Great staff. Right in the middle of the strip. Wish there's was a better area for the dogs to go outside since it is a dog friendly hotel. Overall it was a good sleep after a long day in Branson.

"Long Weekend Getaway to Silver Dollar City"

The room was clean. We were upgraded to a king with a jacuzzi do to some type of maintenance on a room. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good biscuits and gravy, donuts and other typical breakfast items. Older ladies were making pancakes which looked really good. We didn't swim because the pool was full of people every night. It was awesome having a jacuzzi so that made up for the pool. Overall the stay was nice. The hotel could definitely use some upgrading but the staff was nice, room was clean and we felt safe.

Tip: There are three separate buildings so make sure you park near your room, very hilly. They have usb outlets which was very nice.

This was a clean place to stay. Friendly front desk staff and breakfast staff. Took a long time for housekeeping to get to rooms. Indoor heated pool and hot tub. Pool water was a bit cloudy and made me nervous. Kids had fun

Rooms were not very well kept or clean. The staff was not friendly and getting towels for the pool was very incenvenient. Good location on the strip but hotel was very dated. We had plumbing issues and only stayed one night.

Stayed from July 29-August 2. All I ask for is a clean room. I got it. Seems to be an older hotel I’ve stayed at many times. The hot breakfast is a bonus when staying on a budget. The only negative for me this time was the landscaping around the hotel needs tended to. It’s not a good impression if you’re a first time visitor. Would’ve gotten a better rating if not for that. Overall I was very satisfied and any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction

I didnt like my stay here. My friends and I got in late and was trying to sleep. It was extremely loud and the front desk kept calling us telling us they had compaints from our room. I kindly told them it wasn't us we had been trying to sleep and that it was next door. Also had issues when checking in. We had reservations made since July and they told us we couldnt get adjoining rooms because people had decided to stay another night. Won't be staying her again.

Check in was good, employees were friendly. We got to our room and the air was not working. We went & told the front desk, they told us what to do, we did that and then left. Got back that night and it was still hot in there. Called the front desk, & they sent the maintenance man up. He looked at it for a while and said I’ll have to get back with you it’s not working. So I walked over to the lobby & the night employee was rude, I waited on the maintenance man and he said we would have to wait until morning & talk to the manager. They gave us a fan. I sweated until I finally fell asleep after 1 am. I called the manager as he doesn’t get there until 9 am, I explained to him about the night before & he was very apologetic & said they would get someone right on it & it would be fixed by the time we got back. When he got back that afternoon the room was nice and cool. I thanked him and let front desk know we needed another blanket that we were 1 short and they were out the night before. He said they would bring it up and they did. Then on checkout we didn’t have hot water and found out that a heating element went out & the manager extended checkout time for us. Which we ended up not needing. Now before I talked to the manager I was ready to throw in the towel. The hotel is just average, nothing fancy. After talking to the manager and him doing everything he said he would. Made me decide that this may work after all. Besides all the negatives, he made me believe there was a positive side to the hotel, him! The large room was nice and if we ever need a room like this again. We will rent this one. Breakfast was good, every employee we encountered, minus the night shift guy was very friendly. Always smiling. I wish the pool would stay open until midnight, then we would have gotten to use it. But it closes about 10:55 they told us.
