 adults smoking and drinking and whatnot plus the kids that they do not want to watch in there. Such a shame because the mattresses in the room are so soft that our hips and back were sore every morning. The hot tub might have come in handy. Not saying soft mattresses are a pro or con for everyone but they are a detriment to us. So much so that I wanted to check out early, too much pain. However, they collect up front and do not refund. Nor will they move you to another room, not even for an upgrade fee. They will tell you they are full but we could tell that was not the case, by the parking lot when we arrived verses a few days in. An added bonus was that our room was directly across from what appeared to be a privately owned B&B. There was a lady on the balcony griping to herself (or someone we could not see) every single day. Loudly. Dementia or drunk. I don't know. What next....oh the on site market. Don't bother. They too, are busy with their phones. They are not as unfriendly as the dock kids but just busy. If you can get the market kids to talk, they are friendly enough. They sit at a table and play with their electronics. If you don't need them to get up, all is good. We considered ordering a pizza. Hubby went up to see about it and got there just in time to see another person order pizza. The guy got up from his phone table and went right to work on the customers pizza. What is wrong with that you might ask? No hand washing was involved. We skipped the market from then on. You are a long way from town for any incidentals you may need. The provided soap bars smell funky and of course are not local, they are from china. In a place like Branson where so much is handcrafted, I thought there might be something different. No one mentioned where to get things so we were driving all the way into Branson for shampoo etc....Well it turns out just a short hop the opposite direction is Branson West. We saw the sign but did not know what was there. Food, grocery's etc...all right there minus the vacation traffic. There is also a super walmart. They will never come to your room and clean anything. Which is fine but it means that you have to go fetch your own clean towels and toilet paper - and you better do it before 2 when they shut down. There is another open till 10 - just be aware to get it done before you leave in the morning. Overall I gave it a 3 and like I said pushing it. It was a clean room and grounds. I thing they are trying very hard but are just lacking here and there. Possibly tired because it is the end of summer. However, when your income is hospitality, then you need to hone your skills. We left out as early as possible on our last day - we considered leaving the night before but ended up staying because you have to clean, yes clean, before you go. We stopped to ask where to leave the key if the office was not open, they told us and told us to make sure the room is in order, all the towels gathered and put in the tub and take all the trash to the dumpster. So we did as asked and then took photos to proved it. Truth be told, we always straighten a room a bit before we go. No reason to make extra work for others....I have just never been told before that it is a requirement unless it is a private cottage or cabin rental. So there is my review, we were there once about 14 years ago - maybe we'll try again in another 14..there are so many places to stay and this one just doesn't hit the top of the list anywhere.

We really love all the amenities. We spent the weekend there and it was very crowded. Sometimes there was no room in the hot tub. We had to wait for kayaks but not very long. There are fishing poles available on the deck. We were disappointed that we couldn't rent a jet ski before noon on Sunday. The room we got was very outdated and smelled like mold.

In a years time since we were there, so many new things for our family to enjoy. The big bike toys called Aqua Cycles to ride on the water were a big hit. The miniature golf was even a bigger hit. We would ALWAYS go to one of the courses on the strip, now we don't even have to leave the resort! We have 7 grandchildren with the oldest turning 9 the day before our stay started. Every morning there were children's activities before the pool even opened! Like painting, playing with play-dough & other types of creative things for the kids to do in the morning. I even think they have other times during the day. We love the options of everything you can do at the resort. Lake, 3 pools, which they love the Oasis Pool which is the zero entry pool for the youngest grandchild who just turned 1 year old. They added a slide to that pool now & it had just opened a couple a weeks before we got there! We are also excited about what they are doing with the next phase for the resort. They are building an inside pool with rooms for the spring & fall seasons! When you look at everything this place has it is the BEST you can get at an affordable cost. My wife & I are building memories for all 7 grandchildren & we love it!

We booked a last minute, back to school trip for three days at Still Waters Resort on Table Rock lake. I was very impressed with all the free activities on the resort, the quality of the condo and the over price of the trip. There really is more to do than what we could all get to in three days, so it could easily entertain our kids for four or five day stay. We spent most of our time at the pools, but did manage to get down to the lake for some kayaking. The mini golf was right by our room, and one of the pools was just a few feet away. The full kitchen helps to keep the price down and make the experience more fun, but I would like to see a few more place to eat spring up on the resort. They are expanding some 30 acres, so hopefully that will happen. Over all the only reason I am not giving Still Waters 5 stars is that there was limited selection of food on the resort and it can get a little busy at the lake so you may have to wait for the water sports. Overall, I highly recommend!

We have been here with our family about 9-10 times and have loved our vacations there! This time was no different. We had some minor problems with the gas grills, and the elevator, but once called in, they were taken care of! This is a lovely resort where you can enjoy a variety of experiences - many of them are free! We love the new slide at Oasis and the mini-golf! We usually rent a boat and go tubing, and that was fun again! We haven't tried the pizza place since the new ownership took over, but it is nice they have a little store so you don't have to run to town. We had a beautiful lakeview and enjoyed feeding the geese! They now have a program where they are trying to sell partnerships in their new condo's. We weren't interested in doing this, and didn't. For the most part the people were nice and easy to work with! We can't wait to go back!
