Upon checking in, the room seemed neat and orderly. and the accommodations were fine, but on the 3rd. morning, we noticed that the carpet was extremely dirty, as our clean white socks had turned black, and our young children's feet were black, when they stepped into the shower. The room A/C stayed cool, but was very damp. The office staff and the woman in the breakfast area were all very kind. I alerted the front desk that the carpet needed a good cleaning upon checking out.

We traveled with a family that had a separate room and they put us in rooms that were next door to eachother. Our AC wasn't working very good so they moved both rooms to suit us better. Nice friendly accommodations.

Stayed at the Gazebo Inn purely as a choice of many to choose from. Glad we did! The room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The water pressure in the shower was the best we've ever experienced. The breakfast was normal and nothing special but enough to get you started for the day. Too small of a swimming pool but then again, didn't get a chance to use it! Parking was very adequate. The location was convenient since it was right in the middle of the main drag!

ok it's not a hilton or marriott but neither is the price,it is well kept plenty of room comfy bed, good breakfast walking easy to many attractions liked it so much we stayed 2 extra days, staff is very friendly i will go back. i think some people want 5 star accommodations at 2 star prices, i had no complaint neither did my wife i would definitely recommend staying here

We didn't plan on staying in Branson, because it was the day before Christmas eve, and we wanted to be back in town for church service. But tired kids.. and mom, and possibility of bad weather convinced us to find somewhere to stay. It was probably 11 am when we checked in. The clerk was very helpful, quickly got us checked in, and found us more blankets! The room was very clean, and warm! Another one of those rooms where the kids had on white socks, and they stayed clean!! The next morning, we had a nice, warm breakfast. The waffles were a hit!! The lady that was in the breakfast area was very helpful and friendly with us and our kids!

when we booked our hotel stay everything was great. We received a call from Tiffany asking if we wanted to stay in the family suite. It was cheaper so I thought that was great. When arriving at hotel to check in the staff appeared to not know what they were doing. When changing our rooms around they added an extra day that they charged me for. I called and spoke to Tiffany and she assured me that it would be corrected. Well, I got charged again for my stay. So I called and spoke to Stanley and he assured me it would be corrected and was apologetic. assured me it would be fixed. Well here we are a week later and not fixed. called back today and when I asked for Stanley was told he does not work there anymore. The new manager is Liz and I have to call her after 3pm. Apparently nobody knows how to refund money that they overcharged. At first I was thrilled with my stay. However will never stay there again because apparently they dont know what they are doing. The office manager needs professionalism classes, people skills and telephone etiquette. She is very rude and unsympathetic. Never again do I want to deal with these people. and If I dont get my money back I will be going to BBB..
