"Horrible"
July, 2018
Terrible stay, don't waste your time with big fancy hotels. Had this place reserved for 5 of my 6 nights in Branson. Room service never came my first full day, came the second day but didn't leave any toilet paper. Shower curtain was way too tall for the shower, layed about 5 inches into the bathtub creating a slip hazard. Biggest problem was everything in the room was damp, nothing would dry. So much moisture in the air with no air movement. 4 of us showering with no exhaust fan then coming back to the room wet from swimming and wet from doing things on the strip could not get anything dry. Had a beach towel hanging up for 72 hours and still wasn't dry entire room was musty every piece of paper in the room was full of moisture. Checked out 2 days early and went back to the $57/night motel I stayed in my first night here.

"Disappointed"
January, 2017
I will never stay here again! The beds are very uncomfortable & you can hear the guest in the room talking in a normal tone. I don't like to hear the strangers next door use the bathroom! The wifi was not good & kept kicking us off. The breakfast was super crowded we had to wait for a place to sit & it was not very good. The 2nd day we ate elsewhere.
The room was fairly clean & the staff were friendly. But it doesn't make up for how uncomfortable we were!

Tip: The beds are horribly uncomfortable (hard & lumpy) and the walls are paper thin! Poor wifi & breakfast was not tasty!

Although an older buidling, the staff does a great job in maintenance and cleanliness. Staff workers at all levels are very friendly and helpful. Always a nice, clean and reasonably priced place to stay in the Branson area. With all this said, one bit of advise for the gentleman working the desk when we checked out at 6:45am. We packed our car earlier and I wanted to park as close to the front door at the lower level as I could. We then went to breakfast before checking out and hitting the road. THe gentleman working the desk approached me as I was in line in the buffet, 9th floor, and ask about where I parked my car. I was parked on the ramp leading up to the door...next to another car already there and about 15 to 20 feet from his pick-up that was parked on the same ramp under the overhang. He advised me that I was illeagally parked and if he hit me on his way out, it would be my fault and I would be responsible for the damage to both vehicles. Really? Even though he had plenty of room to pull out and could have also backed out if necessary and of course there's the fact he was parked in the same manner (illeagally?), I went to move my car to a more ditant location. Being from out of state and on my way back home...the last thing I needed was to potentially be clipped by his car and have to figure out Missouri law on parked vehicles on private property with no...no parking signs. Maybe the gentleman had a bad night/shift. Either way...this could have been handled a bit better.

Our hotel room was clean and kept up daily. We could have used more outlets but since I travel with a C-pap, cell phone and IPAD I’ve learned to take a three outlet plug in with me. This time I took two and used both. Our refrigerator was cold and we used it for a few items. We attended a Army reunion so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room exce to sleep. Branson has to much going on to stay in your room. We would definitely stay here again.

"Decent Experience "

Nice, clean hotel. Very plain but wasn’t looking for anything fancy as we didn’t plan on spending much time at the hotel. The elevators were a joke. It was easier to take the stairs (but having 3 children made that difficult too) There were several people who stated that they waited 10+ minutes to get an elevator. Breakfast was really good but needed more seating. Overall I would say it was an decent experience.

"We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5
Reviewed August 12, 2018 NEW
All it had was 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Really- you walked through the first bedroom to get to the second bedroom. This was through a timeshare.. We feel ripped off. It cost more than listed cash prices. Breakfast was fine. Once rooms were decided on everyone stayed put in order not to disturb the front bedroom person. Definitely not comfortable and this wasn't how it looked online, Would NOT stay here again.

"Not worth it."

The rooms are so outdated! The only plug for my husbands CPAP machine barely made it to the bed. I couldn’t use mine because there weren’t any other plugs. Our family had to take turns charging our phones. The room itself was not very clean. We found hair all over the place. The TV was so tiny and the volume is fixed so you can barely hear it. There isn’t a microwave and the fridge wasn’t very cold. The breakfast was good but so chaotic! The room they have the food in is so tiny. I got a cup of coffee and it was burning my hand. I kept having to dodge people to get to my table. This huge hotel put the food in a tiny room The only good thing was how close it was to the outlet stores.
