"Great location"
February, 2018
The Hilton was situated really well in the Branson Landing with a ton of shopping and food options close by. The rooms were good sized and were nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the parking was disconnected from the hotel and the night we stayed it poured rain, but overall I'd stay there again.

"Not worth the price."
January, 2015
The hotel grounds were really nice and well manicured. the parking garage was a little confusing but it was well lit and clean. My deluxe king room was not so deluxe. the bed was comfortable and the room was overall clean, but the furniture had some stains and the room felt "used". the view from the room was ok. we ordered room service and the food was amazing, however the "hot" breakfast was "warm". the room service attendant was on time and very professional. all of the staff were nice and welcoming, just expected a little more eye contact from the front desk. overall a good experience but not great.

The staff and the room did not meet expectation for the price. A map of the hotel with location of paid parking would have been helpful. We have stayed at 2 other less expensive hotels on our trip and received better service. Disappointed

Had trouble figuring out where to go to check-in to hotel. Called hotel twice before figuring out where to go. Then found out that they charged to park, yet they don't have enough spaces. Will not be staying again.

"The location is great but the amenities and rooms were damaged, dated and old for the price."

The location of this hotel is awesome right on the landing. We stayed at the Hilton convention center last year and absolutely loved the hotel but hated the walk across the the street to the landing. We were very excited to have a fountain view and to be right around our favorite places to shop! The hotel is not much cheaper than the Convention Center and it is nowhere near as nice. The rooms are dated, old and damaged. Parking is horrible and the view was a partial view of the fountain at best. It definitely doesnt hold the elegance standard I have attached to the Hilton hotels in the past. It may have been in its day but it definitely needs to be updated. Several pieces of furniture in the room where damaged, the carpet pulling up in places in the hall and room, the water didnt stay hot for long, it had a weird smell, and the toilet paper roll broken and a broken cabinet. For it laying the the beauty of the landing it almost looks out of place. I hope they do some maintaince in the future we really love the location. The pool was closed which was super disappointing for our kids. The price should just be lower to stay here with a competing Hilton just a few blocks away that is completely top of the line in every aspect. I'm sure we will stay here again and give it another chance just do to the location itself.

Summary- I gave this two stars because the hotel claims to be upscale and is very expensive, but honestly I have stayed at better Hampton/Holiday Inns that are just your basic hotel. Here are some of the issues I had After calling ahead of time and requesting an early check in, we waited for several hours to check in. The site lists 4:00pm as the check in time ( we arrived at 2:30pm), but our room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm. The beds were very strange: no fitted sheet or comforter/duvet cover just a stack of three flat sheets with a cotton duvet insert sitting between two of the sheets. They tried to compensate us by bringing up a blanket with hair all over it (Gross!). The walls are super thin! And that’s saying something because I have stayed in hotels with much lower ratings. In Conclusion, the location is convenient, but you would expect the rooms to be very nice based on the cost of stay ($730 for 3 nights). I would NOT stay here again if I came to Branson. The Hilton convention center had free parking and looked nicer on the outside. I would look into that first if you want something closed to downtown.

Location of hotel is good, especially if you don't want to be in the thick of the main drag of Branson. Heather at the front desk was awesome in handling our room assignment. We were given a corner suite with an attached room for my sister which was perfect. However, our suite had a few problems - biggest being when taking a shower, it didn't drain. By the time I and my husband finished our showers - the water level was almost reading to flow out into the bathroom. Now you know if the drain is that plugged up that housekeeping (and previous occupants not complaining) are doing a great job. There were 2 lightbulbs that were out and then there were the two ceiling lights in the bedroom that we could not find a switch for?? Went to workout and none of the entertainment systems on any of the equipment worked - none. Engineering came in - turned on the TV that was behind the workout equipment and wanted to know if that was OK. Really? Decent hotel but has issues that need to be addressed.
