"Reasonable prices but needs to improves some updates and improvements on the hotel"
Reviewed August, 2016 NEW
The room was reasonably prices for the 2 nights that we stayed there. The carpets were nasty and needed to be replaces. We had ants in the bathroom and around the sink. There was some cleaning that could have been more in depth and the rooms seemed to be outdated such as no microwave or refrigerator. The wifi never worked when we were there. The Breakfast was bland. They did have a few choices compared to others hotels but when we went there 10 yrs ago. We had so much better choices for breakfast items. The lounge was clean when we ate and it was easy to get around but a little to crowded. The 2 pool choices was great. But the indoor pool was too cold and the outdoor pool was too hot. Besides the drinking from other guest and no parents watching there kids. It was like a party for the kids but the language was a little too much for our family so we didn't really get to enjoy to the pools. Also the whole weekend that we were up there a group had reserved a party for 2 days that we happened to be up there. We could hear everything that was going on and really didn't get to enjoy a quiet night in the room before bedtime. We had a hard time finding a parking spot and when we did you couldn't get out of it because others would block you in. Several times, I thought I would have taken out there fence around the lounge area. Overall, we did enjoy it for the reasonable prices since we were a family on a budget.
Tip: Parking is crazy and pack light you might have to carry luggage up stairs.

"Need to clean better between guests"
Reviewed June, 2016
The room was reasonably priced and we stayed 2 nights. My one complaint is the carpet in the room needs replaced. It's showing wear and tear and the housekeepers need to spend more time vacuuming in the corners and door frames. There was quite a bit of dirt build up where they simply don't take the hose off the vacuum and try to clean it. There were also long hairs left on the shower walls from the last guest. Also not sure what was above our room, but the ceiling is thin and we had to listen to the people above is literally stomping around all night.
Tip: The beds are really hard and the carpets need replaced.

"Everything We Needed"
Reviewed October, 2015
This is place was perfect for our stay. We were there one night and have nothing bad to say. Although we didn't experience the breakfast, too early for us on a vacation, it was nice knowing it was available. Will definitely be staying here for next trip!!
Tip: 1. You will have to climb stairs with luggage if on second floor. We were fine but it may be harder with lots of luggage. 2. You have to walk outside to anything you want.

"Will stay again...."

Spent two nights while in Branson to see Moses. Room/bathroom clean. Bed and sheets comfortable. Staff friendly. Paid the extra $5 for a refrigerator which was brought to the room immediately. Outdoor pool area nice and clean with plenty of towels. Indoor pool area very nice and again plenty of towels. Hot breakfast was very good with biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, wafflemaker, cereal, toast, etc. Go early as the dining area gets full and you have to wait in line. The room we had did not have black out shades, just blinds and lacy curtain, so we hung a beach towel over it at night to block out the outside and morning light. Would give 5 stars except room request upon reservation not honored. We had 2 children with us and requested plenty in advance to be near the indoor pool for safety from walking across the parking lot and our rooms were all the way across the complex from the indoor pool. Walk was not bad just safety concern for cars coming and going. We decided to just let this go as we were joining another couple that had already checked in and we had adjoining rooms which was very nice. Overall a very pleasant visit and everything worked out fine. We stayed right after school started and the rate was very good especially considering the hot breakfast. They also had cookies in the lobby which was a great snack for the kids after swimming in the pool. We enjoyed the water garden and outside rocking chairs too. Definitely recommend this property and will definitely stay again.

"Fun in the pool"

Chad was great at getting us two ground floor rooms not far apart for Friday and Saturday nights when we had found out late Thursday that we couldn't stay in the condo after all. The beds were great, which is what we really care about, and very quiet. No frig or microwave. We didn't even turn on the TV. Our evenings were spent in the nice outdoor pool with kids and grandkids. Breakfast was fine, with hot food, and enough places to sit despite lots of people at the Inn. Very near Golden Corral and a nice Mexican food restaurant. Easy to get to Silver Dollar City. No inside hallways - all rooms open to the outside, which is convenient for us. Close to our parked car and no noise from doors slamming shut down the hall. Excellent for the price.

"Clean, Christian owned nice place to sleep"

This is our 2nd time staying here with the youth group and other adults from our church. The breakfast area is large enough to accommodate our group of 44 and the food is your standard hotel breakfast affair. The kids enjoyed the 2 pools. One indoor and one outdoor. And when we were doing pizza for lunch they gave us permission to use a private banquet room. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice place, great value. Chad at front desk especially helpful in booking show, getting our tickets delivered. Impressed with his professional, but very friendly manner of handling everything. Definitely will stay here again. Great breakfast, very quiet hotel even though sold out for the night. Have stayed at many hotels over the years in Branson and this rates right up at the top.
