This Inn was included in our Branson package. We were charged 113.00 a night.. What a disapointment compared to other places at that price.
Rooms did not have refigerators or irons. The coffeepot in room had not been washed.4 days never once was floor vacuumed .Free Wifi did not connect. Free breakfast was poor in taste, Had to go elsewhere to eat. Not enough parking spaces.
Desk clerk was not friendly.

The room was reasonably prices for the 2 nights that we stayed there. The carpets were nasty and needed to be replaces. We had ants in the bathroom and around the sink. There was some cleaning that could have been more in depth and the rooms seemed to be outdated such as no microwave or refrigerator. The wifi never worked when we were there. The Breakfast was bland. They did have a few choices compared to others hotels but when we went there 10 yrs ago. We had so much better choices for breakfast items. The lounge was clean when we ate and it was easy to get around but a little to crowded. The 2 pool choices was great. But the indoor pool was too cold and the outdoor pool was too hot. Besides the drinking from other guest and no parents watching there kids. It was like a party for the kids but the language was a little too much for our family so we didn't really get to enjoy to the pools. Also the whole weekend that we were up there a group had reserved a party for 2 days that we happened to be up there. We could hear everything that was going on and really didn't get to enjoy a quiet night in the room before bedtime. We had a hard time finding a parking spot and when we did you couldn't get out of it because others would block you in. Several times, I thought I would have taken out there fence around the lounge area. Overall, we did enjoy it for the reasonable prices since we were a family on a budget.

Tip: Parking is crazy and pack light you might have to carry luggage up stairs.

"Need to clean better between guests"

The room was reasonably priced and we stayed 2 nights. My one complaint is the carpet in the room needs replaced. It's showing wear and tear and the housekeepers need to spend more time vacuuming in the corners and door frames. There was quite a bit of dirt build up where they simply don't take the hose off the vacuum and try to clean it. There were also long hairs left on the shower walls from the last guest. Also not sure what was above our room, but the ceiling is thin and we had to listen to the people above is literally stomping around all night.

This is place was perfect for our stay. We were there one night and have nothing bad to say. Although we didn't experience the breakfast, too early for us on a vacation, it was nice knowing it was available. Will definitely be staying here for next trip!!

Tip: 1. You will have to climb stairs with luggage if on second floor. We were fine but it may be harder with lots of luggage. 2. You have to walk outside to anything you want.

"So Many Problems, So Little Time"

First, I'm writing this for my 81 year old mother. She is dictating her story..... She and her sister had reservations for 3 nights. The day before departure my mother fell and cracked three ribs. She decided to go as my aunt promised to do the "heavy lifting". It's a little over 3 hours drive. Upon arrival my mother was in so much pain that when they went in to check in, she decided she just couldn't do it. The clerk told her there was a 72 hour cancellation policy, so they could stay or pay. They decided to stay. The next morning they were both exhausted as both of their beds were broken and when either of them rolled over, it woke them both up creaking very loudly. Mom went downstairs to complain. The desk clerk rolled her eyes and shook her head. Mom went back upstairs and called and asked for the manager. She got the assistant manager and mom asked her to come up to check out the bed which she did with the maintenance man in tow. The maintenance man confirmed the beds were broken. There were no other rooms on the first floor and there is no elevator. There were two full tour buses that took over the breakfast area and the hotel really isn't able to accommodate that many people at one time. Reason for this review? Be prepared and check the bed before you tuck in.

This motel is awesome. When we pulled up I figured it was just another plain motel. Wow what a surprise the room super clean plenty of room and the people so friendly. The free breakfast was a super good surprise too had so much stuff and a variety too. I fully plan to stay there again when i'm in the area.

The Branson Tourism Bureau changed our group from the Grand Plaza to here. It was a little hard for the people on the bus as some couldn't walk very far. I know it's not the Inn's fault, but just something you need to know if handicapped. The parking was great for us as we drove our own car. The room was fine and clean. My two complaints are 1.) The WIFI. It never did work enough to use it. I had to use my phone data which works great if you have unlimited data. 2.) The bathrooms are small, and the worst is the commode because it's so short and tiny. If you've had a knee replacement (like myself) or hip problems, it's difficult if you know what I mean. Every hotel/motel should have larger toilets especially in Branson with so much of the clientele being senior citizens.Just my opinion! I had read another review about the rooms not having enough electrical sockets, and that's true. I took an extension cord so I could charge my phone. I wish refrigerators were in every room. The managers and help were so nice and did a great job trying to accomodate everyone. The continental breakfast was really good.

we got a great daily room rate and didn't know what to expect as we had never been to Branson before. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds and nice breakfast! But best of all the ladies at the front desk were super nice and helpful they told us what shows to take in as we were only there for 2 days so wanted to see good ones! We will definitely spread to word to our family and friends to stay here!

We were in Branson for a resort presentation and this room was booked by the resort company Summer Winds Resorts. When we entered our room we found empty bags of chips in the drawers other items that had been discarded were by the side of the bed. The heat/air conditioner was not working. It blew hot air and them it would blow cold air the fan never shut off unless is was in the off position. There were 2 electrical outlets in the room 1 by the door and one in the bathroom. None by the desk so if I wanted to charge my computer I would have to have it in the bathroom or sitting by the exit door. There were light bulbs burned out over the vanity and there were no towel bars to hang hand towels in the bathroom sink area. No elevators only walk up steps.The room was bad. I have kept my dogs in better places than this..
