"Weekend getaway"

We read preliminary reviews of this establishment before purchasing a room. The published reviews must have been hand picked as they did not even come close to the dirty, musty, dated rooms we were given. We were stuck for four nights as there were no rooms available because there was a car show that week end. In hind sight sleeping on park bench would be cleaner. It would make a great kennel

We stayed here last year and again this year. It has gone downhill on all aspects. Our room was dirty in lots of places including bottle caps and wrappers under the edge of the bed. We could hear loud music through the walls from another room all day and finally called to complain at 1 am when we couldn't sleep. It took 3 calls to get someone to answer and do something about it. It turned out the guys in housekeeping left their radio blaring when they left for the day. The only thing we enjoyed was the pool. Very disappointed in our stay this year.

"NIGHTMARE.....STAY AWAY. STAY CLEAR"

I CAN BE A LITTLE BIT OF A PRINCESS BUT TO SAY THIS PLACE WAS A PIGSTY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. When we checked in we immediately were not impressed with Danielle and her lack of customer service. But then we proceeded to go to the roo. To notice it was un-kept and dirty. I tried to give the establishment the benefit of the doubt and let them know about the condition and try to give them a chance to rectify. We went to dinner when we returned the room was still dirty my husband went in to talk to them again they were baffled on why we were complaining. 2nd chance to make it up nothing was done. The toilet clogged up with in hours of being there they said would send someone after 6 hrs nothing was done. The place had dead bugs dirty carpets old fixtures and stained bath tub. To say that this place is a hotel and name itself FOUR SEASONS is a huge joke. STAY AWAY.. STAY AWAY, DID I MENTION STAY AWAY

We just checked in and are extremely disappointed. The front desk isn't very helpful either. The rooms are dirty, unkept, smell muggy and the A/C won't cool an Ice cube. The pictures on their website are deceiving as well. We expected something far different. Go somewhere else, please!!!! If I could give it zero starts I would.

This was the WORST night of me and my fiance's traveling life. We looked for hours for a last minute room and came across Four Seasons Inn. The photos online didn't look so bad but they did not look anything like the room we got. Upon arriving, we were greeted by an OVERWHELMING smell of musk & mold as soon as we walked in. It was so bad that it was actually hard to breathe in the room. When we pulled the comforter off to check the bed out we were disgusted to find our sheets were DIRTY! Make up smears, stains, Lord know what on the comforter, and you could tell someone had been laying in the bed. So they literally just threw the comforter back over the sheets. There was mold growing on the refrigerator, some funk growing on all the lamps, brown stains on the wall by the toilet paper, I refused to shower in the tub until I went to Walmart to buy some .98 cent flip flops as it was BROWN! I honestly had a small melt down in the room around 1-2 am as I could NOT make myself sleep there. When we called management at 2 am, the response was "Other than giving you new sheets there's nothing I can do for you." No refund, no apologies, no anything. And then gave us sheets that didn't even fit on the bed. I finally calmed down and said "It's only one night." Laid down....and a bug crawled across me. We will NEVER be back. I'm not one to write bad reviews but this place has to be under some kind of health code violation and can't be good for children to breathe in. I recommend you either spend the extra money on somewhere else or save yourself about $40 and stay at the Super 7. It honestly can't be much worse. Oh, and they're free wifi doesn't work either.
