"Wonderful experience"

The Grand Plaza Hotel was exactly what it said. The room was comfortable and clean. The in room jacuzzi was just what we needed after a long drive. When I did have a small problem, the front desk staff took care of the problem quickly. It was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was a great way to start the day and the pub was a great way to end it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

We will not choose this hotel again because it is on the side of a mountain and walking to nd from the car is very difficult. Also the room smelled musty, not vent in the bathroom and the soap and shampoo was difficult to use. Also, two small elevators for that huge hotel, waited a lot.

Terrible stay, don't waste your time with big fancy hotels. Had this place reserved for 5 of my 6 nights in Branson. Room service never came my first full day, came the second day but didn't leave any toilet paper. Shower curtain was way too tall for the shower, layed about 5 inches into the bathtub creating a slip hazard. Biggest problem was everything in the room was damp, nothing would dry. So much moisture in the air with no air movement. 4 of us showering with no exhaust fan then coming back to the room wet from swimming and wet from doing things on the strip could not get anything dry. Had a beach towel hanging up for 72 hours and still wasn't dry entire room was musty every piece of paper in the room was full of moisture. Checked out 2 days early and went back to the $57/night motel I stayed in my first night here.

We stayed in a small suite because my husband loves to sleep in and I am the opposite. I could get up and do everything without waking him up. We like having a small sitting area instead of constantly having to sit on the bed all the time. Breakfast was good, nothing special or extra like bacon, but it was fine. Everything was clean and nice. We didn't have a shower curtain, but one was brought up and installed within 5 minutes. We will definitely return.

If I could rate this hotel in the negatives, I would. My family and I have stayed here on multiple occasions throughout the years with no problem, but this year was a different story. I rented two rooms (we had a group of 7) including my 13 year-old son. He accidentally forgot to pack a pair of $200 Jordan shoes. I called back the same day we checked out and left a message for housekeeping about the shoes. My call wasn't returned. I called again and spoke to a woman working in housekeeping (who told me another family called the same day looking for missing brand name shoes,) she took my information again and said she would follow follow up came. I called and asked for the general took 4 attempts and 2 weeks for him to speak to me. I left messages with no response. Finally after speaking to Kirk, he investigated with no luck. I asked him what he thought about the issue..."If I don't have the shoes and I know where and when they were left, and your staff says they don't have them...did they just disappear?" His response was..."If that is how you want to think about it." Are you kidding me? I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. If you value your belongings don't stay here either.

The Grand Plaza Hotel was a comfortable nice hotel just like any other Hotel you have the normal two beds TV dresser table has a small miniature refrigerator no microwave bathroom is decent it's clean there's not much really to rated in terms of being different than the other Hotel. If you have an issue today respond to your issue we had no shower curtain in our room they probably brought one up we needed a handicap seat they brought one up though they said they're going to install handicap pool bars but they did not do that location is not bad overall it's a good hotel worth the value worth the money and it's clean

We picked this hotel as it was .2 mile from andy Williams moon theater as we were going to a show there. It is very close except it is on the wrong side of the street- you have to cross busy highway 76. Radison is on the right side of the street. The hotel was clean and cheap- $80. If you are staying here, bring your own bar of soap and shampoo if you plan on taking a bath. There is a nice bath tub, but the soap, shampoo dispenser is on the wall close to the top of the tile surround. So- you will be hopping up and down to get soap and shampoo. I had forgotten my soap so I asked for it at the front desk- he did, begrudgingly, give me a bar, but he kept trying to explain to me how the soap dispensers worked. If he hadn’t given me a bar, I could have used one of the paper coffee cups and put the soap from the dispenser in that. Breakfast was fine
