"Great location"

The Hilton was situated really well in the Branson Landing with a ton of shopping and food options close by. The rooms were good sized and were nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the parking was disconnected from the hotel and the night we stayed it poured rain, but overall I'd stay there again.

"Not worth the price."

The hotel grounds were really nice and well manicured. the parking garage was a little confusing but it was well lit and clean. My deluxe king room was not so deluxe. the bed was comfortable and the room was overall clean, but the furniture had some stains and the room felt "used". the view from the room was ok. we ordered room service and the food was amazing, however the "hot" breakfast was "warm". the room service attendant was on time and very professional. all of the staff were nice and welcoming, just expected a little more eye contact from the front desk. overall a good experience but not great.

While we wanted a fountain facing room, we initially were going to have a normal king sized room. What we got was a fountain view room that was very comfortable. It was exactly what we wanted. The room was clean and well kept. The view of the fountain was perfect. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and attentive, from the valet to the front desk clerks to the maid service. Even though the lobby was going through renovation, they made sure that we were well taken care of. We had stayed there before and had a wonderful time then. We will stay here again!

Had to stay at the hotel due to inclement weather. I work at a local hospital and live out of town. I called the Hilton Convention Center first and when I checked in they said we have to put hospital employees at the Hilton Promenade. I said ok...... 😏 When I went to check in at the Hilton Promenade was only one guy behind the front desk with 2 people in front of me and one behind me trying to check in. He called for backup but no one responded to help. They are remodeling the front lobby so lots of construction going on. We had to park our own cars because front desk guy said the Valet boy didn’t show up for work. “Sorry, you’ll have to park your own car.” Room appears nice, bed is comfy but when I went to take a shower there was NO hot water. I thought ok well.....I got out and thought I’d run the bath....Still no hot water. Then while I was in the bath tub I could see a dirty towel and tissue under the sink. Not a great impression so far. Maybe that’s why the other Hilton Convention Center made employees move to the Promenade. U get a discount due to the weather but geez!

Very nice place to stay! Remolding the lobby now but will be beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Used the digital key on my phone app and was great. The in-house restaurant was very good, we had steak dinners and were excellent. The nice surprise was the shopping right outside the door along the river walk. Bass Pro on one end and Belk on the other, with many shops and restaurants in between. Would definitely go again!

Our experience with the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing was perfect! The location was excellent as our event was right across the street, which was at the Hilton Convention Center. Even though there was construction in the lobby, they had a way of smoothing it over so you didn't really notice. The rooms were perfect and we also had a dinner in the conference room with dinner catered. The service there was also fabulous. Our entire experience was totally awesome! Thanks Hilton for a fantastic facility.

We were in town for a funeral, so I booked this room using Hilton Honor points as I knew we would have other people sharing the room with us, and wanted to save them from the unexpected cost of a hotel room. I never ask for upgrades, but when I found out their were others that needed a room, I called and asked about an upgrade. The lady on the phone was nice, and said that they had already upgraded us to a 2 Queen bed Superior room that would have a balcony. I asked if it would be on a higher floor, since I knew we would want to sleep in. She said that it should be. Upon check-in, we discovered that the entire lobby of the hotel was torn up for a remodel, and very dusty. We were never made aware of this, so I kind of looked silly, because I have stayed here for work and told my family how great of a hotel it was. My wife, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law got to our room on the 2nd floor (not a high floor) and got into the room which seemed nice and fine. However, one of used the restroom and noticed that there was only a tub, and no shower or shower head. This was not going to work for 4 adults needing to get ready. I called the front desk since it was a Sunday, and there was hardly anyone staying in the hotel on a Sunday night, to see about getting a room with a shower. The gentleman proceeded to tell me that there was a walk-in shower in our room, so we checked again to make sure we weren't going crazy and we were right, there was NO shower head. He seemed put off by our request for a room with a shower (We were never told we were getting a room with only a tub). He said he found one that was also on floor 2 that had one. We went down and got new keys and got into the next room. It did have a shower, however we did notice that now we were in a room with full beds as opposed to queen beds, and the room was tiny, much smaller than the first one we were in. We were short on time, so I was not going to call and ask about a different room again. While we were all getting ready, and showering, we smelled smoke, and wondered if it was coming from outside. We opened the doors to our balcony, and stepped outside. We were right above the bar and grill outside smoking area. Only being on the 2nd floor, the smell was very strong and annoying. This was a smell that we had coming into our room the rest of our say since there are giant ash trays on top of trash cans directly outside of our room. I have stayed at this hotel before, mainly for work
