"Had a blast!!"
July, 2016
We absolutely LOVED our trip to Grand Country Inn. Over the course of our 5 day stay we only left the resort once! There was so much to do and experience right on the grounds. We have children 9,8 & 4 years old and the water parks were great for all of them. We felt the kids were well entertained and in a safe environment. The restaurant/concessions were reasonably priced so that also kept us from needing to venture out.
Tip: Check into the all inclusive options and maybe bring your own shampoo. The free shampoo provided isn't the greatest.

"Nice clean rooms."
July, 2016
The whole family had a great time staying at the Grand Country Inn. The water park was great for the kids, especially when it is 100 outside. Would stay at the Inn again with no hesitation.
Tip: Water park is on west side of facilities for those disabled and with small children.

"Nice place for kids"
June, 2016
This is a great place to take children for a vacation. The rooms were clean, the waterpark was nice and the arcade was a blast. My only complaint would be to add more chairs to the balconies. There isn't anywhere to sit outside and enjoy the evening.

"Never stay here again"
October, 2015
Our family stayed here for one night and we will not do it again. We checked in with the front desk around noon. Our room wasn't ready so we went to the water park. We kept checking in with them for hours and finally after 5 pm I went to the manager to talk. I had to explain that my kids were tired and we had no room to stay in after paying them in advance. I wasn't happy and I made it known to him. After another hour we finally got put in a room directly across from the elivator. Our refrigerator didn't work so they had to send a maintance man to fix it. Again we left our room to allow him to fix it. After finally getting in our room I went to the coke machine and had it take my money without getting my drink. This was just a bad experience for our family and we won't go back.
Tip: Wouldn't recomend it.

"Resort is apparently a VERY broad term."

As an adult I give this place a 1, but my kids would give it a 5. They had a blast at the indoor water park and loved the bunk room just for them. I, however, was very much less than impressed. It's a motel, not a resort, the rooms need a lot of TLC, really everything needs some TLC.They even had a guy blow his nose in his hands in the pool and rinse them off in it. WTF!?They need to have some faster way to walk from the water park to your car while you're wet with children. It's a long trek and it's not covered or enclosed and you can't leave with the towels. We had an issue with the people above us keeping us up for two nights and when I called the front office I was told that they didn't really have any enforced quiet time. So apparently the loud drunk people are allowed to keep the quiet families up until well after midnight. That doesn't make much sense to me. Overall, as a kid you'll love it and as an adult you'll be cringing over how dirty things are and wishing you'd brought bleach wipes. I do feel I should say that the staff who helped while checking in couldn't have been more helpful, very sweet girl.

The Grand Country Resort is a great place to stay in Branson! The location is great, the staff is great, the rooms are great, and the price is great. The theater is a great place to watch a wonderful show, and the fudge shop is good, too. We loved our two night stay in Branson thanks to Grand Country Resort.

We had a great time this last weekend. Got an awesome deal for two nights on Groupon which included two nights, one show, popcorn and drinks, and a large pizza all for 159. Only had to pay like 22 dollars in taxes. We upgraded our seats to the front row at the amazing pets show for 11 dollars and my son absolutely loved it. The waterpark was awesome and clean. The staff was some of the nicest we have ever met. We will definitely be back.

We took our 5 year old granddaughter to the Glo Mini Golf at Grand Country Resort. We were not informed that we could have done the Forest Themed Mini Golf for an extra $5. We would have loved to have done both. Otherwise it was a fun time for a chilly afternoon. We did not stay at the hotel so cannot offer information on it. For a fun few hours, the mini golf is a fun option.

"Spring Break Special"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed February 07, 2017 NEW
We stayed here over Spring Break. Only the indoor water park was open, but that was fine. My kids (9 and 12) LOVED it. They had more fun in the arcade/game area than anywhere else, but the water park was nice, too. The only problems we had were that 1) check-in time is 3:00, and our room wasn't ready until 6:30 when I started to get ill and they finally decided to get a room for us (I am diabetic, I needed to get settled in our room to get my medicine taken care of) and 2) the parking was nearly non-existent. The pizza place was good, the ice cream was great, the buffet was nice, and the shows were entertaining. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the ridiculous wait to check in, and the parking lot.
