Our room was super clean! We were able to grab towels each day with no problem from the cleaning ladies since we didn't want our room cleaned each day. Only downside is our room was in the building furthest away from the waterpark. We were in the building behind the Funspot so it was a long walk to the waterpark. The waterpark was super crowded since they allow people who aren't staying in a room to buy day passes to go to the waterpark. There's only 2 water slides and they are both enclosed tunnel water slides (my 7yr old daughter was too scared to do these.) It just really wasn't worth the price you pay to stay here.

"It's the best place we have ever stayed in Branson!!!"
July, 2017
This place is VERY family friendly! We stayed around the backside of building #2 and we felt very safe. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. We never had to leave the place! They have everything, we did not want to leave! Our room was so nice and very clean ( smelled great too!). Loved having a microwave and little fridge as well as a full size ironing board and iron! It felt like home away from home! We will be staying here every time we visit Branson! The staff at all the venues were very friendly and helpful!

Tip: Expect a long line at the 3:00p.m. check in time. But the service was pretty fast, we only stood in line for about 10 minutes. When we walked in and saw the long line, I thought it was going to take alot longer ! I was very impressed.

"Had a blast!!"
July, 2016
We absolutely LOVED our trip to Grand Country Inn. Over the course of our 5 day stay we only left the resort once! There was so much to do and experience right on the grounds. We have children 9,8 & 4 years old and the water parks were great for all of them. We felt the kids were well entertained and in a safe environment. The restaurant/concessions were reasonably priced so that also kept us from needing to venture out.

Tip: Check into the all inclusive options and maybe bring your own shampoo. The free shampoo provided isn't the greatest.

"Nice clean rooms."

The whole family had a great time staying at the Grand Country Inn. The water park was great for the kids, especially when it is 100 outside. Would stay at the Inn again with no hesitation.

"Nice place for kids"
June, 2016
This is a great place to take children for a vacation. The rooms were clean, the waterpark was nice and the arcade was a blast. My only complaint would be to add more chairs to the balconies. There isn't anywhere to sit outside and enjoy the evening.

I purchased a GroupOn and it was well worth it. I expected a bit more in regards to the indoor water park, but it was just right from my 8 and 4 year old. I also expected the hotel to be more of a resort but it looked more like a motel setup. I also upgraded to the bed bunks and my girls had a blast. I recorded their reactions as they walked in and must I say it was priceless. Hotel was on the strip and nearby many restaurants and attraction. The groupOn offered 2 nights with a show, popcorn, sodas and pizza for a good price. I would stay here again if I visit Branson in the future.

Wish I could give it less than 1 star. Waited 4 hours for two rooms, paying 150.00 dollars a room. Tried calling to tell them we were sick of waiting (since there were 50 people in lobby in line) and they kept pucking up phone and hanging up. Waited in line again (now over 2 1/2 hours in line) to be told NO REFUNDS. Staff was very RUDE. We ledt and stayed at Castle Rock Resort which was nicer, less expensive and had a waterpark. Worst hotel experience ever and I have been all over the world!!!! Don’t waste your money or time

My family and I just stayed here this Memorial Day weekend. It was a great place to stay. Clean rooms, great beds and lots to do! When we weren't out on the strip doing, we had plenty to do at the resort. I went with my son and his family. I never went to the pool area due to coming down with a cold. But the kids said it just wasn't all that. More for little kids. But they did have a couple of pools and one was right next to our building. That was the only complaint I heard the entire weekend! All in all I would recommend the place, especially if you have children under 10.

We had a great time at Grand Country. Unfortunately, it was still considered ‘off season’ so the hours in the water park and fun spot, so we didn’t get to swim but one time. It is an awesome place for families though!!
