"Theft of Phone Charger by Housekeeping"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5

The hotel was very dirty to begin with. I stayed one night before moving on and when I checked out I realized I left my 24watt Apple charget plugged in by the bed so I asked if I could go back and get it. When I got back to the room the housekeeper had already (in 5 minutes) cleaned the room completly and the phone charger was gone. I asked the housekeeper if he had gotten the charger and he said no even though I knew he had taken it since he was just in the room. Management told me it was my loss and offered no help at all. Very poor place, beware if you choose to stay here.

"Not Bad at All!"

What a hidden gem! It is a no frills hotel, but clean, comfortable, pet friendly quiet. We had a king room across from pool which was closed for the season. The room was quite nice, clean and bed was very comfortable. There was no coffee maker in room but i had my mini travel keriug. Breakfast was average. Biscuits and gravy, cold cereal, juice, toast and instant oatmeal and frozen waffles to put in toaster. Check in was easy. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Good location, too. Overall not a bad place. Would definitely stay again.

Booked on Travelocity. Mother is chronically disabled. Wife recovering from hip surgery. Requested lower floor rooms. Desk clerk said she had worked hard to get our three rooms together ROOMS WERE ON 2ND FLOOR! I was told all rooms were booked but the place had vacancies everywhere on the ground floor! Negatives: 1. Rooms didn't have cups in ice buckets. 2. No telephones in room. 3. No outside lighting until 2 hours after dark 4 Toilets and baths were stained. 5. Burning smell from heaters due to dust on elements. 6. 13" T.V. s didn't work. 7. Advertised Wi-Fi not available. 8. No easy available place to plug in Chargers. 9. Lobby is a 10 minute walk from bottom of a 1/6 grade hill 10. You only get one key. If you lock Yourself out remember #9 above. Positives: 1. Maintenance man came quickly to fix TV issues.

"Awful rooms"

Our room had 2 pillows that literally had mold on them. Room was very dirty, empty cans of cat food under the beds. The breakfast was not good and honestly would have been afraid to eat after the room being so dirty. Price was good, but I would not recommend to anyone.

"Good room at a good price"

We stayed here for my sister in law's wedding and thought the hotel was nice for the money. The room was very clean and quiet. I was a little scared about staying here after some of the reviews I read but we were pleasantly surprised. It is an old hotel and could use some updates. There wasn't a coffee pot in the room like it was advertised and there was no phone in the room, but other than that it was pretty good. I thought the bed was comfortable and slept very well. It was a good stay!
