"Worst night in motel we ever spent!"
May, 2016
We were put on first floor by the elevator. The elevator went up and down all night long. We stuffed kleenex in our ears and put head between pillows and still could not get to sleep for the noise. Front desk would not move us to another room although they had rooms available. We did not get one wink of sleep! It was the worst night in a motel that we have ever had! Will never stay here again - there are too many nicer and less expensive motels in Branson.

"Just ok"
October, 2015
Clean room, but the bathroom was very, very small. We booked a room in building 2, but they gave us a room in building 1 saying that building 2 was closed. Somebody could have notified us? We wanted access to the outdoor pool and it was almost a short drive from building 1. WIFI was non existent in the room. Won't stay here again.

"Off strip! Not too far!"
July, 2015
Room and bed was wonderful but had to walk up steep hill to the other disconnected part of hotel to get to swimming pool. Other than that lived! Had plenty at breakfast! Very good for family!
Tip: Ask to stay at the upper rooms; one connected to swimming pool!

"Worst hotel experience ever"

We got back to our room, and upon turning down our beds found LOTS of hair in our bed. Dark hair, light hair, long hair, shirt hair- made me wonder how many guests had slept on them before us?!? Had to move to another room with my 2 young daughters at MIDNIGHT. Then was told by a rude manager that their policy isn't to offer a refund or a discount. My "compensation" was that we were moved to a clean room. I SHOULD HAVE HAD A CLEAN ROOM TO BEGIN WITH! CLEAN ROOMS AND BEDS ARE EXPECTED!! Never an apology from the manager, simply said "I understand but this is our policy." So their policy is to have zero integrity and don't care that their guests sleep in dirty beds and they evidently hire terrible housekeepers. I get that likely every hotel has this happen occasionally but to tell me my compensation is that they moved us to a clean room is unacceptable. To pack up our things with my two young girls at MIDNIGHT because our sheets were disgusting is ridiculous. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I trusted the good reviews and got burned. There are TONS of other options in Branson. I suggest going with ANYWHERE else.

"Get the Timeshare Deal on This Hotel"

Conveniently located, right behind the McDonald's next to Branson Mall, it's clean and quiet hotel that's been recently renovated. The staff is friendly and helpful, check-in was quick and easy. The breakfast is sub-par, even for continental breakfast fare. This needs a serious upgrade. They only edible items are toast, cinnamon rolls, and cereal. The hot food is unappealing and doesn't taste good. We got our hotel as part of a Grand Incentives deal, so it was already paid for in the package, but they charged a $50 fee at check-in, in case of damages. The charge was reversed at check-out. This is a silly because the type of people who stay here don't damage hotel rooms. Ridiculous and laughable. The indoor pool is nice and there are two hot tubs. One was broken during my visit, so three of us used the one hot tub and we were crowded. There are also nice laundry facilities and a work-out room on site. I didn't use either.

"Very Nice Family Hotel"

Just off the strip this hotel was not only well-located, but also family-friendly. The indoor pool area was very nice and the breakfast was just right. The value to price ratio was also good. We stayed with the grand-kids and had a wonderful time at Silver Dollar City and the Branson Belle, both nearby, and collapsed into comfortable beds to rest up for the next day. We'd recommend this hotel (and we've stayed in probably 12 or so hotels in Branson over the years). This is for sure one of the better ones, and the price was right.

"Nice renovation"

Stayed 3 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The place looks newly renovated. We stayed through a timeshare promotion so I'm not sure of the rates but we were satisfied. The beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. The entire place was clean. Free breakfast was adaquate, but go early because it does get busy and you might have to wait for food. The employees were all very nice. We were on the 1st floor which we liked because parking was close and that is pool level if you want to use the hot tub or pool. The only thing I'd change would be the lighting in the rooms. There is no overhead lighting, just two lamps, and it is darken then I'd like. But we had a flashlight which I thought was weird to bring but we actually used it. If you are taller than 6' 4 or 5", your head might hit the inside of the shower enclosure. We would stay there again.

My wife and I stayed at this property twice in the last three months. Shellie at the front desk added greatly to our visit with her professionalism, friendly service and dining suggestions. The property is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is great to access theaters, shopping and restaurants. We brought friends with us and they shared our enthusiasm. Will definitely return and highly recommend!
