"Quality Inn"
January, 2019 NEW
Not impressed. Reserved a king room. Check-in clerk gave us keys. After driving to building , unloading luggage and going up 3 floors room was two double beds. Had to go back to office and was finally given King bed I reserved. Breakfast is about 2 stars. Food was cold, no bacon or sausage. No donuts or muffins which was listed in the menu. I’ve stayed better places in Branson that were much cheaper. Won’t stay here again!

"Branson trip / Quality inn"

This hotel is very old, the pictures they used for advertisment are nothing like the rooms.. They were clean but def need upgrades to the outside and in the rooms.. ..They were not worth the money we paid for this hotel and it was an actual upgrade.. The only other mess up was I changed the reservation date on the Dolly's stampede and they helped me out, but when I printed the tickets and got to Dolly's stampede they missed typed it and had me for Friday and not Saturday. Dolly's Stampede was great on helping us in the Saturday show, so we wouldn't lose our money.. BUT I want to thank the reserve Branson staff for helping on me get a refund on my Silver Dollar tickets.. Friday when we arrived it was raining and couldn't go to the park, Saturday they were turning everyone away because the parking lot was to full, there was no parking at all.. .. We had to go home next day and they were very nice about refunding me my money. I will def use Reserve Branson again but will chose a different hotel

"Nice hotel!"

Great staff. Right in the middle of the strip. Wish there's was a better area for the dogs to go outside since it is a dog friendly hotel. Overall it was a good sleep after a long day in Branson.

"Long Weekend Getaway to Silver Dollar City"
March, 2018
The room was clean. We were upgraded to a king with a jacuzzi do to some type of maintenance on a room. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good biscuits and gravy, donuts and other typical breakfast items. Older ladies were making pancakes which looked really good. We didn't swim because the pool was full of people every night. It was awesome having a jacuzzi so that made up for the pool. Overall the stay was nice. The hotel could definitely use some upgrading but the staff was nice, room was clean and we felt safe.

Tip: There are three separate buildings so make sure you park near your room, very hilly. They have usb outlets which was very nice.

I stayed here for a week recently while working at the Dam nearby. There are certain thing about this property that seem modest, but the management would have to do some renovations. I didn't mind my stay, however. My standards are realistic. Plus, the WiFi is pretty fast, and the HVAC works well. The staff was friendly and polite as well. This place isn't perfect, but it's not that bad if you are not worried about staying in a 5 star resort. I would stay here again. Boom!

"Trying another Choice Hotel"

5 bubbles for the staff because they are very nice and helpful. I gave it a very good not because of the rooms but the staff raised it from average because the rooms knocked it down but they are very clean but nothing special and no microwaves and the shower head is too short because I'm 6' 1" and it hits me at my chest and very low lighting. Very disappointing for a Choice Hotel group hotel. The indoor pool is average sized but the hot tub is a very small portable one for 4 adults. We upgraded to a 3 room family room #300 with a microwave and larger fridge and 3 tvs which is upstairs without an elevator because we had 3 kids with us and some food and it was kinda cramped. It was a little pricey but worth it because my wife just had foot surgery and is wearing a big ole boot. They also have a another family room number 200 that's ground level. The breakfast is above average and not just some donuts and toast. The bad thing is you have to walk outside and up the hill to the main building to get to the breakfast. The breakfast has no meats but they do have fresh biscuits and gravy, pancakes and two kinds of scrambled eggs, muffins, several kinds of cereal and more. They do have some adjoining rooms if you book it early enough. The pics are of the family room.

The absolute worst place I have ever been in. Old and worn I have no problem with but this place was filthy. As if that were not enough, the building itself has a lot of structural and safety hazards. Definitely not handicap friendly either. Plugged sinks and toilets, shredded curtains, non functioning lights in addition to the visible dirt on all the surfaces was common to the majority of the rooms used by our group. Stay away from here!

"Worst place"

This is the WORST place we have ever stayed while in Branson. It was dirty( food containers left in bedside table). It was unkept (large hole in the carpet, bathroom/shower in horrible condition). We only had washcloths 1 of the 3 days we were there. We booked at a cheaper rate it was no refundable or we would of left immediately. Very disappointed.

"Older hotel but great prices and servcie"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

Yes, this hotel is a little older but they do a great job of keeping it very clean and maintained. When you consider it's location, right on the Strip and within walking distance of several attractions and shows, the price is crazy reasonable. However, that is not why I stay there but rather because of the service. Front desk staff, maintenance staff, ladies that cook the breakfast...all are as friendly as you can find anywhere. Branson is a tourist town and while I am there very little for vacation and normally on business, it is obvious that their staff understands the importance of customer service in Branson. I would highly recommend.
