"Great hotel on the strip"
June, 2016
This hotel is located across the street from the Ride the ducks on the strip. It's very clean and comfortable. We was very happy with our room and the staff was very friendly. It has a fairly small indoor pool which my granddaughter loved. It's definitely priced well compared to some of the other hotels! I'd recommend this hotel as we've stayed here 3x now.
Tip: If you want your room cleaned, don't forget to put the card in your door before you leave for the day.

"Beautiful hotel"
March, 2015
When choosing this hotel, I read other reviews. Many stated that the beds were rock hard. They were hard and I do prefer soft, but they weren't bad. I slept fine. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. The only issue we had was our microwave was old and would shut off in the middle of running to cool down. The facility was elegant and inviting. The room had a fridge and microwave, everything you need. We requested a balcony and got one. We enjoyed the pool and easy access to other attractions. Would stay here again.
Tip: Close to shopping and other attractions.

"Valentine's Day Retreat at Hotel Grand Victorian"
February, 2015
My husband and I traveled with another couple for a weekend stay over Valentine's Day. We had such a great time and were very impressed with the Jacuzzi suite with balcony. Clean, comfortable, quiet, & relaxing. Too cold for the balcony. Received 8 inches of snow and the staff were beyond excellent. They offered a later checkout due to weather and staff came and shoveled out all the vehicles and had the whole lot cleared and de-iced. Wow! they were all just fabulous. We also liked the pool, hot tub, breakfast and tea and the exercise room. Thank you!
Tip: Right by the Tanger Outlet Mall and right on the strip with all the shows. Super Convenient

"Beautiful hotel"
February, 2015
My three year old son and I took a trip away for the weekend and stayed at the Hotel Grand Victorian. Beautiful hotel and lovely rooms! The piano and huge teddy bears in the lobby were definitely a hit with my son. The people were extremely nice and helpful as well. We cannot wait to use our frequent visitor card next time :)

"Excellent Location"

Great walkability rating to WalMart, restaurants and shopping. It is located right on 76 highway but toward to end near Silver dollar City. We chose this hotel because of the location, the reviews on Trip Adivsor and because of the breakfast reviews. The breakfast, while plentiful, gave my huband and I the feeling of trough cattle feeding of the masses. It was not warm and inviting, nor leisurely as other guests where swarming arounding waiting for a table to open up. Other guests where hovering over us while we cooked our waffles making sure they got the waffle iron next. Needless to say it was so off- putting we skipped our FREE BREAKFAST the next morning and hit the local Cracker Barrel where we could atleast enjoy our meal at OUR pace and not on someone else's weather the staff or the guests. The room is spacious and did have a separate desk and chair which is nice. The water pressure was good. Bathroom was clean and the beds slept well. I liked the little balcony our room came with looking over the pool. I will include some photos I took as the sunset that are very pretty. They offer cookies each day but we never got to take advantage as it is at a strange time when guests would normaly be out and about site seeing. I found this really odd. We took advantage of the hot tub each night after returning back from our adventures and it was a nice way to relieve aching muscles from all the walking at the park. Even though this was sort of the slow season we found this hotel to be very busy and many other guests where using all of the facitlites. All staff we encountered were friendly and we had no issues with our room. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family with the following message warning about the breakfast, it might be worth paying for a quality sit down breakfast at a restuarant if you don't want to be made to feel like cattle. If you just want something very quick, very rushed and FREE then its for you!

There was a water main break near the hotel but they were very accommodating. It was no fault of theirs. We were not expecting breakfast but to our surprise they used bottled water and had a full breakfast!

We have been going to Branson for many years and ALWAYS stay at The Hotel Grand Victorian. It is the best. We were there this past week-end when there was the water main break. Everyone was very pleasant AS USUAL and were as helpful as could be. We always enjoy the breakfast in the morning and with no water we figured no breakfast but we went down to see if maybe there was juice or something. Well, to our surprise, it was breakfast AS USUAL. The breakfast crew did a wonderful job and again, s usual always smiling and pleasant. Even Steve was there working as hard as any one. And, can't forget TJ and Melony at the front desk. They did a great job, again as usual. Just can't imagine staying any place else. It is like our second home. In fact, my 14 year old grandson says "This feels like home." Thank you Steve, TJ, Melony, Don and the entire staff for always making our visit a great one. Sincerely, Carol Wippermann

The value for price was very high. We stayed in a 5th floor room facing away from the busy street. We had a balcony with a spectacular view north. The room was quiet, roomy, and nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. I wondered why we hadn't stayed there before. Thanks

"No water but still very friendly staff"

I stayed with my kids this weekend. As soon as we got back to the hotel that night there was no water and it was very difficult to not be able to bath my kids, brush teeth etc. And I did end up checking out but with that being said.. I know it was out of the control of the staff and hotel. They were still as friendly and helpful as ever. Don and made sure my stay was still very comfortable that night and no matter what was going on his attitude was still very good. Melanie also helped me pick out shows and was helpful and nice as well! I would come back and try it under different circumstances!
