"Family vacation"
August, 2016
Stayed in one bedroom condo for 6 nights with 2 adults and 2 children. The location was nice and not on the busy strip but close to all attractions. There is no regular housekeeping in the condos and check in is off site. By day three we were in need of toilet paper and towels. After 3 phone calls they did bring two rolls of toilet paper but we washed our own towels and went to Walmart to buy toilet paper for the last two days of stay. I don't mind cleaning myself but there is no vacuum or broom supplied so not a possibility. By the end of our rainy vacation the room needed some upkeep and it was very hard to relax in a mess. Despite repeated calls housekeeping did not come even though I was told they would.
Overall room was acceptable but even minimal service was impossible to get. We will choose a different location for the next trip.

"Awesome!"
July, 2016
The 2 bedroom condo that we rented was gorgeous and well worth the money. We have spent as much money on a dingy motel room in Branson as we did on this condo. It was a great place to relax and enjoy our family.

"Awesome Stay!"
July, 2016
My husband and I took our 7 and 9 year old daughter, and 9 year old niece to Branson for the weekend. The price was great, check-in although located in a different place was simple, the condo was very nice. The room was just like what was advertised, full kitchen, washer and dryer, closed patio, nice pool, perfect location. I will no doubt stay there again, I've told everyone I've talked to since then to check out Greensview!

"Nice stay"
June, 2016
The 1 bedroom condo was very clean and we'll maintained. We have had a very pleasant stay. The only problem was the check in. We were told to go to the unit and check in and the check in was 2 1/2 moles from condos. We had to make 2 calls and directed to the wrong place. When we were sent to the correct place things went well.

"Great week in Greensview"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed September 29, 2018 NEW
We had a great week in Brnason and found the resort comfortable and convenient. We had no problems at check in even though we were about an hour and a half later than we expected to be. The unit was comfortable and clean but the resort itself lacked many of the amenities that we take for granted in top tier resorts; it had no fitness center, no access to grills in the pool area, etc. The furniture in the unit was adequate but, again, there were minor annoyances. The carpet was worn, the bed was a "California King" (they said) which meant it was about 6" shorter than a normal king sized bed and, with my 6.5" frame that meant my feet stuck out of the bed about 8". Not very comfortable. The shower tiles showed signs of the hard water in Branson, and the insulation in the ceiling left something to be desired -- we could hear every footstep from the unit above us. Enough of the negative. The resort is very convenient to the Strip and we found it easy to get to anything we were doing in Branson and the Branson area because it was right on the yellow line. The staff we had contact with were all courteous and professional in their dealings with us. We had a great week in Branson and are making plans to comee back for a longer visit next year and will definitely consider coming back to Greensview.

I made a reservation yesterday and had not received a confirmation. I called today to check on it and have called 3 different phone numbers from their website. One I was hung up on after waiting on hold 3 different times, One they answered and I was told it could take up to 3 days to receive a confirmation. I asked if he could look it up by my phone number he said, "give me a sec" and put me on hold. I hung up after 3 minutes of total silence. Called back and got a hold of someone right away this time. I explained my dilemma she said she could not find a reservation for me and to please hold she would transfer me to someone that could definitely help. Before I knew it, was transferred again to the service department. Person asked how she could help me. I told her I guess she was my last resort and that no one had been able to locate my reservations but she was supposed to be able to help me for sure. She put me on hold and the next thing I knew, I got the recording to please choose an option to best assist me. I called the Corporate Office 352-432-2323, explained my issue to the person that answered the phone. She said please hold and transferred me without any explanation. The person at whatever extension she sent me to was unavailable and I had the option to leave a message. If I ever get my confirmation e-mail or someone that actually knows what is going on to answer my call, I will be canceling this reservation. I don't care if they offer me free nights, I will never stay at a place that is this unprofessional. Any other hotel in Branson no matter how small or large would be able to confirm a reservation immediately and not make you jump through hoops. What an unorganized poor excuse for a business. Please do not support this property.

"Dad's birthday gift trip"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed September 21, 2018 NEW
Every year I send my Dad on a vacation for his birthday, this is the first year he has complained about the quality of the resort. The room was cold and he could not control the temperature because the thermostat in his room did not work. The thermostat that controlled the temperature in his room was in the room next door. He had to close registers in his room to not freeze which meant the room was stuffy. The TV was mounted very high towards ceiling making watching it difficult it was an older model, small in size. The shower was terrible and lacked in water pressure. Refrigerator was small and did not even allow for a 1/2 gallon of milk to be placed in it. There is no ice machine in facility and the refrigerator did not have ice trays making it difficult to enjoy a cold beverage. As far as staff go they were helpful when things came up. Overall would not recommend the resort.

"Don't use RCI to book this resort"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed September 21, 2018 NEW
The resort and location were fine. However, we use RCI to book the reservation and paid $129. fee. When we arrived at the resort and checked in we were charged an additional $67.00 for a "short reservation fee." We were told this was an RCI charge and they couldn't do anything about it. NOTHING ON RCI WEBSITE MENTIONED THIS OR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES.

This was a very unorganized condo situation. The check-in did not go well and the ability to talk with staff was very poor. Also, there were no amenities and there was very little association with anyone at the front desk when someone was actually available. The saving grace was that it was in a very good location.
