"Branson vacation"
July, 2017
Our stay at Fall Creek Inn and Suites started off rough, we were first put on the 3rd floor with only stairs that my 79yr old mom can't climb. I explained that the website I used to reserve didn't specify what floor or give option for a handicap room. I had to pay an extra $30 for a room on 2nd floor and it wasn't even cleaned yet. So we were given another room. Reserve Branson didn't specify that you only get a frig, blow dryer if you have a suite. So no way to keep anything cold. I had to call the office and ask to borrow a blow dryer. Beds are not comfortable and housekeeping only made the beds, didn't change the sheets while we were there and gave clean towels. Nothing else. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

"Best Hotel We have stayed in!"
July, 2016
The view of the creek and picnic area from our room was amazing! The creek was clean and clear and the kids really loved it. The rooms were clean and cozy and the staff was very helpful and even had a play pen in the room for our new baby to sleep in at no extra cost! Greatest hotel experience thus far!

Last minute booking but glad we found it, I was a little leary about it from the reviews but thought we would give it a chance and glad we did. The guy at the front counter that night was super friendly we talked with him for a few minutes after we payed and then went to our room. Not a bad room kinda small but that was not really a problem, didn't like that there was no microwave as my kids were tired and just wanted something fast to eat but we managed. The beds were comfy and if you can I recommend one of the rooms in the back it was really peaceful.

Stayed overnight on the way to Arkansas. The desk clerk was less than welcoming and had no personality. Didn't realize there was no elevator and with back problems did not enjoy carrying the suit case up a dirty, cobb web staircase. The room was a king bed suite so was quite large. The furniture was up-to-date, but the carpet had stains, which always turns you off. The bathroom door could not be opened completely because it hit the stool. Nice location next to two restaurants. Lots of road noise if you are staying in a front room. Did not eat breakfast as we were wanting to get on the road early. All in all for the price it was a good value.

We received a three day stay in Branson for buying new furniture at a local store. The hotel had recently suffered damage from flooding in the Spring and was still under repair on the first floor. We were assigned a hotel room with a queen size bed. The room was fine for an overnight stay. If we were staying longer then a couple nights I would have upgraded. There was no fitness center or business center.

Room was clean and nice, but very small. Wifi was verrrrrrry slow. Breakfast was basic and minimal. Waffles, donuts, cereal, yogurt, bagels and fruit. Nothing like bacon, sausage, eggs, etc...granted this wasn't advertised, so I shouldn't assume it would be offered. It was close to everything on 76, and I feel like we got what we paid for. I asked on day 2 if they would apply our AAA discount and they explained they couldn't discount the room after we had paid. Finally, and totally out of their control, the power went out around 9am Sunday. We left for the day and it was restored before we arrived back in the evening. Just another issue we had to deal with and no discounts or concessions were offered. Given all of the lodging options in Branson, this was clean, but we will look for something more accommodating when we return.

We stayed for one night on a personal/business trip. We'll spend a few bucks more the next time. The room was clean but everything seemed musty. Might have had something to due with all the moisture Branson has had this summer. The couple checking everyone in was new(less than a month) but really tried to do everything correctly. The breakfast was nothing ti sneeze at except for no protein(eggs, sausage or the like.) The smoking area was right in the middle of the walkway to get to our car. There were only four or five rooms used, from what we could tell. Things might be better if the hotel is busier during the peak seasons.
