"Just ok..."
Reviewed June, 2015
Our air conditioning never did work. Out king Jacuzzi suite was right adjacent to the atrium where the pool was and was way too loud. Free breakfast....well, at least it was free. The bacon was good. That was it. But I could live off bacon. Jacuzzi in nearly every room, so that's not really a special selling point if that is what you want. And Jacuzzi tub is in the bathroom and does fit two people....would be more romantic in the actual room. Housekeeping are persistent even when you have told them you don't need anything and they keep waking you up! There was NO free HBO like advertised and also no free WiFi. I was very disappointed in this place.

"Woul only go back during off season if absolutely necessary"

Stayed here the night of Jan 30, 2016, called ahead and asked if King rooms would be available and was told there would be no problem. Upon arrival with 4 couples and a virtually empty parking lot we were told all of their King rooms were sold out. Additionally one couple had to be put on second floor because they did not have 4 rooms on first floor. I found out the next morning from a new desk attendant that computer showed plenty of rooms had been available including Kings. So basically the previous day attendant just lied to us for whatever reason. The rooms we did stay in were OK but not nearly as nice as depicited, beds were subpar, tub area was not clean, mold and water stains in various places. We understand this is an extremely slow time in Branson and the only reason we went here was due to them being one of the only non-franchise type hotels open for business. The price was somewhat less but nothing to get excited about mostly around $10 to $15 less than the big names. We have a prefered place to stay when we visit Branson, usually 4 to 6 times a year and nothing I experienced during this stay will change that. I would only go back here if absolutely necessary.

"Lovely, large room."

Room was clean, large and nicely decorated in a lodge type theme. The bathtub was a large deep jetted tub. I think only one other room was occupied, so it was very quiet. Breakfast is quite scant and set up at the lobby desk, but otherwise, we'd stay again. I requested a room near an outside entrance as my husband has difficulty walking. We were assigned a room more than halfway down the hall for the exit/entrance door to the parking lot. At this time of year, Branson is basically deserted.

"Awesome!"

This was a really good place to stay while hanging out in Branson. It was close to everything and the facilities were nice and clean. The bathtub in our room was awesome. Breakfast could have been better but was as good as it could've been with what they were working with. Overall though, it was really fun and an enjoyable experience. The Russian guy was really cool and should get a raise. Great job to the staff!

The check in was very fast and pleasant I felt like they were truly there to accommodate me and my needs. Plenty of hot water in the morning which I greatly appreciated. The room its self was very well appointed with everything one could ask for. Log style beds and furniture really added to the atmosphere of the "lodge" look. Time prevented me from enjoying the indoor pool, but I will definitely pack a swimsuit for my next stay at the Lodge of the Ozarks. I will be back as well as tell my friends that's the place to stay when in Branson.

Beautiful Hotel all the way around! The staff is friendly and courteous. They even have us a 'thank you for staying here' present. 😃 The room gives you a sense of being at a lodge (nice furniture), it's quiet, has a jacuzzi, and we received breakfast vouchers for the best hotel breakfast! We had free breakfast at La Piazza and the food was excellent!!!!!!! We will come back that's for sure! Super happy customers!
