Fav place to stay in Branson!Bit pricey, Greatcust serv.&food Lrger rms & suites w/lake view the best! Love water pressure. Beautiful tile bath shower. Need bigger better kerigs or coffee makers though. And some of the suites we hv stayed in have just AWFUL pull out beds. BUT EVERYTHING else about the room is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!!

"Away from the maddening crowds"

If you're visiting Branson and would like to escape the maddening crowds on the main strip and the other highly-visited areas, treat yourself to a stay at the Chateau on the Lake Resort and Spa. Nestled high on a hill with terrific views of Table Rock Lake, it's the best hotel/resort in the area. My wife and I spent two nights there during the weekend, mainly for the out-of-this-world Sunday Brunch, and had a very nice, quiet weekend, and took a few side trips into the main areas of Branson, which were only fifteen minutes drive time away. Besides the brunch, the food served in the restaurants there is unmatched by any restaurants we've visited in the area. They have very creative and varied menus. Can't beat the food and the atmosphere. We didn't do any of the spa activities but talked to a few who said they had a wonderful experience. The ONLY downside was that there was not a small microwave nor a small refrigerator in the room. Those would have come in handy, and I erroneously assumed that such a nice hotel/resort would furnish those amenities. A VERY small blemish on an otherwise terrfific stay and I would highly recommend a few nights there!

"Beautiful property and hotel!"

Wonderful place to stay, great service, great food. Beautiful views, close to the Branson strip and Branson Landing. We would stay there again but would ask for a room away from the ac units, they were a little noisy when you are on the balcony. Overall I would give them a 10 out of 10!

"Lovely Staycation at Chateau"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

We worked the Home Show over the weekend, and decided to stay a couple nights afterward, knowing how exhausted we would be. We will definitely do the same thing next year, even though we live not too far away. We spent Monday in the spa, relaxed in there, and enjoyed our couples massage. The resort was very quiet during our stay, being this time of the year. But we actually loved it like that. Would highly advise anyone considering staying to go ahead and book...and make sure you make time to spend a day in the spa. You get to use all the amenities for as long as you like with any service you book. This is one of our favorite things to do to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, etc.

"Room with a view"

The view of area around the lake was beautiful, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The location was secluded but not too far out of the way. The staff was professional and very helpful. The lobby of the hotel was amazing, they brought the outdoors inside, with the waterfalls, trees and fish filled brook, we very much enjoyed our stay!
