"Close to Polar Express Train Ride"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

If you are doing the Polar Express Train Ride with kids and looking somewhere to stay, this place is literally right next to it. You don't even have to cross a street and can see it out the window. You also don't have to worry about parking or it being crowded when you go to the rail station because you just walk out the hotel and you are there. Room service is very good (pricey to be expected) and valet is free!

"Over priced and not worth it!"

A clean facility but so overpriced it isn't worth it. You can find better deals if you just look. Having the conference center attached is not great accomplishment. You can park at the rear of the facility and actually be closer to the conference center than if you stay in the hotel. Take my word for it and look elsewhere.

Great hotel and convention center. Clean and beautiful rooms in a great location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great facilities for a meeting. We had a 3 day conference there and this is our 2nd year and we have booked it for 2 more years.

"OK hotel with crazy expensive food prices"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

I stayed here for three nights. First, the good news - it was attached to the "convention center" and located right next to the Branson Landing. Which was nice. Large room. Also nice. Now, the not so good. My room was non-smoking but someone had recently been smoking in there. It took a full day before the smoke smell went away. Which was disappointing. The food prices at the restaurant were bordering on outrageous. We were in Branson but paying Manhattan prices (and not Manhattan, Kansas, either.) I guess that's what I get for eating at the hotel. Simply ridiculous prices. Other that that, the hotel was fine. Not great. Not horrible. Fine.
