We have stayed at Quality Inn On the Strip several times in the last ten or twelve years. We have always enjoyed our stay. This year was no exception. Amanda was very helpful to make reservations that fit our needs. When we arrived and while we were guests Tracie and Cody were not only friendly but very helpful and knowledgeable. The Staff booked our shows for us which was very helpful. The breakfast was very good and the ladies did a great job of serving it and keeping the facilities clean. The location is great, facilities are somewhat outdated, but the staff is outstanding. We stayed twice this year and hope to be back next year.
We are fulltime RVers and were supposed to go camping in Branson. We broke down about an hour outside of Branson and limped the rest of the way into an RV repair shop. It was going to take 8-10 days to make the repairs, and we had no where to "live". After explaining our situation, the front desk manager, Cody, got us one of their 2 room suites with a refrigerator and microwave, so the kids could have their own room and TV. They are pet-friendly and accepted our dog and two cats as well. Aside from the hotel needing minor upgrades, the whole staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious with good variety to chose from. The rooms were clean and everyone in housekeeping was more than helpful. This location also had a decent washer and dryer which we used more than once. Shout out to Cody and the whole staff -- Job well done! Thank you for making a stressful situation easy.
No particular reason why we chose this hotel, we were just tired and ready to stop. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, a little outdated, but you get what you pay for. Overall I would recommend this hotel if on a budget.
Arrived late on a holiday weekend. Christina worked getting me a room with easy access. Then when the weekend crowd left, again Christina moved me to a room with even better access. Not the first time staying here, and the service staff has always been great, but this time they went a little farther. Thank you, you made the end of an eleven hour drive a lot better. And, the breakfast and breakfast staff was great, as always. Will be back again in 2016.
