"It's the best place we have ever stayed in Branson!!!"
July, 2017
This place is VERY family friendly! We stayed around the backside of building #2 and we felt very safe. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. We never had to leave the place! They have everything, we did not want to leave! Our room was so nice and very clean ( smelled great too!). Loved having a microwave and little fridge as well as a full size ironing board and iron! It felt like home away from home! We will be staying here every time we visit Branson! The staff at all the venues were very friendly and helpful!

Tip: Expect a long line at the 3:00p.m. check in time. But the service was pretty fast, we only stood in line for about 10 minutes. When we walked in and saw the long line, I thought it was going to take alot longer ! I was very impressed.

"Had a blast!!"
July, 2016
We absolutely LOVED our trip to Grand Country Inn. Over the course of our 5 day stay we only left the resort once! There was so much to do and experience right on the grounds. We have children 9,8 & 4 years old and the water parks were great for all of them. We felt the kids were well entertained and in a safe environment. The restaurant/concessions were reasonably priced so that also kept us from needing to venture out.

Tip: Check into the all inclusive options and maybe bring your own shampoo. The free shampoo provided isn't the greatest.

The whole family had a great time staying at the Grand Country Inn. The water park was great for the kids, especially when it is 100 outside. Would stay at the Inn again with no hesitation.

"Nice place for kids"
June, 2016
This is a great place to take children for a vacation. The rooms were clean, the waterpark was nice and the arcade was a blast. My only complaint would be to add more chairs to the balconies. There isn't anywhere to sit outside and enjoy the evening.

Sorry to say we did not enjoy the hotel. The fun spot is okay. The buffet was expensive and not worth the money, the food was overcooked the baked fish and chicken were greasy. The vegis tasted water logged and over cooked. We got there early so we had fresh food we were so wrong. The waiter we had was amazing. Will not stay again so many better hotels on the strip.

I was really excited to stay here. I surprised my husband and kids with a weekend getaway. Truthfully, I got a heck of a deal on Groupon and the water park looked super cool. The water park is realllllly neat! It has a kiddie pool area, lazy river, hot tubs and a mega size jungle gym, water slides and play area for the bigger kids. We went the last weekend of October, it was cool but the water park was actually heated inside and the lazy river was warm. That was the best part! The catch is they have a couple different strips of rooms, so depending on which room you got depends on how far of a walk to the water park you have. We lucked out and got a room in the main entrance section. The room was small, basic. The king bed slept good. It had a super cute bunk bed area for the kiddos with their own tv. They lived it. There was a mini fridge but it didn’t cool and was leaking. I would of rated it higher BUT it does need to updating. The ceiling had leaks, there were stains, and the leaky/stinky/not working fridge. Also, apparently there was no “bedtime” kids ran up and down the bunk beds all around and us and jumped from top bunk down on the floor. Which was our ceiling in our room. This would start around 10 pm and go till 2-3 and then, it would start back up at 615 sharp. I did call the desk and ask if they had any complaints and told them about the constant noise, jumping and running. Nothing was done, it continued. So sleepless weekend for us parents. We ate pizza at the pizza place in the resort. We had a coupon for a free pizza which was nice. The pizza I would compare to Little Caesar’s. But, hey! Free is free. I MOST definitely would never pay for that pizza though. The ranch at the pizza place is awful too. However, if you have time go eat at the country buffet! There’s ton to choose from and it’s served hot and fresh.

We stayed here with their very affordable 2 night Holiday package which includes the indoor waterpark, 2 Lg Pizzas, $10 at the arcade, 1 Round mini golf and 1x on Go Karts all for less than $300! Great deal. Review for all: - Pool - I was concerned that it was about 8 degrees outside and we have been to other indoor waterparks where it was too cold to even swim. This pool area was nice and warm. Warm enough for the kids to not freeze while playing and I didn't die of heat watching. I'd say the max age for maximum fun would be 10 in the pool as the slides are geared for 4-10 years old. - Rooms - new paint and carpet but overall not updated as they advertise. The website doesn't explain that this resort is old school...rooms are exterior access only and spread out. The walls are PAPER thin!! We had to listen to Jerry Springer and the devil children next door til 1am each night (thank you to the terrible parents who don't put their toddlers to bed at a decent hour!) Lady who ONLY talks on loud speaker phone on the other side and the herd of elephants upstairs. - Pizza - Amazing and Fast - Buffet - EXPENSIVE and not great. Better off eating at other local restaurants. - Arcade - needs more games. Most are too expensive per play so your kid always ends up disappointed unless they clean me out Other - Laser Tag, golf, karts and bumper cars - Average - $8 ea Laser Tag - $5 ea for bumper cars Overall is was fun for the value but seriously needs to offer cocktails for parents after all those activities! I likely won't stay there again because I virtually got no sleep

We stayed at this resort with 3 other families from Friday December 29 through the New Year January 1, 2018. We had shows and other items lined up so we were out of the room daily by 9am. Saturday we called down to the main office prior to leaving for clean up. Came back, someone clearly took out the trash, but that was it. Sunday, we again called down and even saw a housekeeper outside of our room prior to leaving, came back nothing. We even saw a 2nd person around 2:30pm and explained no one had been in our room to clean since our arrival Friday, again around 9pm Sunday we realized the trash was taken out, other than that nothing. Then we called down to the front desk, to be told they would call a manager, minutes later they called back saying they would send someone. They sent someone alright, a gentleman with a bag of towels. Seriously!!!!!! Happy New Year to our family. Thanks but no thanks, will NOT be returning. What is sad is that the water park was pretty neat, but our family will not be spending another dime at this resort.
