"Not impressed"
October, 2017
We were switched due to where we always stayed not being a party of the program any longer. First, at check in I had a very errogant person, I wasn't happy about being switched to a hotel vs a motel with outside room access, never did find the ice machine, the refrigerator in the room was unplugged when we arrived so we had to wait for it to cool down for our items to go in, the access to the building was not secure-anyone could walk in, the morning we went to breakfast there was a line waiting for more food to be cooked so we walked out and went to a restaurant, the place was very clean & though.& the rest of the staff was friendly. We will go back to where we use to stay even if we have to use another reservation company!

This was our first stay in Branson and we picked the perfect place to stay. The rooms were the cleanest I've ever seen at a hotel, great breakfast/evening snack(who doesn't love cobbler, ice cream and cookies), friendly staff and great location for peace and quite after a fun filled day. When we return to Branson this will be our choice of stay every time :)

This place is super clean! The complimentary breakfast and fresh baked cookies and cobbler in the evening is a nice touch! We visit Branson often, and never stay at the same place twice, that will change on our next visit. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed many times. They have great lounge area and great beds. Their breakfast is the best I have ever seen at a motel. They have wonderful free deserts in the evening. Have never had any problems with our room or their service.

We originally made a reservation at another hotel, and they really screwed it up. We ended up staying here, and it was lovely. The rooms were nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids loved every night when we got in they were serving cookies, cobbler, and ice cream.

"We would stay here again"

I have previously stayed here before with our ladies group from church. This time it was with family. I booked through Hotels.com and booked two rooms since we had 8 in our party. Check in was quick and easy and we had rooms next door to each other. The only thing was that they had to charge my card for each room separately since I listed myself on one room and my husband on the other room. It was still the same total for two rooms though. Everyone in our party slept well and had no complaints about any issues. They definitely enjoyed the free cobbler and ice cream each night. The breakfast was good too but was pretty standard choices like other hotels we have stayed in. I did notice that around the elevators that it looked a little dingy but I think they may be doing some repainting. Also, our heavy drapes would never close completely so we had to improvise with the hanger clips but that was not a big deal. I can't comment on the housekeeping because we did not have them come in our rooms during our stay.

Price-wise it is hard to beat, which sometimes makes me nervous, but felt comfortable booking after ready all the good reviews. My experience was it was clean, well located off the busiest streets, ice cream for bedtime dessert was great for the kids and staff seemed nice. I noticed one of the staff members out picking up trash from the parking lot (it was 27 degrees that morning) and was impressed that they even went out into the street to pick some up. Most places would have just sweep trash out in the street and left it but not here. Shower water pressure was great too!
