"HORRIBLE HOUSEKEEPING HOTEL"
July, 2017
Housekeeper, some guy, did not TOUCH OUR room for two days, we had to go to the desk and ask for clean towels so we could get a shower after retuning to the room from being out ALL DAY LONG, beds were not made for two days and no dirty towels picked up for TWO DAYS. I felt like I was in a NASTY place the whole time. However the young man that did the breakfast was awesome, on top of his game, then the last day, THANK THE LORD, a girl let almost all the food run out before 9 am. Breakfast was served til 10. That's room number330, lumpy beds and freeze you to death AC. I have NO plans to ever stay there again.

"Great getaway "

My husband and I spent a weekend in Branson during the holiday season and chose to stay at the Days Inn. It is in a great location, very close to all the local attractions. Our room was clean and there were no disturbances during our stay, so overall we were glad we stayed here. We opted for a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was definitely worth it—so relaxing! As you can see in the pictures, the tiling around the tub could use some touching up, but it wasn’t a major issue. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. We will definitely consider staying here again if we visit Branson again overnight.

"Great Location, Strange Design, Outdated Rooms"

My wife and I selected this hotel because of our Wyndham Rewards membership. We found the location to be perfect, right on the Shepherd of the Hills Expressway. Very convenient to both the Branson strip and Silver Dollar City. But the hotel is a strange design, on a hillside, and there is no way to reach the front from the back without being exposed to the weather and walking uphill on the parking lot. We had an accessible room but the door wasn't fully sealed from the cold air, the bathtub was dangerous for balance-challenged people and the bathroom was huge and cold. Our toilet seat was broken but we got the hotel to replace it while we went to Silver Dollar City. Overall, I was disappointed for the price we paid.

"Affordable stay"

The hot tub is always a plus for me, otherwise the room was average and offered a comfortable stay. The main issue I had was that we had a lower level room and there was a lot of noise above us during the normal check out time in late morning with carts rolling loudly the across the ceiling and so forth. Otherwise it was a good stay with very helpful staff. I will likely stay here again and the future because of a affordability and the hot tub option along with being very close to many Branson attractions.

The only problem I had was with the ease of getting to room. I was asked if I could walk up 5 steps and I said yes. But I had to go around the building to use those five steps. If I parked where they told me, I had a lot of steps to go up. I found that I could park on the other side of the building, and not have to walk up steps.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and quick to respond a problem with heating in our room. The breakfast offered several options and was more than adequate. Would stay there again.
