"Just ok..."
June, 2015
Our air conditioning never did work. Out king Jacuzzi suite was right adjacent to the atrium where the pool was and was way too loud. Free breakfast....well, at least it was free. The bacon was good. That was it. But I could live off bacon. Jacuzzi in nearly every room, so that's not really a special selling point if that is what you want. And Jacuzzi tub is in the bathroom and does fit two people....would be more romantic in the actual room. Housekeeping are persistent even when you have told them you don't need anything and they keep waking you up! There was NO free HBO like advertised and also no free WiFi. I was very disappointed in this place.

Room comfy bed comfy clean check in was great staff most accomedating and friendly since we had stayed here before our room was upgraded which was nice. Breakfast was a real disappointment , gravy tasted like it came right out of a can, don't know what product they used for scrambled eggs but there was no flavor, potatoes were rubbery to taste maybe in steam table to long? Anyway that was a negative on the stay would stay here again but skip free breakfast. Saw several of the other guests taste the food and push their plates away and opt for fruit. Toast and bagels

The hotel is decent for the price. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a room that has not been updated. The room was clean, but does need to be updated. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast was good. The pool was very cold and I did not see a hot tub.

Stayed during a busy weekend. Our room was on the bottom floor. It was clean. The breakfast wasn't the best, but you really can't complain when it's complimentary. The hotel is within walking distance to several kid friendly attractions which is convenient. I had no problem with the comfort of the bed. It was average as far as being soft or hard. For the price I paid I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and looking for a descent place to stay.

For the price I paid for one night stay wasn't bad but I've definitely stayed at better hotels in branson for same price range. Room was humid and the AC unit was old and was definitely working hard to keep room cool. The beds would be really the biggest complaint is would have with this hotel. These beds had by far the hardest mattresses I've ever attempted to sleep on. My son son stacked chair cushions and slept in floor it was so bad. I will definitely pass on this facility in future trips.
