Our stay has been less than pleasant. First of all the hotel is clean, but dated. Beds comfortable. Air condition was great, when it was turned on. The breakfast is less than lacking! Many guests walked into the dining area, then walked back out due to the limited options.
During our stay we left for the day, requested housekeeping. After, returning from being out in 100 degree weather all day only to find housekeeping had turned off our air conditioning while cleaning. Keep in mind the hotel is dated, so it takes a few hours to cool down. While the room was cooling we decided to try and cool off in the dirty, murky pool. That was an experience! A family was out there allowing there probably ten year old son to swim in just his underwear! The other son developed a bloody nose. He sat out w/a paper towel for some time. After, the nose bleed he threw the paper towel in the pool! Instead of the mother actually getting out of the pool and throwing this away, she just removed it from the pool and tossed it aside. Later the other brothers took the paper towel and rang it out in the pool. This was reported to the clerk on duty, plus the “manager” the next morning! After, explaining to the manager all of our concerns she didn’t say one word. Even after telling her I planned on reporting all of these unsanitary conditions! Again, horrible customer service and lack of amenities....you can find much better properties!

"Nice place to stay"
June, 2018 NEW
Our room was nice. Not fancy but clean and nice. The pool was dirty. My husband spent an hour easy skimming it and removing bugs and spiders in the bottom of the pool as well. The cinnimon rolls they brag about tasted like warm cardboard. The room though was ok.

Everyone was very nice to us. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and they had an adequate breakfast bar for us as we usually go out for breakfast. We will definitely stay again.

I took a three night trip to Branson with my 12 year old daughter an friend. We've stayed here in the past and had a good experience so decided to stay again. Rooms have always been very clean and the location provides for a very peaceful, quiet setting. Breakfast is provided and they have a small pool area with a hot tub. We were very pleased and will likely stay here again.

We stayed here while in Branson for a few days of site seeing/touring. Here are the pros and cons we experienced. Pros: - Good location & easy to find - Quiet! Can’t hear traffic in room! - VERY clean throughout and in our room - Deluxe continental breakfast (warm and cold items) - Nice staff/front desk/owners - Lots of brochures showcasing the areas attractions - Availability of purchasing tickets to attractions at front desk - Nice hot tub to relax in - older but still worked fine & clean - Coffee and tea available all the time in bfast nook area - Fridge in room Cons: - Pool was not filled yet - Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work - Show is quite small - width wise. I am small and felt very awkward showering - THE MATTRESSES!!! THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED!!! - Faded areas on bedding and what appeared to be a coffee stain on a set of sheets. Overall not bad at all - good value - we’d return. :-)

We stayed here for 3 nights - very pleased with our room. The room was very clean. Front desk always helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is basic but adequate. Motel is just a few minutes from the 76 strip so it not as noisy or busy. We were on the 1st floor, only 9 rooms on that floor. So it was quieter than the other floors. Will stay again when we are in Branson !!
